ABVE. Up 50% today on merger/audit update. Still sitting at a good price to buy in. This was over $5 back in October and people lost interest with delays in the merger process. They released an update yesterday confirming the audit release by the end of the month and merger completion to follow right behind. The merger completion puts 350 billion in gold assets on their balance sheet through the Palm Promax Investment partnership. Palm Promax issued a tweet hours before the audit update alluding to a February launch of their RWA stablecoin launch which is backed by the aforementioned gold reserves.
ABVE nice AH moves. Hope some of you guys picked some up earlier after I posted about the merger/audit update. This is one to grab and hold. Could be huge after merger completion.

Bit of a wildcard but currently accumulating ABVE. RWA Stablecoin interest is picking up. BlackRock views stablecoins as a major force in future finance, blending crypto's efficiency with fiat stability, and is positioning itself to benefit from this growth. If ABVE completes the merger with Palm Global they stand to be a key player in this space with 30% ownership in the Palm Promax Investment partnership.

Happened to me with ABVE on Friday - dramatic, but not quite as much as IRBT
The whole market was bleeding red on Friday. The S&P and SPY were both down a full percentage point. On those days everything tends to go down as well which only exacerbated the loss from the news of the delay. ABVE is only a portion of my portfolio and overall I was down 20% on the day.
Then ABVE would never recover and Palm would move on correct, if extension isn’t granted.
I would also go as far to speculate, that this move from ABVE was to shake out weak hands and load shares at a low price. If you think about it, these institutions and insiders can't place massive orders immediately, even if they expect the merger to be a success soon. If they did that would pump the price and lock the float to an insane level and they would lose the opportunity to buy up these shares at an extremely low price. Billions in the making here, expect a full storm, retail usually won't make it.
I'm holding and bought more on Friday too. Reasoning: The delay is bad(duh), the reasoning behind it sounds silly, that is why I assume it is true. I'm still holding. This is just a short delay. Palm Promax have been posting on Twitter alluding that the launch is imminent. The race too be get into RWA stablecoin is heating up with other companies moving in. ABVE took a nice upswing this morning. Volume up from yesterday too. Their 20-F financial audit is being released on Friday and merger is expected to follow close behind.
Got in CETX at 5.78 and sold a 3/5ths at 11.60 during PM today. Holding the rest for tomorrow. Bought small positions on GIPR and MRNO for a gamble. Not a penny but also picked up a few shares of ATMV(not ATMC) as it's getting interest as another low float play. Overnight volume is high and prixe is up 30%. This could be another 100% runner in PM. Added more shares of ABVE today for long hold into merger finalization.

BTC is not going affect ABVE at all. The catalyst for this one is the audit report being released this week ahead of their merger with Palm Global. Neither company is involved with bitcoin. They will be joining a RWA tokenization investment partnership with gold assets as backing. None of this is going to be affected by the bitcoin market.

Just a reminder that there is only 6 more trading days before ABVE 20-F audit report is scheduled to drop. This is a major milestone in completing the merger with Palm Global and the potential gains could be huge.
20-f audit report has been confirmed to be released for the 12th in last Friday's PR. This will most likely show a loss for this year but is a major step towards completing the merger with Palm Global and getting their 350 billion gold assets added to ABVE books. The 30 million projection for 2026 does not include earnings post merger, it is strictly ABVE's projected earnings now that they have cleaned up their financials and eliminated debt. I'm a long time holder on this one.

I've had a string of bad choices lately (really thought ABVE was going to do something before BTC bit the dust), but keep LGCB in mind for tomorrow morning. Just posted an intent to acquire notice, low float, and decently high average volume. Was at 1.95 prior to news, jumped to 2.09 20 minutes after.
With BTC down maybe not yet a play but ABVE is looking very good if it cracks 3.15-3.20 and/or holds in the early 2.90s
ABVE has potential for 10x depending on the merger progress. 20-F is being filed on, or before, the 12th and price will likely 2-3x heading into that date.
I actually got a bit lucky, I nabbed ABVE at 2.75 on their last dip. Then they dropped their press release. I'm hoping for a PT with a low of $4 and a high of $5 to $6.5 on monday.

If anyone wants a ticker to gamble on with the Saudis news coming out of the WH today, ABVE still has a pending merger to finalize with Palm Global, a Saudi company, for a gold backed stabkecoin treasury.
I would think ABVE since they're going through a merger with a Saudi company, Palm Global, but who knows what to think in this market.
I keep researching ABVE with the hopes of finding a weakness but other than delays and hurdles in signing the deal with Palm Global I dont see any red flags. Yes the govt shutdown is a major factor as the deal and all filings are most certainly going to be reviewed by the SEC and Palm Global is making sure they have all their 'i's dotted and their 't's crossed.

Rank the top decile. search “qualmaggie setup” it’s basically a momentum breakout. Crazy high returns. Today I made 30% on NEGG, DVLT and NUAI and a a bunch on ABVE yesterday. ABVE hit my radar a while back, and i bought in for 100 shares cheap and exited at profit when I started to do a deeper DD and trying to read more about the company, I'm fairly sure it's a whole ass scam/pump and dump/money laundering stock. Its price action makes no sense and I'd be cautious about buying it and I won't change my mind until real news comes out.

Buying the dip on metals and materials stocks, NXA, WWR, CRML, ABAT. Check out ABVE too and DKNG for diversification. CRML and DKNG are not under $5, but show strong signs of recovery. ABVE borderline, but uptrend suggests further growth.
ALRT and MDAI for me. Both massive TAM, strong growth, evolving and unaddressed sectors, good connections with government bodies. If you want a short term potential gainer, ABVE is set to reverse merge with Palm Global, a tokenisation firm hoping to manage $1.5 Trillion worth of RWA, "launching with $350B in U.S. gold-based assets", and boarded by members of the Dubai royal family. To be honest I don't know what that values the company at, but I'm guessing it's more than the current ≈$200M ABVE is valued at.
Some brokers have started offering options for ABVE this morning. This could be a sign of more institutional interest but could also bring more volatility. Possible signal that the merger close is nearing.

ABVE is risky but if true, they have billions is assets. The filing once merger completed will tell us and the SP should go up up. I wouldn't touch STAI - high risk of reverse stock split. OPTT might be a good play - cash raise already done so just a matter of them getting contracts DPRO - drones - market cap is low atm so a lot of room to grow. NUAI - i wouldn't touch this right now tbh, data centers in 2027 i think so maybe closer to date This is from the top of my head, might edit and add more later

Man, I’ve actually been tracking $ABVE for a while through EPSMomentum, and it started lighting up on a few of their momentum models right before this post. I didn’t think much of it at first, but the earnings drift and timing score both flipped positive around the same time the merger chatter picked up. That combo doesn’t happen often.
