Good plan. Me too. I lost $30,000 on CTXR.
CTXR - I bought $9K worth of a penny stock before I knew what I was doing, and it went to zero.
Citius Pharmaceuticals, ticker: CTXR, did this to me and 60,000 other retail investors.
Case in point : CTXR I invested / was scammed out of $30,000 by that company.
CTXR. Do not invest in penny stocks, EVER
I'm wary on believing in penny stock biotech as I bag held CTXR to a 10k loss. Their mino lok was going to be amazing, but delay after delay made the top line data for their phase 3 (which was really good) barely have any impact because of how many people were offloading their bags it just killed the momentum. I'll probably just play earnings on IOVA and pull 90% of the shares and just leave the rest to ride
Ctor and it’s parent company CTXR went up big yesterday and then pulled back. This thing is going to skyrocket. Buy your shares before it’s to late
This happened to me with CTXR. Biggest financial lesson of my life - don’t invest in pre-revenue pharmaceutical companies.
Not 100% sure but BCTX / EVTL / BTOG /CTXR If they drop tomorrow around closing I’ll grab a few.
fucknuts i bought CTOR instead of CTXR 😭 can’t make this shit up
The confusing part is that there are two companies, Citius Pharmaceuticals (CTXR) and its subsidiary, Citius Oncology (CTOR). CTOR announced it has entered into a distribution deal with Cardinal Health (and they are currently up 10%), however, it seems the parent company, CTXR, is reaping the benefits more as they are currently up almost 120%. Can't go wrong with either in my opinion.
CTXR, I bought at 95 cents after the FDA approval of their Lymphoma drug and the stock crashed 98% the day afterwards.
CTXR did this to me.

CTXR. It's a hated stock with great potential
CTXR. It was the next sure thing. Price targets in the $60/share range while the shares were $2/share. Had amazing tech just waiting for FDA approval, but the owner was a guy who'd navigated all this before and everyone involved was a super owner type. I'm down 90% but I refuse to sell. I want to remember, every single time I check my portfolio, not to buy into reddit hype.

Does CTXR happen to be one of them? 🥲
I've been creeping in here since CTXR and... Yeah it's getting busy now aha
Q1, Q2 2021 was a glorious time for the penny bios. ATNF, CELZ, CTXR, and current fav TNXP all ran. ATOS did a gamma sqeez.
> You can exercise anytime you want; an option doesn't have to be ITM ya, i realize that. can exercise at any time. > There's no such thing as a fake share of CTXR, so you don't need to specify "REAL shares." ok, so after the reverse split, there are only, only, the CTXR shares, valued at the new price. i think what was confusing me was how thinkorswim was showing me the "non standard options", had things "in the money", at the lower strike. which, ended up mixing up units on things. and is honestly, not helpful. thinking about it last night, this was a helpful way i put it all together - we had a 1:25 reverse split - in your example, 100/25 = 4. the converted contract would only deliver 4 shares after conversion - when they did the reverse split, there was 25x less total shares. but each new share was worth 25x as much. - the strike prices of your option contracts, stayed the same that's it. so you would just have to see "after the reverse split, when the price increases, is that good or bad, given the strike price i have? yes, i would get less shares delivered"
You're confusing things with talk about things like "before reverse split valuation." It's not ITM and you don't want to exercise. You can exercise anytime you want; an option doesn't have to be ITM, though it would be foolish to exercise an OTM option. If there were a call with strike 0.08, it would be ITM. Exercising it would get you 4 shares of CTXR. There's no such thing as a fake share of CTXR, so you don't need to specify "REAL shares." But it's usually a mistake to exercise an option at all. Even if it's adjusted, an ITM option may be able to be sold for a price that captures some extrinsic value.
ok, i will have to look at the chain when i get home, but i think that clears it up. because when i look at the non standard options chain, and i see the lower "ITM" shown, it makes sense how you described it. i can now think of it in 2 parts FIRST: - i look at the non standard option 1:4, at the "before reverse split valuation" - i see its now ITM. i can exercise it, so i do - my strike price is $0.50 SECOND - since it is listed as 4/100 , i would get 4 shares, at the new stock price - but could only exercise it if stock price was above " starting strike price * 100 / ( how many shares are in the older, adjusted option) - 0.5 * 100 / 4 = 12.5 - so yes, this would not be ITM. the "un-adjusted" price of the stock is 0.14. when i view that older 4/100 contract in thinkorswim, it would still highlight the call/put sides, as if it was the "un-adjusted" price. so it would still show the 0.5 call as "not ITM". it would be obvious. but what if i had the 0.08 call expiring then? that would just get me 4 REAL shares of CTXR when exercised? yes, i realize that strike does not exist, for this exact symbol. i just want to work through the thinking here.
