No. Balance of Payments. It is the Western hegemony surprising finance in some countries in Africa. Propped up by Western-allied 'puppets' who give favorable and cheap access for Western entities to plunder their resources (hello, SHELL, BP, RIO TINTO, De Beers). Moreso withh companies like Western Union and MoneyTransfer who profit of those who are bankless because the HSBCs of this world charge such extortinate fees on individual countries in Africa, that it is not costworthy for the average individual to use them. Then, there's the US Dollar hegemony and the CFA Franc. Just read up on French Monetary Imperialism in Africa to understand why Crypto Adoption is significantly higher in some African countries.

The idea makes sense exept the fact that DCA existed way before Crypto existed for normal markets. It wasn't made for the crypto charts... Stocks have volatility but nothing comparable to crypto. When you buy a TOTAL or SHELL stock, you don't get shares that loose 80% then win 70% in the same year ect... Only in crypto you see that kind of madness. Simply open yearly and monthly charts of BTC, you'll get it. I'm not the one predicting there will be bear markets, it is just a fact, BTC ALWAYS have cycles. I really wonder why you seem to not understand that fact. The stress removed by DCA make perfect sense if the volatility is in "normal range". For exemple one month i'll buy a stock at 18$, the next 20$ and the next 17$. For crypto how can you not stress when you DCA from 69k to 15k seeing your wallet melting every week. Let's take a very goo exemple. Go check Mickael Saylor tweets. He bought at 69k, 40k, 30k and 25k. His average price after his failed DCA is 30k. Don't you see the issue here ? It's obvious like an elephant in a room.
