Do you\anyone subscribe to the ARK newsletter thing and know if Cathy's still adding or in it? I have Longview's newest SPAC LGV on a watchlist just for funsies. LGVW was a fun ride

Is RBAC going through or not? I can’t take another fucking termination after LGV, RCLF, and HTPA 😢

Sold out of a ginormous LGV warrant position, expect a DA tomorrow. Made under 10% profit but ginormous squared losses on other warrants

It's only 50% to deadline per spactrack. If it falls through there's still time for a new target. It would probably be like LGV where it actually goes up a bit from 0.30 on deal termination

Does someone keep track of called off deals this or last year? If not, could you comment those that come to mind off of the top of your head. My list so far: TWND, PACX, OCA, LGV, MBAC, AVAH, ASAX [Source](https://twitter.com/spactrack/status/1493231641141157890?s=21)

She doesn't hold any LGV.

Ok, that makes sense. Thank you for explaining. I can’t believe Cathie didn’t sell any LGV today, she is loaded.

As [detailed here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Spacstocks/comments/quqhb4/longview_acquisition_corp_ii_requested_that/) , Heartflow lowered their 2021 revenue estimates to a range of $36 to $42 million in September. When the business combination was announced in July, that figure was $42 million. Heartflow said the uncertainty was due to COVID. So it looks like LGV thought that Heartflow should lower the EV of the deal, and Heartflow didn't agree. QSI has already completed their business combination. Not sure how COVID might effect QSI.

LGV still has plenty of time and 1/5 split. Probably a decent chance it ends up higher than it was with heartflow DA

LGV warrants $0.31 wtf, even if deal falls through which it might as well lol, these are 1/4 with a big trust. Warrant massacre continues

Look at the LGV SPAC. HeartFlow is going to emerge there, it'll be huge. Also, I wanna put VSBLTY on your radar.

DNA, HUMA, IONQ are frequently mentioned STRC, """Sarcos Robotics is a leader in industrial robotic systems that augment human performance by combining human intelligence, instinct, and judgment with the strength, endurance, and precision of machines to enhance employee safety and productivity.""" Powered exoskeletons, but in a way that makes sense. Currently robots are way more common in factories than homes. ARQQ, """Arqit’s quantum tech stack allows lightweight end point software to create encryption keys which are computationally secure, zero trust and one-time, in infinite numbers and infinite group sizes. We are already taking the software to market, at pace.""" This is the actual application, IONQ is the hardware. LGV. """HeartFlow produces artificial intelligence-enabled software that doctors can use to diagnose, manage and treat heart disease non-invasively. The company said in a statement that the system can reduce unnecessary invasive angiograms by 83%.""" Heart disease is the #1 killer, and this kind of highly focused, closed ended task is something current generation AI can do well. 3D printing, but I'm not sure which one, so I have a position in DM, MKFG, and VLD. I have warrants in all of these (except DM, which I had to convert to shares)

I got an LGV30 manufactured 2017, bought in 2018 screen all cracked but only on the sides and top corners, but the phone is still going. Camera is good, it runs smoothly and battery still lasts me a full day. I will use till the day it dies and only then will replace it. Phones nowadays need 3 cycles to bring in some good tech. Its like they hit the top and dont know what else to incorporate in them so they just rebrand last years technology with minor improvements.
