I've had COVID 3 times, on the younger side (30's), and COVID for me was like this: - Oct 2020, felt like ass for 2 days, lost all taste and smell, felt better but still kinda bad 2 more days, back to feeling fine on the 5th day but exhausted/tired, had lingering brain fog for months as my sense of taste recovered - April 2021 Pfizer vaccine - Dec 2021 COVID again, never lost taste, absolutely wrecked for an entire 7 days, fevers off and on, took another 3 weeks before I was feeling ok again, lingering brain fog, started having breathing problems at rest - Dec 2022 COVID again, partially lost sense of taste, wrecked for about 6 days, started feeling better but again, brain fog, troubles sleeping, breathing problems flared up again, exhausted, but back in the gym already feeling *okay* So yeah, vaccine was fucking worthless, and immunity seems to be a myth for me. I tested positive on PCR for all 3 instances since my job gives me time off only if I have a valid lab test with positive results.

We knew from the start who is at risk. And risk based approach should have been the right approach. Protect the eledrly and let rhe rest of the world carry on The type of vaccine that was approved was never before approved for human use. And the first time it was approved it was injected into billions of people and many of them were forced to take it or risk being fined or excluded from society. And it wasn't even tested for transferability The ones who took it were rewarded for their compliance and spread the virus more freely while the ones who didn't lost their jobs The adverse effects were censored The definition of herd immunity was changed to exclude people who had natural immunity just so they can vaccinate them The natural remedies that we have known to work for decades with coronaviruses were tossed aside Masks were never helpful, at least the ones 99% people wore (cloth masks) PCR tests were set to track even dead virus particles which can stay in humans for months Doctors were censored for trying to speak the truth Countries signed outrages contracts with pharmaceutical companies and the leaked versions were never covered by media or questioned Trust the science they said, as it was some kind of religion when the facts were pointing in different direction This was one of the most corrupt things that happened in history and governments, media, big tech and big pharma were all colluded. Oh yes the consensus, but they can be wrong, DNA, PCR test, and many others. Innovation and technology always advancing because of the few not the masses. People would rather believe what they are told then what they see. The restaurant I ate at last week in Cozumel pays 5% credit card fees. If they accept dollars via Lightning with the PCR PoS system it costs them .1%. Then they just raise prices and their profit margin is now 5% higher.

I had covid 4 times. Confirmed with PCR tests on all occasions. I had much worse reaction to covid vaccination than covid itself. I had covid first time before being vaccinated. But maybe I am just lucky in a way.
Vaccines mandates and mandatory tests at the borders. While vaccinated: If I get Covid in Canada, I can go back to work after 5 days. If I get Covid while in the US or Europe, I cannot come back to Canada before 14 days. I need to provide a PCR test results if I had it or a negative standard test. This is pure protectionist to prevent us from going on vacations and spend money outside the country. This have nothing to do with public health. Without a vaccine they cannot travel at all, even truckers that go to the US for work.
I don't disagree that microbiome is going to be huge, but from a ground breaking perspective compare to say the discovery of DNA; antiobiotic, even PCR or how high throughput is done its just not one of those big one.
