CLNV trading volume is just over 1M today, and the price has dropped to half of its value since November 2024. Their most recent press release even outright states they cannot predict how new legislation or regulations might affect their operations. It just smells like you're trying to sell a bag

I am saying compared to what is typically traded on this subreddit, CLNV is doing vastly better. They just retired notes. Dan personally funded into CLNV (that's rare) They have two confirmed reactors, their plant commissions in 4 days (most places have an empty building) They have a government state backed forgivable loan (99.99999% of OTCs don't have that) They have upcoming off take agreements and a major partner announcement soon (it's expected to be a major oil company) They also have UPSIS as their engineer contractor and exclusive rights to a particular reactor that's effective. Pretty much every major hurdle the company has been criticized for has been overcome. This is probably as close to the floor as it gets moving forward. There really isn't anymore dilution because the two other note holders can't dilute. One got absolutely destroyed in court, and the other one is forever locked up in court because they breached their contract. The only two diluters have been paid off by Dan Bates. There is also nothing but good news moving forward (expecting 29th because that's when the commissioning starts)
It is the resource used. It's literally the plastic. Clnv is essentially going to be a middleman. They're going to take the plastic turn it into something else and then give it to a major company like ExxonMobil which is already very strongly hinted and indicated. ExxonMobil and others will then turn it into something else and sell it. Thats the rough down and dirty. This is already happening and being developed but CLNV is about to be the largest one since their only real competitor failed horribly because they didn't test their mechanisms like CLNV spent the last 2 years doing to prove its effectiveness (Morocco)

It's annoying. CLNV in particular is one signature away from removing notes and beginning a churn, but we're out here playing with a company with no hope lol. The damn loan is guaranteed by the state and governor and is at the banks desk lol.
They've been working on securing funding and developing partnerships across the globe. As of this year, they have a guaranteed 15 million loan and facility in West Virginia. The only thing waiting on that is a signed dotted line (which is any day now) A 100+ mill green bond that's in discussions with Saudi Arabia and also should be any time soon. If either one of these are signed the money alone is more than their entire current market cap. Not including all.of the facilities that will be rapidly built that have already been contracted to be built and a waiting on these signatures. It took a long time to get to this point, but it's finally there. Feel free to just google "CLNV West Virginia" and "CLNV Green Bond" Once West Virginia is sealed it's going to be an avalanche.
Have you checked out CLNV. All it's waiting on is for the bank to clear the 15 million dollar loan that's guaranteed by the state and governor themselves. After that it's smooth sailing. I really don't know why it's not talked about when it's more guaranteed and legitimate than the majority of these.

I think most answers will be anything related to environmental stuff. I haven't bought any yet but have been intrigued by companies like Clean vision corporation CLNV They want to help clean the plastic out of the rivers and oceans, there setting up plants in some of the major polluting rivers before they reach the ocean, and then they convert the plastic to usable fuel with the pyrolysis process. They are not in full production yet. The other that doesn't fit the environment bill but id buy it as a fuck you to big thieving corporations is netlist NLST. They made innovative tech in the ram memory space decades ago, and big companies like google, Samsung, micron and HK Hynix built empires off of stealing their tech. NLST is having finally having there day it court after a decade long delays and stall tactics. A big ruling in their favour could set a precedent for the future that as a mega corp you can't just step on the little guy freely. (NLST has already been awarded 300 million for the case against Samsung and could triple that if judge determines it was willful infringment, which it obviously was)

Honestly I sincerely hope I’m wrong bc there are a lot of bag holders on COSM bc of all the promoters. Guys like Frank “The Tank” Benedetto and his buddy Lou Bravo. Just google those douchebags along with the word fraud and you’ll understand how a stock could run 800% and yet there are still a ton of bag holders. TPTW and CLNV are Frank’s other 2 stocks as the IR Manager. Look at those charts against COSM’s and you’ll see a VERY similar pattern! CLNV is a Chinese crypto/blockchain company and last I heard the CCP dropped a ban hammer on crypto due to launching a state coin. Also OTC micro-cap with fraction of a penny pricing, no thanks has a ill fated look to it.
