Select STOXX Europe Aerospace & Defense ETF (EUDA) KraneShares CSI China Internet ETF (KWEB) Alibaba (BABA) SQQQ (3x short of top 100 NASDAQ) Everything else into fartcoin obviously.
I don't give stock advice but I like Leonardo and EUDA, although any ETF that is balanced across European defense is going to be good.
Oh shit, that explains my EUDA
When I do a Screener (stock searching) I like to ask it to list stocks that are even or up in the past week, and up over the past year. Then while looking at the best ones keep in mind that many of them will have a one time jump at some point, ignore those. Look for the ones that have a continuous climb over the past year. I'm in Canada, so a few TSX examples would be FFN and WN. In the USA I've also made a bit with CAVA and EUDA with these trends. I would also suggest you diversify, don't just buy 1 company, split it into 10 shares from A, 10 from B, etc etc. After a few weeks sell the ones that are under performing, buy new, etc. You'll get the hang of it.

The EMCDDA will become the European Union Drugs Agency (EUDA) on 1 July 2024, the day on which the regulation enters into application." "The Agency shall analyse and assess the available information and data on potential serious risks to health and complement it with any scientific and technical information available from the early warning system referred to in Article 8 and other threat assessments undertaken in accordance with Article 12, from other Union bodies, offices and agencies and from international organisations, in particular the World Health Organization. The Agency shall take into account open source information and available information obtained through its data collection tools and from relevant stakeholders, including the scientific community and civil society organisations." "**The World Health Organization (WHO) is calling for whole-plant marijuana, as well as cannabis resin, to be removed from Schedule IV**—the most restrictive category of a 1961 drug convention signed by countries from around the world.01 Feb 2019" "These recommendations are the outcome of a multi-year review process conducted by the Expert Committee on Drug Dependence (ECDD), an independent scientific advisory body to the WHO. Based on scientific assessment, potential health risk and therapeutic benefit, the ECDD recommends the appropriate scheduling of psychoactive substances within the international drug conventions. The review process leading up to these recommendations may start with a surveillance phase to monitor the risk and therapeutic use and to assess the available data in order to discern whether a full review is necessary and confirm that evidenced-based recommendations are possible. A subsequent pre-review allows for an initial in-depth assessment, which may be followed by a critical review in order to make scheduling recommendations. This ECDD review on cannabis and cannabis-related substances was originally requested by Member States in 2009 through [CND resolution 52/5 in 2009](https://www.who.int/publications/m/item/CND-Res-52-5). The Committee then initiated the process in 2012 with a surveillance of cannabis during the 35^(th), 37^(th), and 38^(th) ECDD meetings. The decision for a formal review was recommended based on: * increased use of cannabis and its components for medical purposes; * the emergence of new cannabis-related pharmaceutical preparations for therapeutic use; and * that cannabis had never been subject to a formal pre-review or critical review by the ECDD."
30th of April: DEA's 2nd Annual Supply Chain Conference supply chain industry, their affiliated associations, and DEA can engage in discussions concerning existing federal regulations, issues requiring regulatory changes, clarification of DEA policy, and the development of initiatives to reduce diversion of pharmaceutical controlled substances while ensuring an adequate and uninterrupted supply. And 2nd of July: the start of the EUDA, the day on which the regulation enters into application. With focus on finding alternatives for prohibition.
What's always the problem with these SAM-sponsored articles (WSJ) is that they are always a couple of steps behind, and the content never holds any merit. The DEA has to follow medical and scientific advice from HHS, it's bound by it. And last week the UN report of 2023 repeatedly mentioned that cannabis is considered legal for medical and scientific reasons. So they are basically saying there is no violation pf the treaty for schedule 3. Starting thursday there will be live testimonies from ppl during the UN narcotic board convention, to plead for easier access to medical cannabis accross the UN. On which the UN narcotic plan for 2024-2026 will be based. On July 2n the EUDA will come into existence, with a focus on alternatives for prohibition, and a "how to" manual for EU countries to legislate cannabis. You can't ignore reality. And reality is on our side.
I would argue the US has done just that for all these years now. I do wonder what the EUDA will bring to the table, come July 2nd, with a search for alternatives to prohibition.
5th of March SuperTuesday. 7th of March State of The Union 4-6th march TD Cowen annual health conference 14-16march Testimonies before UN Narcotics council from people urging for Medical cannabis access ?April 1st - Germany legalisation? 2nd July EUDA comes into existence with a focus on finding alter alternatives for prohibition across the EU Lots going on this year.
On 2 July, the EMCDDA will be replaced by the European Union Drugs Agency (EUDA). It is therefore a special moment for me (the director) to present our activities for what is, undoubtedly, the most transformative period in the life of the agency to date. https://www.emcdda.europa.eu/news/2024/charting-new-course-emcdda-work-programme-2024-2026_en Page 28. Cannabis policy support package launched in digital format, including tools to establish baseline measurements and support the implementation of evidence-based decisions (2024-2026). Page 51: "These developments in the European cannabis market are taking place within a global context of countries increasingly exploring alternatives for prohibition and some moving towards regulated or legalised recreational cannabis markets.
