My 2 cents, it's a year from now that the HEMP ban takes effect, by then they will tax it just like marijuana and keep being able to sell it, it will be up to the State you live in. Just like GOOD WEED illegal states may not sell it.
Wtf Why ban HEMP? more layoffs coming from the industry
I was wrong guys... RAND PAUL FUCKING FAILED, HEMP BAN WILL CONTINUE TO THE HOUSE. https://x.com/HenryLuMencken/status/1988045358182629620?t=W5eoE1DDwD8uXajDLf-eBg&s=19 I apologize for my panicking of earlier, it's been a hell of a bad year and my PTSD was acting up

Nobody is commenting this is HEMP DERIVED THC - Shit doesn’t do anything to you. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp is legally defined as cannabis plant material containing no more than 0.3% Δ-9 THC by dry weight. This is DELTA-9 THC - aka: not real cannabis 🙄🙄🙄
Instead of planting soybeans can’t they plant something else? Wheat futures are $400 per what ever they measure it by. lol They could plant beats, clover, peanuts, sunflowers or something that everyone can be using here in the States, HEMP.
It’s about freakin time. I’ll use all caps for our moron politician; HEMP AND CANNABIS ARE THE SAME PLANT!!! YOU MUST BE 21 OR OLDER! REGULATE IT FOR SAFETY!!!
Essentially the ALJ overseeing the rescheduling case retired and was like “Peace out there’s no one to do this hearing anymore so the DEA admin (Terry Cole) or AG maybe (Pam Bondi) can review make the call from here” Then some time passed and trumpy trump was like “Medical weed is kind of cool, we should make a decision on that in a few weeks, right Pam?” Pam didn’t reply with words but looked over and gave him a head nod of approval Now it’s been a lot of weeks and POTUS has been very busy but came hit us with the truth social post that said “HEMP CBD rocks, I did that! I support some other good changes too for medical” and now we’re here. Long story short, we might be alright with the legal process because prez wants it, its bipartisan and ALJ Mulrooney said to figure it out without a hearing
Let’s be clear, **HEMP CBD.** Not flower.
Here here!! I got into an interesting discussion on this with a local hemp / thc drinks company owner and he claimed “all MSOs care about is making rich people more money, us HEMP operators are the only ones who actually care about giving people affordable access to this medicine… “ I had to bite my tongue and agree to disagree, walk away lol…
HEMP MOCA. Wonder if they will take off when the rescheduling happens. So low any movement could mean big $$ if you got in now

Why ?...VFF just added another 550,000 sq ft of greenhouse to grow cannabis they now will have a total of 2.2 million sq ft, the largest grower of cannabis. Plus Texas license 1 of 12 Texas TCUP and HEMP.
HEMP MCOA ANYONE know Why the movement?
HEMP MOCA finally showing signs of life. Must be something to do With the new DEA head guy. Maybe they could Run some.
The special session in Texas where hemp will be regulated is starting today. The session lasts a maximum of 30 days. [Governor Abbott Announces Special Session Agenda](https://gov.texas.gov/news/post/governor-abbott-announces-special-session-agenda-) >REGULATE HEMP-DERIVED PRODUCTS : Legislation to comprehensively regulate hemp-derived products, including limiting potency, restricting synthetically modified compounds, and establishing enforcement mechanisms, all without banning a lawful agricultural commodity.
He's introduced it before, but the current iteration was introduced [exactly one month ago](https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/senate-bill/2112). I feel like most people know that "total THC" is going to be the norm going forward. Instead of writing it into this HEMP Act bill which may or may not get passed, they put the total THC language in the appropriations bill that had to pass. That makes me think that the total THC change was a priority.
This is getting more ticky-tacky and in the weeds, but keep in mind the HEMP Act was introduced in September 2024, long before the ag appropriation bill left the subcommittee's appropriation bill advanced (not passed) last month. So I agree if you were to reconcile the two bills, it seems like it would be a 1% would apply to a new Total THC standard.... however, the HEMP Act's amending language still only referred to THC (not Total THC), and given the sequence here the intent is not to expand the threshold in a post-THCa loophole closing-world, but rather expand it. We'll see how this all shakes out later this year, at least on the appropriations side of things.
