been doing some research on rtac. you got eric swider, alex cano, devin nunes and jeff smith on board which were all previously associated with dwac/tmtg, as well as devin nunes being a close trump ally. swider, smith and nunes are on the board of directors plus two new guys from a fintech and a cybersecurity background. alan garten, trump organization's chief legal officer and who has worked for trump for like almost two decades was initially a director nominee but didnt make it. my assumption is he got pulled because he is literally a trump insider and it would look way too egregious with four directors having direct connections to trump/trump's company and risking legal issues even if trump has a lot of influence over SEC at this point. furthermore, searching alan garten in sec filings show he has only appeared in a few other companies like DOMH and some crypto shitcos, all of which are associated with eric trump and trump jr. also if you look at yorku and their team you also got nunes again and a few tmtg guys, which imo all adds to the credibility of rtac targeting a trump company. nunes is trump's "taking his shitcos public" guy and alan garten wouldn't be associated with rtac if trump had nothing to do with it. this i think has been the general public thesis over rtac. so the target has to be wlfi right? aside from this the other business venture that is remotely close is truth.fi, but that is just a brand under DJT and not a separate legal entity. not to mention it isnt even an operating business at this point. there is also a lot of incentive for trump to take wlfi public and he can double dip on the grift when the wlfi token probably moons on the company going public. genius act passing and clarity act likely to pass also adds regulatory support to wlfi. everything points to wlfi and i've tried having chatgpt rebut my theory but it hasn't been very convincing. i think the market is also placing a pretty high likelihood of wlfi being the target considering rtac is trading at like a 20% premium right now. someone tell me why i shouldn't yolo the rest of my account into rtac warrants at this point?

It is slightly confusing. Palmer put up a post a few days ago. The post was titled "Palmer Luckey is a believer in MVIS." And the post consisted of a single image of a comment he made 13 years ago stating he liked the MVIS technology. The fact the title refers to himself in the third person makes it even more confusing. It would be really odd that with everything going on in his life he decided to randomly hype a penny stock in an obscure subreddit. Occams razor suggests he is going to do something with MVIS. Perhaps that is simply licensing some of their AR tech. Imo, even something that basic could launch the stock if DOMH is any indication.
