Obvs I could be wrong but I think any shares bought pre IPO are likely to be worth more for 2-4 weeks afterwards and up to 4-5 months after - then a drip as insiders sell in large amounts then grind back up. I do covered calls. Basically, I buy high IV stocks and sell 5DT calls (or less, usually for the Friday of the current week). I pick a strike price that is ITM such that the premium plus that strike price net me 1% on the sale if the stock is called away. I do this over and over again. I often roll these calls out a week if I can get at least 1% return on it. Most of my inventory rolls out at any given week. I often get 2% on rolls. If a stock loses value, I am not afraid to roll down. I wrote an app for myself that helps me track everything. I often use margin to buy the stocks. A lot of more conspriacy-minded people don't want to hear it but first off even big governments can't malnipulate the market to any great degree not unless they are willing to either pump hundreds of billions in or raise interest rates considerably. I think most people here would agree that DT is helping out his friends and family with insider information which they then use to enrich themselves. However, the profit generated is usually in the millions rather than billions. Sure that adds up to vast fortunes over time but when you consider the S & P 500 is worth $61T even that doesn't move the needle any great degree. For example, DT very corrupt, lots of insider trading, S & P 500 growth 2025 - 18% Previous year before he got elected 2024 - 25% So, despite clear malnipulation of the market they actually moved it far less than the previous presidency. As for your other questions, it seems fairly obvious. If you believe big players are going to malnipulate tech/oil for money then... buy tech/oil.

Let's test AI, Claude told me to buy Dynatrace before earnings tomorrow so I bought it, it's also a decent long term investment due to being second in market to Datadog at less than 1/3 the valuation. Gross retention very similar, lower by 1%, DT actually has slightly better and more reviews of it on Gartner, Starboard value also bought a chunk. Baron management (growth focused fund manager) has more DT holdings than DDOG and one of the only software names. Might switch from swing trades to 3-5 day trades. Trying to have one big orchestrator agent that calls different tools and agents, like news sentiment, HVE Pivot, red team agent, etc. For testing 3-5 day trade it recommended SHOP, because it gotten cheap after the drop and it still sees solid fundamentals. Let's see how it fairs after the weekend. I'm also trying to create a Trump prediction AI so it knows when mango posts something stupid again. Trying to map all the pump and dumps he does to see if there is a pattern. All the sources from NotebookLLM also recommend doing trades after swings and after the market is settling. The market is choosing to believe what they want to believe, what DT is selling, that the strait is opening up immediately and peace is imminent and happy days are here again. But notice they haven’t opened the strait since the ceasefire. This last weekend the US walked out of talks and put on a fresh blockade and the market’s reaction to that is to go parabolic upwards? And if peace is so imminent why do we still not even have a meeting scheduled? Idk maybe I’m wrong but I’ll believe it when I see it. Iran has no reason to make a deal right now at the nadir of their leverage. They were in a much better position a couple weeks ago when DT was panicking. Iran is going to get back to that state to get concessions and now that DT has pressure off he’s less likely to agree to a deal than he was 2 weeks ago when he was crying uncle.

I think the market just assumes this is a bluff even if it doesn’t get called off today, because the military can’t sit there and police maritime shipping forever (or even do it very well right now) and DT doesn’t have the stomach for a long blockade or war because it would hurt the stock market.
