Hey guys, found something interesting in the latest 8-k for IPOD. It looks like there′s been a major management shakeup - the old sponsor sold their Class B shares/control to a new group led by Elliot Richmond. If that name rings a bell, he’s the guy from Inflection Point Acquisition who brought Intuitive Machines (LUNR) public. Given his track record with that deal and the fact they put up $2M for control, seeing him take the wheel here makes this a very interesting play. Definitely worth a look.

Look out for LUNR this week. Currently sitting at >31% short float with >3 days to cover, and most expiring this Friday. Hasn’t had this high of short interest since late November 2024 when it jumped from $7-$16/share. And shorts had a pretty low time to cover then (around 1 day to cover). Doesn’t immediately look like many covered their positions today either.

I'm up today despite massive losses on LUNR because I timed my SPY buys. And my comment was for yesterday intraday. It closed an entire $10 higher than it bottomed out at. Had that not recovered yesterday, today would not have been like this. You were supposed to cash out big time on the massive recovery yesterday.
Remember to get some international exposure, many countries vastly outperformed the US last year, not saying this year will repeat but it is good diversification. Also don't be afraid to throw a couple speculative growth stocks in with the ETFs, I saw you had ASTS down there just be careful with companies that have run up like crazy the last 6 months (Space, Drones, Rare Earth Metals). Some of them don't have great revenue and are very forward looking and momentum driven, but that is OK and choosing the right ones can really boost your returns. Just be ready for volatility that you won't see with ETFs, don't panic and sell for a loss if you have conviction in the future of the company. I did well with JOBY and LUNR but got in extremely early before they had taken off at all ($5 and $7). I wish I had bought ASTS or RKLB at that time as they were in that range as well. Maybe keep those more speculative ideas on your watchlist or add slowly, waiting for a good entry point/buying opportunity while you let the safer ETFs do the heavy lifting. I know I said one way or the other with Stocks vs ETFs but Your investment ideas should be Your own and you are already on the right track.
