I was there for those days. And I vividly remember 10 LAN party nerds regularly hanging out and wondering what is next. I’d said 3dfx had kept me at the top of gaming with their voodoo cards(NERD!) so I was going to stand by them. I felt they spent too much on glide. We had so much trouble with cross compatibility and I felt like they were trying to build a monopoly wall when everyone else was trying to make open standards. The reasons were obvious of course but they no longer felt like the good guy. I remember when the baton passed. A couple cards sucked so bad friends who were early adopters had to return them. I went nvidia and other than a couple tries, I stayed with them for a LOT of cards and even now.

I don't see how the whole "GET IN THE CAR NERD, WE ARE GOING TO BUILD ROBOTS" works though. Hyundai owns boston dynamics, and you don't see them trading at 100 times earnings or whatever Tesla is. FFS if Stellantis/GM/VW announced that they are pivoting to robots they would trade below book value. The results in which I have received average to around 167 IQ. Telling my story. I have always been embarrassed about being smarter than others. Ever since I was a young boy, I would physically hurt myself and call myself names in the mirror when I would outshine my peers. I would slap my face with tears streaming down my face, repeating “IM NOT BETTER THAN THEM” “NERD” and other things that I have chosen not to disclose publicly. I was bullied by my peers all throughout elementary to high school. In my 7th grade year, I had the opportunity to take my first ever IQ test, after being recommended for it by my advanced algebra teacher. After I had taken it, I never received the score but I had implied something was wrong when I had returned from the Doctors office. My parents would then begin to call me names, teasingly, such as dummy and idiot boy. For background purposes, my parents were always mean to me, but this was the breaking point. I couldn’t take it. I went to my room and cried for hours. I had some decent knowledge on how IQ tests work, and I had broken down into tears at even the thought of being ungifted. After this point, I began to slowly care less about the school, not doing my school work until I ultimately went from straight A’s to C’s. By my Junior year of high school, I had already become associated with local gang members, under the 300 set of the BDs. I had completely dropped out of school to pursue my newfound street life after being kicked out of my momma’s crib for trying to sell heroin (which was given to me by one of the gang members). I was sleeping couch to couch. Until one day I was scrolling through Instagram and was recommended an app that can tell your IQ by doing puzzles. My inner child has aroused and I began by downloading the app. The first puzzle was a breeze. scoring 100 IQ instantly. the next one is also a breeze, scoring 110. It had repeated until the 130 mark. at this point, I had begun to somewhat struggle until I was given the prestigious title of 167 IQ. I now laugh at those that have insulted me and questioned my intellectual capabilities, flaunting my newfound inner genius for the world to see. 5 years after the awakening, I had received a job working in the financial world as a quantitative number analyst. this newfound money has allowed me to permanently get rid of my parents and live freely.
