These past few weeks I keep getting "rewarded" for not jumping into stocks that are up 100%. Today's stock that rewarded me was MSPR. Saw it at 0.48 and thought "surely it is done".

MSPR is a scam stock and shouldn’t be played.
QCLS for new quantum play involving crypto SOAR for critical mineral play, especially considering their merger with M2i global should be approved in the next 1-2 months tops MSPR got destroyed by shorts in anticipating they were going to be delisted from nasdaq but that seems to be appealed successfully so it could easily shoot back up 3-4x higher than current price. Friday already was crazy with dramatic moves at open and AH. Such a low MC for being 20 cents. Keep an eye out!

$MSPR just scored a major legal win on July 11 — Maryland’s Supreme Court upheld the validity of their Medicare recovery assignments, which is the backbone of their entire lawsuit strategy. This ruling clears the way for hundreds of stalled cases (including against GEICO) to move forward. The market hasn’t priced it in yet, but this unlocks serious upside. https://www.wdtn.com/business/press-releases/globenewswire/9493511/msp-recovery-law-firm-secures-major-legal-win-for-msp-recovery-as-maryland-supreme-court-upholds-validity-of-medicare-recovery-assignments-for-msp-recovery-and-its-healthcare-clients-paving-the-way-f/
$MSPR [July 12, 2025] MSP Recovery Law Firm Secures Major Legal Win for MSP Recovery as Maryland Supreme Court Upholds Validity of Medicare Recovery Assignments for MSP Recovery and Its Healthcare Clients, Paving the Way for Medicare Recovery Rights Being Pursued Against GEICO MSP Recovery Law just got legal confirmation their entire lawsuit business is legit. Maryland’s Supreme Court shut down insurers’ biggest excuse. Hundreds of paused cases can now move forward. This is massive—and Wall Street hasn’t priced it in yet. https://www.wdtn.com/business/press-releases/globenewswire/9493511/msp-recovery-law-firm-secures-major-legal-win-for-msp-recovery-as-maryland-supreme-court-upholds-validity-of-medicare-recovery-assignments-for-msp-recovery-and-its-healthcare-clients-paving-the-way-f/
Warrants have much higher risk too. This play itself is already a high risk high reward play. Which is safest? MSPR (stock) — it’s the base asset. Which is riskiest? MSPRW — absurd strike price, virtually worthless. Which can moon quickest? MSPRZ — but timing is everything. You must beat dilution. Best for long-term hold? MSPR, unless company fails.
MSPR – Class A Common Stock MSPRW – “High-Strike” Public Warrants MSPRZ – “Low-Strike” Public Warrants I invested in the common stock.
The common stock “MSPR”. Not the warrant classes.

Moves tomorrow: Drive to every mall in my area and buy every automatic movement swiss watch in their inventory. Sell at 20% above MSPR once the tariffs hit. (switzerland 31%). Free money.
Here is a really simplified example of how damaging these tariffs are: My product is manufactured in China. It's not possible to make it in the United States. The normal landed cost in the US is $10 USD. To sell my product to retailers through typical distribution channels, the MSRP of the product is 7x the landed cost. Anything less, and the company isn't sustainable. That puts the MSRP of my product at **$70 USD**. Suddenly, Trump's Tariff (Tax) increases my landed cost by 20%. Now it costs $12 USD. I apply the 7x multiplier. Now my MSPR is **$84 USD**. I'm not making more. My partners are not making more. The customers are paying 20% more. If the customers can't or won't pay more, the price gets cut, the company becomes unsustainable, and people lose their jobs (or small businesses).
$SOUN and $RZLV are the correct long term AI software plays. I’m actually happy $NVDA exited their $SOUN (and $SERV) positions. It was creating too much unneeded volatility for those two stocks, that have legitimate long term potential in their own. It made me think of the $PLTR investments in $RBTC, $MSPR, $SRFM and $PYDN (those come to mind) and how it took $PLTR exiting the $PDYN position for that stock to come into its own. I feel $SERV has gotten too much attention, especially as a guy that likes the long term prospects of $RR. I think this is good for the market. Let these companies survive on their own!
Should’ve gone for MSPR instead, it’s AMDs little bro
I wonder if MSPR is a good addition to this list? Based on the new government things happened right now with DOGE, I could see them trying to acquire MSP Recovery’s analyst algorithms and data. Thoughts?
Ironically enough 5 year's ago when I bought my last brand new car, I thought I could have got a better deal than 20% off MSRP, $0 down and a sub 4% loan for 48 months. Half a decade later, it's like something out of a fantasy land. That car is paid off. Keeping it. I'm accumulating cars at this point in life. Trying to find a proper mid life crisis car. A new LT1 Camaro is $640 at 0% or $800 at 4%. Paying MSPR. I'm over here waiting til GM offers stupid low APR, then I pounce. People don't understand how APR works and only looks at the purchase price and monthly payment. Used car's don't appreciate in value. Who would pay 8% on used vs 4% on New?? People who want instant gratification. Although, GM is offering 2.9% on New truck's.
Dealers are predatory now, so much so the manufacturers themselves are going after dealers that are adding way to much extra to the MSRP. Like why are new base model corvettes that are MSPR $65k going for $100k? Or new Corollas are going for $30k when MSRP is around $20k? I won't be buying a brand new car anything soon and definitely not from a dealer.