The appropriations act they passed already redefined it as total THC. >**section 297A** of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 is **amended....inserting the following**: ‘‘(1) HEMP.— ‘‘(A) IN GENERAL.—The term ‘hemp’ means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, iso mers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with **a total tetrahydrocannabinol concentration (including tetrahydrocannabinolic acid)** of not more than 0.3 percent in the plant on a dry weight basis. So section 297A will now define hemp as total THC that is <0.3%. Rand Paul's bill only changes the <0.3% limit to be <1.0%. >**Section 297A(1)** of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 is amended by **striking ‘‘0.3 percent’’ and inserting "1 percent"**
Appreciate you calling out the big money flowing in from big alcohol to protect & expand their growing THC hemp sham. It's getting harder and harder for Republicans to support hemp (even expanding the definition to essentially all cannabis plants as the HEMP Act would) while clutching their pearls about marijuana. But many still are. Reminder this is weedstocks, not weedlegalization: If Hemp Act were to somehow pass, MSOs go to zero. All the billions invested in cultivation and processing infrastructure under tight regulations will be wasted in favor of unregulated hemp farms and headshops on every corner slinging every category of marijuana.
[The National Beer Wholesalers Association](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Beer_Wholesalers_Association) is a large and influential lobbying group. Their primary lobbying team is in-house, where they drop $250-600k every quarter. They also use a smaller firm Polaris, as well as an extremely small firm called EB Consulting. EB Consulting only has 2 federal clients, but the firm is very connected to federal politicians from Kentucky. Specifically to representative Andy Barr, and [former Kentucky senator Jim Bunning](https://www.reddit.com/r/weedstocks/comments/1cymmw4/comment/l5b3b8x/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button). The “EB” in “EB Consulting” stands for Eric Bunning, who is Jim’s grandson. Eric Bunning used to work for Kentucky rep Andy Barr, and Bunning’s wife used to work for Mitch McConnell. [Jim Bunning was succeeded as a Kentucky Senator by Rand Paul](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Bunning). Rand Paul filed his own hemp bill a month ago, which is supposed to actually increase the THC level that is considered hemp. It is called the [HEMP Act of 2025](https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/senate-bill/2112). [The National Beer Wholesalers Association filing for Q2 added the HEMP Act](https://lda.senate.gov/filings/public/filing/84c9f6de-3547-42d5-9626-dee2895eb979/print/) to their list of lobbying topics with EB Consulting. As far as I can tell the NBWA is the only organization that has lobbied on this specific bill.
Got you all beat. 99.37% on HEMP. I mean HEMP, what could go wrong. lol
I want to see what margins are looking like on hemp D9 beverages. Today was the first day of the [Hemp Beverage Expo](https://hempbeverageexpo.com/), which is one possible explanation for the volume. It's being held in Georgia, since the South and Southeast are the best markets for beverages right now. Tilray's most recent low in stock price seems to be June 23rd, which is the day the Governor of Texas vetoed the hemp ban and [called for regulation instead](https://gov.texas.gov/news/post/governor-abbott-vetoes-senate-bill-3-89r). Tilray announced their hemp beverages in late 2024, with the [first state they named being Texas](https://ir.tilray.com/news-releases/news-release-details/tilray-brands-leverages-hemp-and-beverage-scale-launch-hemp). >Tilray will launch Happy Flower in partnership with Emergent Beverage in the Texas and Louisiana markets. Texas could be a massive market for beverages, and what they settle on regarding hemp regulations could drive other states or even the federal government's decisions. They said they don't want to conflict with federal laws. It won't be long before we find out what they are doing. [Texas special legislative session begins on July 21st](https://gov.texas.gov/news/post/governor-abbott-announces-special-session-agenda-). >REGULATE HEMP-DERIVED PRODUCTS : Legislation to comprehensively regulate hemp-derived products, including limiting potency, restricting synthetically modified compounds, and establishing enforcement mechanisms, all without banning a lawful agricultural commodity.
