Usually I look at Institutional Investment more than anything else. I use that as a baseline more often than not, and I do generally focus on Biotech. That's how I found some smaller plays like GBIO and LYRA earlier this year. Also had an interest in INTS months ago for the same exact reason. As Biotech goes, my biggest regret so far in the past year was not selling ABP when it went over 0.40 in July. That was the first time I saw 30k in my account, and I watched it bleed back to the 20's before I sold. Still made a modest profit, but yeah. In saying all of that - I won't lie. I got in on CLDI and BURU off of the hype and nothing else really. I actually considered selling CLDI at one point because I was down around 30%, but then it rocketed up to a high of 1.6 before crashing to earth. I'm not some genius by any means. I'd like to think I've learned a few things in the past year. Like watching ABP struggling to hold over 0.40 before bleeding out is what convinced me to sell BURU when it failed to hold the high 70's. Fact of the matter is that it's a mix of learning from my mistakes, and also knowing I've been lucky too. I have certain things I look for with Institutional Investment above all else, but I also try to recognize when something can rocket on hype too. As it is. I do realize how crazy it is that I've I've more than 10x'd my initial account value in under a year. That's a pretty crazy accomplishment with just shares.
**$NCNA** will probably do textbook Bio dilute/RS/PR cycle. **$LYRA** did that recently, they held a massive catalyst for after RS and went up 600% on announcement. I can be very wrong but will probably buy into panic dip after RS. I just bought 2000 shares as a placement to keep it on the radar.
$ADIL - Upcoming catalyst. **$ADIL** currently at 0.47 - **Market Cap** : 8.1M - **Shares Outs** : 16m - **Shares Float** :15M (Finviz) - **Short Float** : 5%< - **RSI 14** : 60 (good) - **Volume** : 2M < **Catalysts** : - **FDA Meeting (Jul 29, 2025)**: AD04 Phase 3 trial design discussion. - **Phase 3 Prep**: Manufacturing secured; FDA alignment key. - **Shareholder Meeting (Aug 1, 2025)**: Possible (highly likely) reverse split. - **Partnerships**: FDA success could spur pharma deals. - **Earnings (Aug 11–15, 2025)**: Financial, clinical update. **Jul 16** : 8K filing compliance Inline Viewer: Adial Pharmaceuticals, Inc. 8-K 2025-07-14 Good entry point below 0.50, main catalyst in very short term anticipation of Jul-29 discussion meeting. Not crazy short squeeze but money can be made here. Most plausible situation to unfold is positive meeting PR if announced, shareholder approval of RS,big dip and volatility afterwards. This will in turn create another possible opportunity before Aug earnings/clinical update. **NFA** Most Bio will use every opportunity they can to stay afloat, Rug pulls are very common, most big announcements held back to after RS (Most recent Bio case **$LYRA** 600% after RS PR nuke). There’s no long term investment here ATM for retail. Massive risks. Can also do nothing due to current perception of Biotech created by $IXHL. Worth a watchlist.
One of the guy who play LYRA, I guess he will big enough to retired. (I didn’t follow on that one) And someone mentioned ASBP, I only buy 50 shares on this one. Can’t buy everything.
If **$IXHL** reach 1.8$ I will unload my shares and retire that’s x10 for me. Might not look like alot with small port but it will double my portfolio and its not small. Being loyal to bio stock you know nothing about is crazy to me. There will be next play don’t get hung up, I should have retired after **$LYRA** I sold almost at the top following massive PR. Look at them now. Don’t be dumb. The 50-70 regular people here make zero difference to stock movement it’s all hype.
Took a portion of my profits from CLDI yesterday, and took a position in GBIO for 20k Shares for $0.37 each. Just a few of the basics for anyone curious about why I like GBIO here: * Six analysts providing coverage. Four suggest a buy, two suggest holding. Consensus is overweight. * About 91% of the Company is owned by Institutional Investors (e.g. Blackrock, Vanguard, Goldman Sachs, etc.) and Insiders; less that 10% of all shares are owned by retail investors. * Under 50M Shares in the Public Float. * Has remained stable in the Mid-30's for a little while now. Just seems like such a solid choice here. I'm not expecting it to make a big run in the next few days or anything, but could be very promising in the next few weeks or months if you've got the patience for it. Took a month and a half for my position in CLDI to pay off, and three months for LYRA before that.
I gained 580% on **$LYRA** after forced RS. Every situation is different this post was not aimed to tell people not to sell, my SL hit @1.05 with 0.87 CB. I bought back @0.75 with the profits. You should definitely do whatever you feel is right for you.
Look at recent post RS that mentioned here: **$MULN** went up north of 200% **$AGMH** 40% **$LYRA** my favorite purse, post RS hold 620% I’m sure there’s more people can add, mentioned just ones I remember recently. Most companies hold a spicy PR for after RS. Penny stocks manipulated heavily.
