Yes! I'm invested in a few other cancer stocks that could go high based on current share price - MAIA, AUTL, CHRS. But IOVA is a strong contender. Outside of that I'd bet DVLT, NRXP and FEMY (heavy on this choice because they have so much going for them).

IOVA at the start of its bull run, was beaten down after launch. Commercial success is happening and now indication expansion is claifying showing it as a complete platform and not just relegated for melanoma. Lots of upside ahead.

TEAM, SATL and IOVA. TEAM has been hit pretty hers and is due for a bounce back imo. SATL is a high risk high reward space play, and IOVA is a fun squeeze option (not betting much in it but still watching) I figured I’d throw some lottery tickets out there since everyone else is going boring, typical stocks. Had this on my watchlist… sorta didn’t watch close enough. I was preoccupied w/CALC, SELS, IOVA, RNXT, ONCY… & I guess RIME… had a $700 profit on that. Been Trying to enter again, too high right now imo. That $700 gets reinvested so not like I really feel that profit. Shoulda bought more SELS, IOVA. Those two may run higher. I like CALC @.60 for possible good gains. Been adding a lil. (I haven’t dabbled in Pennie’s for a few years. Ya’ll prob. know the story.). Seems the less I trade the better… have been holding a few years on APPL, V, SOFI. finally shed DraftKings. Coulda sold at $52… got out at $22, OUCH. Put the cash in more SOFI & finally got some XIACF ($4.45). Missed the RXT run… that can happen checking stocks in the afternoon. Tread carefully. GLTA!

IOVA on a tear, MC still undervalued.
I have over 330k shares right now. Started accumulating around the $1.60-$1.70 mark. Just became a millionaire today and this is just the beginning for IOVA. Strong close with momentum today, reaching its 52-week high. Conference next week will be huge. Imagine this could get to the point of a short squeeze if they drop some more updates or release 2026 guidance at the conference.
IMO - IOVA is a good buy under $3. Its almost doubled since start of year, is too expensive and due for a major pullback soon. They have revenues from drug sales but these are not growing and management knows it. Management declined to provide forward guidance in their last earnings call after being directly asked to by an analyst during the Q & A session. They have $300 million in cash and equivalents. Sounds like alot until you consider that they are consistently losing about $70 million a quarter. I don't know why it has had its recent price strength, but I picked up $500 worth of April $4.50 puts this morning.

I took a small position ($5k) in IOVA back in OCT 24 when it was trading at $10. I then proceeded to buy the dip. again and again and again. When it was under $2 I loaded up. Ended up with a cost average of $3.64. This was my biggest losing position for a year. Now I'm up 26%. But holy fuck now it's an unreasonable percentage of my account.

For the next two years, I'm leaning towards building instead of selling. IOVA's balance sheet is not solid yet, but they do look good to start building: minimum debt (other than lease liability) and sufficient cash. They have up to another \~100M shares to issue, in case they need more cash. What I really look forward to see is increase in both top line and bottom line revenue. A lot of hospitals are seeing the effectiveness of IOVA's product & the clinical data backs it up. In-house production also helps improving gross margin and it sits around 50% like you mentioned; I want to see this to be in 60%+ for the upcoming year. R&D/ SG&A seems to be stabilized at \~$450M for the year. As a cherry on top, short interest increased again as of 2/13 filing (47.21% of the float!). I don't know why shorts would pile up at this low price, especially since this company doesn't look like it's going to go bankrupt. Seems too reckless. The price action has been boring for the past year or so -- but I love it. Up a little, down a little bit, and nothing. If the market is going to keep offering me this price, I'll gladly take it. I got shares and JAN'27 $3 leaps. I plan to hold the contracts til then and exercise them.

NMRA is scheduled to report phase 3 of KOASTAL-3 (treatment for major depression) in q2 2026 and is funded until 2027 so low dilution risk IOVA is reporting results q1 2026 for IOV4001 ("investigational, genetically modified tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapy") and low dilution risk
