Yes, which means they will do a reverse split in the next few months. News, hype, etc. is not going to get this turd above $1 in the next few months. If a merger with PRSO happens I don't know how that will affect the share price - new shares issued, whatever. I doubt a merger is going to happen in any case. Reverse split is the only why MOBX has to get the share price above $1. As you note, they have until April. Hence -reverse split in the next few months.
Average down on MOBX or just watch my money burn? Oh wait I have no money to average down with.

Show me actual customer contracts with revenue timelines, not pilot programs that could take another two years. $MOBX kills me. I’ve had SO much faith it that company…around $1. So I’m bleeding bad already sold one of my positions at a loss but still holding 2500 shares. I also have $PRSO to play the merger angle but they haven’t imploded nor has their share price rebought to snag a bunch of shares.

BURU💩 ATCH 💩 MOBX 💩 BURU has trippled it's float size since September and they continue to dilute every day. ATCH's management are con artists. Their news is fake, but their reverse splits aren't. MOBX's management are crashing out, they sued their top investor and now they don't gaf, they diluted the stock to 19¢ literally 3 weeks ago because FUCK shareholders. They even did a bogus news drop the day before VIVK style. Don't buy any of these. You're better off finding the day's Chinese pump and dump and playing it.

Not really! It was close to $1, so the fact it’s at $.22 and can’t get its shit together shows the BoD do not have the capital to pull off the $PRSO merger… so all they’ve done is dilute to raise that capital. If they had such a successful business, why can’t they get the deal with $PRSO done? And while $MOBX has shit the bed, $PRSO has held strong.