Jesus Christ. I want it to be real as well. but thats not what he's saying. # Dan Patrick WANTS TO BAN HEMP.
Its infuriating but true. Cannabis can take all the negatives and "hard on drugs" rhetoric SAM and the GOP can spew. But at the same time HEMP is providing JOBS, and giving people the freedom they want. I wont be surprised if medical hemp and SAFEHEMP banking is on the way.
I say its time to packup Cannabis and move everything to HEMP. a simple name change should do.
Bought $HEMP and other weed a stocks in early 2010s to get into stock gambling via penny stocks. My 2k turned into 20k and I funded my wedding through it. Had no clue what I was doing.

Plus it's a international brand that is growing in Germany. It just came out with HEMP delta-9 drinks that is legal under the farm bill.
Much of this policy and support for HEMP by the GOP is being driven by, and at the behest of McConnell. Hopefully once he steps aside, some of this will subside.
HEMP though its zero now
So how many times have you gone to a CBD shop and bought ‘Low THC HEMP’ that got you zonked off your gourd?? Huh? How many times? That would be the best way to collect primary research data, which I have done many times. Wbu? You [educate yourself](https://www.texasstandard.org/stories/marijuana-texas-smokable-hemp-thc-levels/) if you don’t die falling off your high horse first
You’re incredibly uneducated. The farm bill has created an unregulated HEMP market. Which is currently being revised and shut down state by state. Do a bit of reading before you spew garbage.
David Culver is the lobbyist for the US Cannabis Council, but he also recently had ONE HEMP as his only other client. A couple months ago David Culver was talking about hemp products and FDA regulation. [Skip to 3:00 in the video](https://www.cheddar.com/media/thc-infused-drinks-stir-up-high-hopes-and-higher-legal-scrutiny/) "There is a piece of legislation that I believe will materialize in the US Senate relatively soon that is going to point towards the Food and Drug Administration as the primary regulator"
Encouraging progress continues regarding The Hemp Derived Consumer Protection and Market Stabilization Act of 2023 (H.R. 1629), and Hemp Access and Consumer Safety Act (S. 2451). The proposed legislation seeks to regulate hemp extract products under the FDA's existing dietary supplement regulatory framework. Charlotte's Web has been actively supporting industry stakeholders, including the Coalition for Access Now and the industry working group ONE HEMP, to advocate for this critical legislation. Finalized drafts are expected to be introduced this calendar year, including FDA technical assistance, which will commence the official legislative process leading to committee hearings
Curaleaf added "Regulatory scheme for HEMP" on their most recent [lobbying disclosure](https://lda.senate.gov/filings/public/filing/c14f5cc9-a65e-4431-8bd3-b7d2be659590/print/). They also added an additional lobbyist to this disclosure. Looks strongly Texas connected, so presumably related to the hemp topic addition. The lobbyist is Bryce Matthews, who worked for the current and previous congressmen from the 11th district in Texas. He also interned for John Cornyn, the senior Senator from Texas. The Congressman he just came from working for is August Pfluger. He's a member of the House Energy and Commerce committee, where the [Hemp and Hemp-Derived CBD Consumer Protection and Market Stabilization Act of 2023](https://www.congress.gov/bill/118th-congress/house-bill/1629/cosponsors) is currently located. Summary: *"This bill allows the use of* ***hemp, cannabidiol (i.e., CBD) derived from hemp, or any other ingredient derived from hemp in a dietary supplement****, provided that the supplement meets other applicable requirements."* Also both August Pfluger and his brother Karl are pretty strong allies to Trump. August was an appointment to [Trump's national security council](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/August_Pfluger), and his brother Karl [invested millions into Truth Social](https://www.reuters.com/technology/who-funded-trumps-truth-social-some-answers-2022-10-28/). *"According to the documents, Karl Pfluger, president of Midland, Texas oil and energy company Oryx Midstream Services owned by private equity firm Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, put in $5.3 million in December 2021 and an additional $4.5 million in March 2022. Pfluger is the brother of* ***August Pfluger, a Republican Congressman in Texas and vocal Trump ally who first earned Trump’s endorsement in February 2020****."*
