I love this sub! I was joking about ChatGPT but not about the pics. Half are know pump and dumps, and when I saw $JAGX, $ZOM and $MARK, I shook my head. And when I saw $INPX I just laughed. $INPX became $XTAI (with a little bit of $CXAI mixed in), and because one of the best dilution scam machines we have. I mean, it’s not as bad as $TLRY, or the Nicolas Link group of tickers, but it is epically bad.

When promissory notes are in play, worry. Interest is ridiculous and a chance of Toxic lending, as these are unregistered securities. It may be, I am not sure, that they sell shares against notes - this is an option. This somewhat means they dilute, but cash raised has already been spend. If they an not pay, or delay, law-suit. For now you have a value paper. The best thing to do is to open a IBKR account. Try to transfer the shares. They may reject to transfer them because it is penny-stock. You then can only do it when the stock is above 5$. By the way, IBKR is 10x better than Trade Republic. Trade republic is really really limited. Alternatively, go to the JAGX subreddit and encourage people to write to Jaguar IR to put in the proper paperwork to register on LS Exchange. The same thing happened with T2 Biosystems, post rs not listed, I feel they did this purposely so many can not move the stock.
In it. Am fairly sure this will explode out of nowhere. Streeterville (Fefe) in here, at around 0,17$. The same guy was in JAGX, also as a Toxic lender. He is in with 9%, he can make or break this stock. What stands out is that he bought shares after the court documents came out (related to promissory notes)
Fintel shows borrow fee at 190% and OS at over 9 million. Not saying you’re wrong, but it’s telling when the data differs so greatly among the trusted sources. Last months AEMD fails data is very interesting. Jumped from a little over a thousand fails on May 13 to over a million fails the very next day. Insanity. I’m tethered to JAGX, but wish you guys the best. Both stocks are on Reg SHO. Both have been beaten mercilessly.

Lots of FOMOing in on $CISS (bought in before the reverse stock split down about 70%), $XFOR, $JAGX, $NKLA, $ENVB. Holding $KULR (got in at 0.15 saw it rise saw it fall), $BIOL and last but not least $HOLO (dropped the minute I bought in at $2) Most of my buying was adrenaline led due to the unrealized gains in KULR, I thought this forum was a godsend and then read the sidebar

Huh, RS on 5/23. It will pump then, but if you are a bag holding and have Fidelity, you won't be able to trade them that day. It's wild, but it's happened to me during an RS. The stock will trade under the symbol JAGX with a new CUSIP number: 47010C805. That little change takes a while for Fidelity to recognize. I am not sure if other brokers have the same issue. I will probably buy pre market on 5/23 and sell during the short RS pump before it crashes further. How it usually works is:RS announcement>stock tanks like 50% (.26 to .13)>RS happens at midnight ( .13 to $7.80 less shares and lower float)> premarket buyers pump it 30% by 6 am EST ($7.80 to $10.14)> a massive early morning sell off happens ( $10 to $5)> you can then buy it at market open at lower than was the day before ($4 or $5)> it pumps a little bit more before dropping again ( $5 to $8 to $4) this takes a few days. I am telling you this because if you can not sell your stocks, you can take an even greater loss. In my scenario, 60k stocks that were worth $7,800 pre split could be worth $4,800 in 3 days after the RS. Maybe you don't have Fidelity, but that CUSP number change thing has gotten me twice. The second time, I tried to sell off the day before RS but still had some shares. I ended up making a profit from new shares I bought after RS, but I had to hold the original ones for longer.

I bought the high in $SAVE, I still believe it’s criminally undervalued so I’m holding for now. Also still being dragged along with $JAGX, as long as there isn’t a reverse split, I’m hopeful it will increase to the $2-3 range soon. I have a few things on my watchlist with upcoming catalysts but I’m out of dry powder for now.
I am more confident in my shitty JAGX stock going green today than any of the meme stocks.
