>Sure, the first version was built to be extra secure and stable, with the idea that scaling could happen as a follow on optimization. Basically it’s the opposite approach of Solana, which went for speed first and is trying to tack on stability. I think that's pretty obvious to everyone here. The idea that Solana is trying to "tack on stability" isn't accurate at all though. They've been pretty laser focused on scaling, especially seeing as the earlier outages (2022 and prior) were due to overwhelming amounts of traffic. Outside of scaling they've been mostly focused on optimizing the transaction handling logic. Even in the case of Firedancer, another client which will give the network better client diversity and subsequently stability, the focus of that addition is the speed. Either way though, I think the results speak for themselves. Solana is arguably the most used chain in crypto and Cardano is arguably the least used chain. >In your post you decry the performance and dismiss the next gen version Leios as irrelevant. But if they are able to provide speed and scalability while maintaining stability and security, that’s highly relevant. If I had a nickel for every time someone told me a future upgrade would be the thing to change everything for Cardano, I'd be rich. If and when that happens, *then* it's relevant. >Meanwhile the SPO infrastructure is extremely valuable across other dimensions, Can you explain what this means? What are these other dimensions and how is it valuable there? >governance is decentralized beyond other platforms, Only the operational aspect of changes being ratified directly on chain, not the entire process, and that's great but governance isn't exciting to most people unless the thing they are governing is also exciting. > and the only reason there aren’t more stablecoins is because Hoskinson refuses to pay their ransom, which is actually good leadership. No, not true. That might be a part of a single reason, more accurately that stablecoin issuers either hold out for a payment or if they deem a chain to be lucrative enough they just support it anyways. Just look at the recent RFP from Hyperliquid, they had tons of major stablecoin issuers having a literal bidding war just to have the USDH ticker. Not even to be the only stablecoin, but just to be the "preferred" one. I think most issuers were basically willing to give up 90% of their yield on the underlying assets to Hyperliquid for it. So it's not like paying is the only way to get good stablecoin liquidity. If Cardano was pushing billions in volume, stables would deploy there regardless of payment from anyone because they'd make their money in other ways.

tldr; Hyperliquid's decision to partner with Native Markets for the issuance of the USDH stablecoin has stirred the $160 billion stablecoin market. Native Markets, backed by industry heavyweights, will share 100% of stablecoin revenues with Hyperliquid users, challenging Circle's dominance. The move has sparked speculation about the fairness of the selection process and raised expectations of a price war. HYPE's price has stabilized at $53 after a brief sell-off, with analysts predicting potential downside action in the near term. *This summary is auto generated by a bot and not meant to replace reading the original article. tldr; Circle is preparing to launch a native version of its stablecoin, USD Coin (USDC), on Hyperliquid’s Layer 1 chain, HyperEVM. Test transactions and a $5 million purchase of Hyperliquid’s HYPE token by a Circle-linked wallet suggest deeper integration into the Hyperliquid ecosystem. This move would add HyperEVM to the 24 networks already supporting USDC. However, Hyperliquid's plans to introduce its own stablecoin, USDH, could challenge Circle's dominance, as Hyperliquid currently accounts for 8% of USDC's circulation. *This summary is auto generated by a bot and not meant to replace reading the original article. tldr; Hyperliquid, a decentralized exchange and blockchain, plans to launch USDH, a native stablecoin, to replace USDC in its ecosystem. This has sparked a governance battle among contenders including Stripe, MoonPay-Agora coalition, Paxos, and Frax, each proposing different models for issuance and revenue sharing. The validator vote on September 14, 2025, will decide the issuer, with debates focusing on regulatory compliance, community rewards, and potential conflicts of interest. The decision could reshape Hyperliquid's financial architecture and impact the broader crypto ecosystem. *This summary is auto generated by a bot and not meant to replace reading the original article. tldr; Paxos has proposed the launch of USDH, a Hyperliquid-first stablecoin designed to comply with the GENIUS Act and MiCA standards. The initiative aims to drive adoption and growth within the Hyperliquid ecosystem. Paxos plans to allocate 95% of interest from USDH reserves to buy back Hyperliquid's native token, HYPE, redistributing it to users, validators, and partner protocols. The stablecoin will be deployed across HyperEVM and HyperCore chains, with Paxos leveraging its global infrastructure to distribute USDH and integrate HYPE into its brokerage services. *This summary is auto generated by a bot and not meant to replace reading the original article.