You may be right that the phrase about closing the loophole isn't the most accurate - hopefully I can find a more detailed analysis soon. But from what I can tell, the House draft bill *would* change the definition of hemp. Here is the definition of hemp from the *Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018*: SEC. 297A. DEFINITIONS. :-- >‘‘In this subtitle: ‘‘(1) HEMP.—The term ‘hemp’ means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof **and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. This is the House draft amendment to that section: SEC. 10006. HEMP PRODUCTION. :-- >(a) DEFINITIONS.—Section 297A of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 (7 U.S.C. 1639o) is amended - (1) by redesignating paragraphs (2) through (6) as paragraphs (4) through (8), respectively; and (2) **by inserting after paragraph (1) the following**: [The definitions of cannabinoid hemp and industrial hemp]. So if the definition of hemp is currently any cannabis application with delta 9 thc <0.3% by dry weight, then adding these definitions of cannabinoid hemp and industrial hemp would still be a significant change in the definitions. Maybe the clarification of whether hemp is used for cannabinoids or not will allow for better rule making. Happy to hear your insight though if I am mistaken. I know you are more knowledgeable on hemp and the farm bill than I am.

HEMP is another good one… great potential
Yes I’m In this boat too. I do have a ton of shares in. MCOA and HEMP. WISH one or both would get a bump so I can get out lol
I have shares in IGC, its an Indian pharma corp. I had a lot of weed stock that went belly up. I had HEMP, HMPQ, SCNA and others that were either outright growers or they sold hemp or weed products. They all went under except SNDL and IGC. So i got IGC because they are...or were doing research into using canabanoids to make drugs that fight alzhimers. I bought in several years ago at $1.09. It dropped significantly but ive noticed a slight rise now to $0.41 a share. Just thought id share that if anyones interested.
Let's revisit the Marijuana sector.#HEMP #INQD
Dude, I still own HEMP and a bunch of other weed stocks I thought were going to blow up.
They aren't importing a single GRAM into Poland, unless it's HEMP. They import pharmaceutiocals, but their own production can only use hemp, at less than the usual 0.03% THC. They are basically buying a hemp producer. Despite being smaller, Lithuania produced twice ass much hemp as Poland last year... Nobody there is gonna answer Boris' phone calls.. 'Cept maybe Abramovich's kids.
Well now that you bring it up I had to check to see if they were still trading, and sure as shit they are! OTCMKTS: MJNA, CANN and HEMP are the symbols, and they are still indeed trading... for less than a penny mind you lol. Well Trees is doing ok with it's 7 cents a share, but you won't find any of these dumpster fires in the MSOS holdings. I haplessly traded these symbols way back when I was still a McDonalds employee in 2012. Was convinced I was gonna strike it rich with the democrats pushing legalization in Colorado and Washington LMAOoooo oh those were the good old days. Glad I tapped out when I did. Now in 2024 I have a Rise dispensary right down the street from my house, and I can proudly say that I have a common share interest in a real brick and mortar business that I know is serving real people good quality cannabis. Is it a good time to invest in cannabis? I say it's never been better.
