In VIVK and CENN atm. Vivk looks really promising with eyes on oil and oil influenced companies a lot of hype that it'll be the next dvlt style climb. Unfortunately there were some offerings at .22 and likely will be another possibly at .40 (a guess) this Friday. . An oddball Cenn involved in EV just got approved for a 180 extension to make it to $1 and hold it for 10 business days to make Nasdaq compliance. I know this doesn't necessarily mean shit but I have sone hope that there will be a news pop and a rally until said news. Hoping to get into this one early enough to make a nice flip. I won't be holding this into next year though. Possibly into Dec but I'll be watching it closely. Any hint of R/S and im out.
Been looking into CENN . Have a position atm . Electric car company , juat extended 180 days for compliance. A lot of rumors about some news coming out soon. Might be a really short term , just keep an eye on the movement. With the EV tax credits disappearing in Sept I dont expect to see as many buys.

I also don't believe ASST long-term, it's just a short-term scalp for me. For BYND and DFLI I'm long holding them and it's crazy how the same people who short and downvote BYND are getting baited into buying pump and dumps like VIVK and CENN. I never buy into those pump and dumps.
I exited this morning and reentered in AH after getting thoroughly slaughtered in CENN and BYND. Right now it's at .36, the news really wasn't bad. RS threat isn't for another 2 months, which includes catalysts + earnings report. The previous floor was 36¢, I see the maximum short term downside on my reentry. Realistically this shouldn't go below 30¢, I think it will partially recover on Monday, with good press it could easily run again. Dilution risk seems to be non-existent, they reported they have cashflow settled until at least q2 2026. I'm feeling bullish for this next week.

The people downvoting me are the short sellers betting on BYND’s downfall and trying to bring it down under $1. There are also people downvoting me because they are salty they became a CENN bag holder because they didn’t bother putting a stop loss and doing their own due diligence. Penny stocks are all pump and dump ultimately and you should always be aware of a rug pull.
Sure, but you do it *after* new investors have finished piling in, when it begins to stabilize after the pump. They did a number of things that were particularly scummy: - They diluted during the steepest part of a climb that was attracting new investors. - All predictions had the next dilution event pegged for at least Monday of next week. They pulled a fast one on us by yanking the rug earlier than expected. - They've done this twice in two weeks. - They didn't address the shareholders afterward. CENN was a rug pull by traders. Wasn't the company's fault. VIVK, on the other hand, pulled the rug exactly when it would harm their shareholders the most. There were better ways and times to issue more shares. The only thing keeping them from literally pickpocketing people seems to be physical distance.

IMO BYND and CENN’s price movement is caused by completely different circumstances. CENN is a classic Chinese P&D which can be and is probably manipulated by a single group behind the scenes. BYND is more of a battle against many big US institutions who are actively shorting. The difference in scale between these two stocks are massive, with BYND being a way more widespread phenomenon and CENN just been a quick one off rise and fall.
I sincerely apologize to all the BYND bros, after getting thoroughly pounded by CENN I'm making a position in BYND.

Unfortunately we had 3 unprecedented pump and dumps in the span of a week, first BYND, then VIVK, followed by CENN. Remember that and dump can happen anytime so it’s important to do your own due diligence and remember to set stop losses which could easily prevent massive losses.
I did not cause CENN to dump and I did not expect it to free fall like that. I called it out at around 0.24 and if you played smart you wouldn’t have full ported. CENN was undervalued and oversold during that time. I was surprised that it dumped right after 0.40 as I thought it could reach $1 at least. I am a human and we can’t predict the future. I do want to apologize for the ones that got in late. Remember, always play with money you can afford to lose, don’t bet your entire life savings on a penny stock.
