From my perspective, I wouldn't think so given how closely they've aligned their entire agenda on fighting "wokeism" and immigrants. Many people are now waking up to the fact that these policies aren't helping their daily lives, especially how it's hitting their wallets because of the tariffs and inflation. The dems could screw it up and help the right, as they always do, but the GOP is in bad shape without Trump. And JD vance doesn't have the aura that Trump brought to the party. He's just a yes man crony only there because of Thiel. I do wish they would dump him. But after more than a decade of this crap, I don't see it just fizzling away, given their investment and allegiance to the POTUS.

Here's my limited impression (and analogy) of nuclear: building even the most basic reactor in the US is like 10x worse red tape than getting FDA approval for a cancer drug. Now imagine that drug has dozens of alternatives and even a few cheaper generics floating around under different labels AND it's something you can get cheaper/easier in another country. Also a better drug could come along 10-20yrs from now making today's drug obsolete. I’ve been searching since the beginning of Jan. I’ve had 6 interviews out of a solid 500-600 applications, and I personalize my resume to match the JD. I have “head of” and “director” level experience and I’m barely hearing back from even entry level and associate level roles. LinkedIn is tough but the alternatives are worse since the last time I was job searching right after the pandemic.
