Look, I'm part of a few coalitions in tech myself. Our members can do hackathons, design sprints, use case demos all day. But it doesn't move the needle unless cold hard cash is injected into the system, i.e. real funding to grow projects outside the incubator. IBM has 300,000 employees. The fact that the only place DICE is even mentioned is a single paragraph in those meeting notes tells me that it's just that: a hackathon project. The heft of IBM is not behind these efforts, it's just one team. As far as "HEDGE" goes, a "collaboration" with Google Cloud usually entails that all they did was give free credits. Google Cloud doesn't have press or marketing anywhere for "HEDGE", the only place its mentioned is that EDF website and this meeting notes. Heck, Google Cloud gives our coalition $500,000 in free credits per year. They give those credits out like candy. Doesn't mean we're "collaborating" with them. We *would prefer* $500,000 in real money every year, but free credits will do... Google actually wasn't even there that meeting: " Members Not Present Chainlink DBS Google Nomura/Laser Digital TATA Communications Ubisoft Wipro " I want to see a meeting note where the symbol "$" was actually used, and at least six to seven figures comes after it. Then we know that there's true buy-in, because that kind of money needs to be approved up the ladder to at least the executive team.
I say TATA to T.A.
>I think the Hedera Governing Council might peek your interest as they have companies like: LG, Swirlds, FIS, Wipro, Google, IBM, Zain, Boeing, TATA Communications, Deutsche Telekom, and as of lately Ubisoft, the list is massive check it out. Thanks will look in to it!
I think the Hedera Governing Council might peek your interest as they have companies like: LG, Swirlds, FIS, Wipro, Google, IBM, Zain, Boeing, TATA Communications, Deutsche Telekom, and as of lately Ubisoft, the list is massive check it out. In addition, Hedera has an entity called the HBAR Foundation which has been greatly helping Devs and innovators get funded to build the best eco-friendly and energy efficient Dapps and DeFi protocols
Messi did advertise for TATA Motors once. Didn't really go down well. If the service being sold is good then it will gather users. If it uisn't then no amount of advertising will change it. Just wasted money.
Still doesnt change the fact that blockchain is pretty inefficient especially with retail adoption. This is exactly why major companies like Google, IBM and TATA chose Hashgraph instead And with HBAR foundation already funding projects development, the Hedera ecosystem should help crypto go mainstream faster