fml $HCMC and $HEMP neither looking good

I'm long hodl'er on HEMP and GRNH, down down she goes since 2013
If a stock isn't worth anything right now, after having free lending for almost 20 years, and no "bear market" for like 15 years, then it is probably still overvalued. That said HEMP is a proper dumpster fire. Lol
While you wait for your orders to fill, have a read on how I became a Consistently Profitable Trader ten years ago by trading OTC penny stocks :) Traded stocks like FNMA, AAMRQ, pumps like LEXG, POTG, JAMN, and later on pot stocks in 2014 like MJNA, CBIS, MDBX, HEMP, etc [https://churningandburning.com/2023/10/consistently-profitable-trader.html](https://churningandburning.com/2023/10/consistently-profitable-trader.html)

Burger King is where you want to start. They are owned by Restaurant Brands International. That is one of 3G Capital's companies, along with AB InBev and Kraft-Heinz. Restaurant Brands International owns Tim Hortons (more coffee!). When Tilray/Aphria merged, they added a Restaurant Brands/Tim Hortons executive to their board. 3G Capital is heavily involved with GP Investments as well. They are directly connected to Irwin Simon on his GP-ACT III Acquisition SPAC. A primary GP Investment company is The Craftory. They are an investment company that has rolled up several CBD companies over the past couple years (Kadenwood/Present Life/Social CBD). Let's not forget that the fast food companies like Burger King, McDonalds, etc do an immense amount of coffee sales as well. Two all beef patties special sauce lettuce cheese pickles onions on a HEMP seed bun?
I thought that one would go. And I rode it down to nearly nothing... Related: I still have some worthless HEMP in my portfolio because I kinda like seeing it there.
If my HEMP stock when to .50 I’d be an instant Millionaire
Im a casual stock investor. I usually put about $20 on some stock most paydays. That way i dont miss it. I never take anything back out. I just leave it as is. Sometimes ill buy more of certain ones. Its funny, i invest in weed but none of it is doing anything. Ive also never heard of Adastra (XTXXF). But i felt i did quite a bit of research. Ive got 2,200 shares of ALKM. .0003 3,400 shares of HCMC .0002 2,984 shares of HEMP .0002 63 shares of IGC .321 1,075 shares of PURA .0015 50 shares of RHNMF .0571 200 shares of SCNA .002 17 shares of SNDL 1.51......They reverse split on me! I had built up like 10 times this amount. Anyway, currently these are all basically worthless. It doesnt really bother me and i do have other stocks, a couple of which are doing ok. But i do wonder why these are all so poor if theres a booming market in canada? I get that some of these might be BS in some way or that they are being stalled by a lack of legalization in the US on a federal level. I just thought when i started that itd be better than this. Im going to buy shares of adastra too. Its low enough that i can put $20 on it repeatedly. And ill just keep it like all of these. Maybe someday some of these will rise and maybe ill get some money. Thatd be nice. 🙂
2 cannabis stocks just gained 33% something is happening somewhere $HEMP $INQD
adding losses, this is how I know your are tied to them in some fashion because NO ONE ever mentions them in here and they are not on ANYONES radar. They cant event get a secured website lol its a total joke. they are in the same camp as MJNA HEMP & MCOA, bunch of BS companies
Sure! Pretty much agree with everything mentioned here. I'm just in favor of them more because it's the stepping stone onto producing bigger things. I have no stake in the game right noooow.... trying to see if I can't myself in a position to apply for a state HEMP license for the state of Texas. I wanna run this shit (to some degree).
Hoping for this with $HEMP$
btw everything i learned about life that allowed me to go from literally homeless to the main breadwinner in my family, it's much harder coming to terms with the fact that you fucked up at 65 than 26. that is the situation my mom is in. both financially and physical/cognitive health. other than a few missing molars, i have no criminal charges, a mostly clean bill of health (i quit smoking and have no missed a single day of cardio yet since i started [3-4 mins at a time max]) but yeah dude i had to come to terms with the fact that both my current salary as well as any investments i had tossed away because i hadn't yet figured out the right combination of molecules that work optimally for me (bupenorphine, phenibut, boatloads of [LEGAL HEMP BILL FUCK OFF FEDS] cannabis, and amphetamine(s) on workdays or the occasional night where I need to correct my sleeping schedule by staying up. it is absolutely crushing to only realize how to properly plant a tree at 65+
I mostly traded weedstocks early on and I remember quantifying daily gains at times by how many XBOXes I made that day, how I could buy a new car (+20k), or even just wiping student loan debt a couple times over. Some of these were unrealized gains as sometimes I held too long. One year I did over 2 million worth of trades (not gains) and I was paranoid about TFSA audit, lol. Largest gain was Hempco (HEMP) getting bought out by ACB. I made a purchase on Friday and sold on Monday for over double my money (+50k) https://i.imgur.com/jm6cGSc.jpg I remember doing the math at one point because you get a bit of an ego thinking you're some bad ass daytrader. At the time, maybe 2 years in or so, it turns out if just bought and held a lot of the main stocks, I would have been up more than all this ducking and weaving I was doing through trading. That was a bit deflating. Anyways, I kind of bowed out of the sector maybe two years ago (around the start of COVID) and just recently came back. I remember selling my APH stock back then because I was worried about the market crash early on, then eventually they got gobbled up by Tilray. Bleh.