Buying LYRA because some bank put $51,000 into it. Will update or crash out later.
will this possible go as high as $LYRA?
Woah, rooting for ya. Let's watch $RSLS run like $LYRA.
$MRSN - Pitch from someone who had been invested in LYRA since February. Talked about this last night, going to go into greater depth here... Enormous investment from financial instutions. Blackrock, Vanguard, Bain Capital, Geode (Fidelity), and many others all holding literally millions of shares of this company. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Charles Schwab, and even Deutsche Bank with several hundred thousand under their belt. Promising news continues to flow from what I'm seeing between their clinical trials and such. Think the only problem with this security is the size of its float. Over 100M Shares is a lot. Much like BDSX, another security I'm monitoring, a Reverse Split may be necessary for any big movements.
What else have you got your eye on? Could do with another LYRA lol. Well done bro!
LYRA? Wait for now? And see it grow. Or just book profit and exit.
Overslept from long weekend, I usually wake up to angry DMs and *red port*, but Holly fuck boys I might retire from **$LYRA** it’s definitely cooling off though.
Do we think LYRA could bounce again?
So... who here had LYRA insider knowledge? WTF
Keep watching the price of LYRA it might do a SBET, SBET had two movements, first day maximum 50, so if it approaches this level is recommended to scale down, second day 100. LYRA is a phase 2 biotech pharma company so it can do it, but be observant! May the force be with you, I didn’t entered that trade, congratulations who entered it and also to the ones who already got out. In with a big position in APLD!!! God bless us all!
Saw $LYRA news the minute it came out and voluntarily decided not to invest. I gotta be fucking stupid man.
LYRA is getting squeezed this morning up 450%
Looks like Lyra Therapeutics ($LYRA) has officially released results from the ENLIGHTEN 2 trial, which may explain the spike in pre-market trading today. For those who’ve had a chance to review the data, do you think the results justify a lasting increase in valuation, or is this more likely to be a short-term reaction? Curious to hear thoughts from others tracking this, is this a real inflection point for $LYRA or just a temporary pop?
Sheeesh LYRA?!!!
LYRA just 10x'd in like 15 minutes, insane. Coming back down now.
I'm sorry too all of you who missed what just happened with LYRA in the last 15 minutes
I would be real happy with LYRA if they hadn't done a 1 to 50 reverse split!
**$LYRA** still in this after hitting limit sell on half position during spike. Will definitely spike again at open. If no RS announcement, and positive PR from update should climb. https://www.reddit.com/r/pennystocks/s/tkSGDXaJXm
Holly shit guys 🚀🚀🚀 LYRA thanks
LYRA is rocketing back to today's high! Moving fast.
What are your guys thoughts on $LYRA?
Might post DD for **$LYRA** @0.107 with major upcoming catalyst Looking to enter low. https://finviz.com/news/49312/lyra-therapeutics-to-present-52-week-extension-stage-results-for-enlighten-1-phase-3-study-for-lyr-210-for-the-treatment-of-chronic-rhinosinusitis-at-cosm-2025
$LYRA is climbing steadily
What do you think about LYRA, too risky to go in now?
I like MAGX. May sell my LYRA position to buy a hundred shares of MAGX.
Might fuck around and buy 100,000 shares of LYRA
Bought 10,000 shares of LYRA at 0.279 lol gonna sell after earnings
Same along with LYRA and some in TLRY
That’s exactly what I’m doing. Other penny stocks have options to like LYRA, CYN etc.
4 plays right now.. $AEMD , $SPWR , $LYRA, and of course... $GME
$LYRA. Way oversold. Was $6 a few weeks ago, now its .37c. Looking for gap fill
$LYRA & $RELI - both bottomed out with increasing volume
LYRA is a buy now $$$
I bought 1 mil shares of LYRA
LYRA if you are buying stock. NOW
I wanna believe you but your copy/paste comment history screams LYRA SHILLLLL
Perfectly said but one thing I will like to add here is the protocol or platform used. Many of the option trading platforms are actually not worthy to trade on. During my research for a better platform, I discovered Lyra protocol which is a suite of smart contracts that create an automated market maker for trading options on ERC-20 tokens on the Optimistic Ethereum Blockchain. Their governance token (LYRA) is now tradable on MEXC and I'm watching the price trend to see if I can take any advantage.
I feel that way about my LYRA holding 😂
I’m guessing LYRA didn’t have the ridiculous open call volume which will translate to real demand on opex. Just thankful ATOS closed up again today.
>market impact" for stocks Also LYRA CAH DDOG CSCO IBIO went all down in 2020 the day of addition. There wasn't any spike despite the massive volume. I don't have the complete 2020 additions list to research better. LYRA seems to have been a comparable ticker.