It's hard to walk you through the process of understanding this without a real example. Here's one: CTXR, which underwent a 1-for-25 reverse split on 11/26. Here is the OCC memo: [https://infomemo.theocc.com/infomemos?number=55598](https://infomemo.theocc.com/infomemos?number=55598) Note that the strike price and multiplier remained the same, while the deliverable was adjusted to 4 shares of CTXR instead of 100. Look at the CTXR option chain. CTXR is at 3.55. There are options expiring 12/20. For the adjusted options, the lowest strike price is 0.5. This is deep ITM, because 0.5 < 3.55, right? **Wrong**, it's far OTM! If you were to exercise it, you would pay $50, and all you would get is 4 measly shares of CTXR, which are worth a total of 4 x 3.55 = $14.20. You would be paying $50 for something worth only $14.20. Thus, it is OTM. To find where it would be ITM, you would use the formula in the memo, plugging in 0.5 for CTXR1 and solving for CTXR. You get 12.5. So the adjusted 0.5c is not ITM unless and until CTXR goes above 12.5. If you had this option, you would *not* want to exercise it. Doing so would be a waste of money. In fact, normally liquidity dries up after an option adjustment, and brokerages typically restrict clients to closing positions only. It's usually best to close your positions before an adjustment occurs.
Despite potential regulatory challenges, the biotech sector's innovation and growth prospects remain strong, with companies like OSTX and CTXR well-positioned...
The title is very misleading. My small portfolio is up $15K since the election for almost 40% and would have been higher if it wasn’t for some losers I’m holding like CTXR- and I have done almost no trading over this time. But I’m weighted heavily in crypto and Sofi, Palantir and Tesla. Some people with bigger accounts have similar percentage rises and have easily seen a jump of that $ amount. But it’s all unrealized gains until you sell out!! We’ve probably all been there when a stock soars and instead of selling a portion of it we get greedy and let it ride only to lose all the gains and sometimes even exit at a loss. In a bull run it’s easy to make profits (except when selling CCs) and almost everyone looks like a genius, especially if you’ve been in the market for a few years. Now is the time to be suspicious of these “get rich quick schemes”. When the market is greedy- be cautious. And when the market is cautious be greedy (sometimes). (The first statement is truer than the latter… in my experience).
You got it! Citius Pharmaceuticals Inc. (CTXR) is currently trading at $0.4601, showing a significant increase from its 30-day SMA of $0.3903, indicating strong upward momentum. The RSI values suggest overbought conditions, particularly the 6-day RSI at 79, which could lead to a short-term pullback. The MACD histogram is positive, supporting the bullish trend, but caution is advised due to low trading volume compared to the 65-day average, which may limit liquidity and amplify volatility. Broader market sentiment is bullish, driven by macroeconomic factors, but CTXR's lack of recent news and community engagement suggests it may not follow the broader market trends closely. For today's session, consider a long position with an entry around $0.46, targeting $0.48 as the first price target and $0.50 as the second, with a stop loss at $0.44 to manage downside risk. Confidence in reaching the first target is moderate due to technical indicators, while the second target carries lower confidence given potential resistance and market volatility. Stay alert for any emerging news that could impact CTXR's movement.
CTXR looks like its going to rip
Costco. Oh, and CTXR, but that's only because I will NEVER come close to breaking even.
First week in a while that my short-term picks seemed to miss the target. I sold $CLSK at a profit, then sold $BFLY at a slightly larger loss. My unrealized gains are nice and green, though: $LODE is still holding strong at the top of my portfolio. $CTXR and $AZTR are both steady right around where I bought them for the moment. I'm hoping for good news in $OPTT, as it's my current unrealized loss (small position, at least).
CTXR probably at bottom right now. Hoping for a spike soon
Holding AKTS and CTXR for a reversal. I bought GRI for reversal but might be a gambling
Nope, I got fucked with CTXR and SAVA I’m not falling for this shit
CTXR. It’s just got LYMPHIR approved which it’s spun off but owns 90% of the new company. It’s also got Minolok that should be approved next year.

CTXR cancer drug gets FDA approval!!!! Mino-lock on for the end of ear. It’s a gold mine at this price
CTXR approval on cancer drug! 🚀🚀🚀
CTXR subsidiary merger and cancer drug fda approval in the same week! mino-lok soon to come!
CTXR, big FDA catalyst coming up.
CTXR, they announced a merger to come in the next few weeks. LYMPHIR which deals with tumour cells in the oncology field is set to be commercialized if approved on August 13th by the fda. They would have potentially 12 years of exclusivity with LYMPHIR if it is to get approved.