Is HEMP a good buy? It is so low it only can go up right? And it sounds like the products are exactly what the world needs…thoughts?
*Posts or comments not directly related will be removed at the **discretion** of the mods*. but you will allow some pump and dump like HEMP stock to be on the front page? did you at least watch it? very funny & informative! good day to you sir.
HEMP up 12% today overall -98%😏LFG🔥🔥🚀🚀🚀
I own like 1.5 million shares of HEMP. And upon this news bought into ACB. Will not buy into SNDL as that was a scam and cost me money last year.
Pink sheets HEMP. Check them out
Some weed stocks are at a low but bounced today. Ive been writing calls this past week. CGC is up nicely. So is CRON. My CGC may close in the money. I will repurchase next week if so and write again. Having 200 share ensures you don't miss the hype fueled rocket. Write calls on 100 shares week after week. Have 100 shares reserved for rocket fuel. This is definitely something that can be in waaaay before it takes off. I've been following weed stocks for 12 years. Originally owned CBIS, ERBB, GRNH, MJNA, MWIP, HEMP, TRTC ERBB, GRNH, MJNA and HEMP are sub penny stocks Massive leverage and pop on hype. TRTC and MWIP are no longer trading. CBIS was delisted but dlnot before I made .10 on 100k shares. I was unemployed at the time. Made 6k~ish overall that used to pay 3 months rent with. Today I own CGC, TLRY, SNDL, and ACB I will be buying more and writing. Looking at CRON as next play TL;DR: Weed stocks may or may not take off any time soon but at these prices it's a good gamble to play. Writing covered calls and having additional reserved shares as fuel while waiting for rocket to launch🚀🌛
Let’s all Make a run on HEMP on pink sheets!! .001
I am more curious about HEMP, maybe time to load up!
HEMP on pink pages. .001 waiting on legalization!! To the moon 🌙
Wish we all would start looking into HEMP on pink sheets. Interesting company.
Chalice Brands #Chalf is a strong company. They’re going to be reporting 29 million revenue for 2021 and their current market cap is like 18 million. They’re already past a reverse split, so their outstanding shares is really low. I’ve been loading shares all year.. averaging down in hopes of positive news coming breaking related to safe banking or future legalization. I currently hold 112k @ .41 average. It’s trading at $.20 right now. I’m also bullish on #MNND #SNDL #TILRAY . #HEMP
You should see the HEMP bag I have the pleasure of owning 🙂🤮
because they announced this before and could have been doing this for the past 4 years, why do you think Inbev pulled out? because it really doesnt look like they have a plan to take over market share in beverages. just another HEMP drink farm bil2018 loophole product. go to back and wait in line with the rest of them. Love when a THC company brings up CBD + USA = investors( just dont tell them about competition). Branding charlie branding. how will people know they want youre product over the thousands of others across the state? you better throw your wallet at the lobbyist putting through the advertising bill to get you a good seat at the table when the meal arrives.
Me @ HEMP I have 2,000 shares and it’s worthless… but one day when the feds get there heads out of their asses and legalize when that happens we will see some jumps….I’d just forget about it and chill
I'm just hoping one day something like HEMP is worth something. Quite literally anything
$HEMP. Sub penny. I believe it will be one of the super stars soon