CTXR - TENKU merger. Let’s say hypothetically I own 10,000 shares of CTXR. What happens when the companies merge? What will I end up with, what will it be worth considering today’s pricing of each CTXR and TENKU? Thank you!
One you need to be watching Citius Pharmaceuticals. CTXR. They got big news yesterday of a merger with TENK, largely in part to if the FDA approves LYMPHIR for commercialization which is a huge catalyst on August 13th. They could have 12 years of exclusivity in the market if approved. Go read the articles.
CTXR is going over a dollar today. A few catalysts coming up. August 13th is a big one. “12 year of exclusivity” sounds good to me. “A decision on the LYMPHIR BLA is expected on August 13, 2024, the FDA’s assigned Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) action date. If approved, Citius is preparing for LYMPHIR commercialization in 2024. Considered a new biologic by the FDA, LYMPHIR would potentially be eligible for 12 years of exclusivity, if approved.”
Return of CYBN. And we will see if CTXR and EYEN have any gas left.
If you like taking some risks on pharma look at CTXR. Sitting in the .70s now, but with 2 products potentially ready for FDA approval it could boom. Or bust. I have 4500 shares invested at .78 avg
CTXR. It’s taken a beating of late but has a lot of catalysts coming up in before the end of the year.
I meant CTXR, what was your entry?
I meant CTXR, what was your entry?
CTXR -- What a nice dip here, grabbing some at .68 ahead of the August's FDA approval catalyst
$CTXR --- Looks like cheap shares here ahead of August's FDA approval catalyst
I just don’t think you guys understand that CTXR isn’t going anywhere for years if at all. Even if it gets fda approval, it will take years for wide spread adoption, you will need insurance to cover it/reimburse it. Everyone is under estimating how hard it is to get the medical field to adopt new technology. This is like a 3-5 year home if it actually works out. There might be the occasional pump but the odds of this going anywhere significant is minimal
CTXR will hit $2 by the end of the month Kindest regards, Me
The next big thing is FDA’s Approval for CTXR’s another drug called Lymphir which will be on August 13th and to commercialize Lymphir by end of 2024. Price target is $2 by end of this year and $4+ next year For Mino Lok the next update would be to have pre-NDA meeting with FDA and then to submit NDA and then the PDFUA which will be next year around August (Similar Trajectory as Lymphir)
CTXR- Phase 3 Mino-lok endpoints reached
CTXR just got positive phase 3 data for their Minolock product. Essentially sets a new standard of care for catheter recovery. With further catalysts on the horizon, I'm expecting this to go parabolic today.
CTXR Citius pharmaceuticals down 50% Probably will go to zero. Here's hoping it's the next viking therapeutics
He1 (down 83%) BBKCF (down 86%) and CTXR (down 23%) faithful that one will recover tho, the others not so much.
Sold $CRKN and $GWAV Bought $AUTL - good ER report + PDUFA hoping for it to reach to $6 or $7 Strengthened my position in $ADAP Still holding $ANVS and $CTXR for their drug trial data readouts next month $CETX - Hail Mary play.
$ANVS - Misguided trial saw the stock tank 70% but it is recovering very nicely - new data to be released in June. $HOLO - Hoping to rinse the shorts (I bought warrants), hoping for that skyrocket $GERN - PDUFA next month $ADAP - PDUFA upcoming $CTXR - within next 45 days Mino-Lok data will be released also has a PDUFA for another drug later this year
$ADAP $GERN $CTXR all down, been a rough week. I don’t got any more ammo to add. Guessing biostocks taking a huge hit today
Was in $HUMA, but sold yesterday, looking for a dip back to low 4s. Currently have positions in: $ADAP - PDUFA $ANVS - Trial readout was not as expected, but promising results in certain indications. $CTXR - PDUFA $GERN - PDUFA I love PDUFAs lol
They are going to buy CTXR! Great hemorrhoid treatment! First FDA approved for 2 phases!
It’s biotech, if you’re newer to stocks I’d stay far away, biotech stocks, especially cheaper ones, are more or less lottery tickets, they depend heavily on clinical trials and the results of those trials, most pump as they pass stages, then die and take a nosedive when one fails, if you can do the research and form a solid idea on if something will pass then it might be playable, take a look at CTXR or ATRA for examples
So $IBRX was sell the news, was able to sell at $6. Now I am on $HUMA and $CTXR, still holding $AQST as well. I love PDUFAs better to get in early than holding other peoples bags imp
CTXR moving back up off the bottom today on 4x volume already
What the hell is going on with CTXR
