OPTT, ugh, I bought at .18 long ago, then sold it for $1.50, made 12K... same day I started to feel ass chapped so I bought back in at $1.25 then it started... $1, $.85, $.55 then stopped chasing it. This is my last bag, but I'm holding just so my ego has something to talk about.

The company was recently recognized as an AUVSI Certified Trusted Uncrewed Maritime Systems Operator Training Provider, a key industry standard development from Washington DC. Expansion on training facilities in California with bringing in veterans. Promotion team develops the relationship with department of war, navy, securities of coast guards. Company shows uptick in pace in last couple of weeks. Expecting to get to conversion cycle with bigger contracts rapidly

They are putting their earnings out in the morning which usually means good news also remember OPTT will benefit from robotics push as well - Ocean Power Technologies (OPTT) develops and deploys autonomous robots and systems that operate in the water. Their solutions are designed for use in oceans, lakes, and other waterways for defense, commercial, and research purposes. This company will be important for defense. Trump will like it next year I’m sure. 👍
I mean maybe there will be fomo but if you follow OPTT , you will know they are doing terribly right now. They are not able to scale their production.

According to the publication, OPTT holds, among other things, ISO 9001 certification and a "Facility Security Clearance" from the US Department of Defense—which allows participation in government/defense contracts. This would constitute a contractual relationship.

OPTT and RVSN did get shilled in this sub around the same time. Lots of folks lost money. True. But there is consistency here - they are steadily increasing their pipeline, moving closer to profitability, are partnered with RCAT, and go to military conferences for shows and demonstrations around the globe.
Part of the success in this thread is identifying patterns, right? OPTT has consistently pumped at least 10 cents around earnings for their last 6+ earnings calls. Not to mention their launch over $1.5 last year.

FWIW I actually like the tech OPTT has, the WAM-V has a lot of use as a fast-moving ASV (Autonomous surface vehicle) despite the payload being relatively small. The PB3 has use-cases, but not nearly as many as people on reddit try to spin. It is not being used offensively, the specs for installation do not allow that. It is being used domestically to study the most effective ways to monitor ship traffic in/out of ports AFAIK. It will never be used for green-energy generation as a purpose.

Oh look, this cycle of bullshit again. Your information is a bit wrong, OP. [OPTT was sued by a decently large stakeholder](https://finance.yahoo.com/news/paragon-technologies-files-complaint-alleging-184000893.html) in 2024, which was dropped by Paragon (no reason disclosed) in August of 2025. [Paragon also publicly advised against the votes for increasing the number of shares in July 2024](https://finance.yahoo.com/news/paragon-technologies-recommends-ocean-power-203000793.html). They weren't "releasing a stream of bad news", they were realizing the board just kept diluting and never meeting long-term promises and recommended against more dilutions. They cannot produce enough WAM-V to meet cash-flow needs. They cannot expand their WAM-V production without cash-flow. They keep blowing money into PB3 and nobody actually buys the long-term service contracts on those things at the scale they promised investors years ago. They keep misleading retail investors (to me) about the status of their "field drone recharging" because the fucking patent was just approved in June 2025 (and patents don't mean shit besides an idea, anybody can file for patents).
Cautiously rejoined KULR and OPTT with a few thousand shares between them. I'm up 10% from KULR already although they still need to prove themselves a lot before I'd get anymore. I'm convinced OPTT will reach it's price target of $1.5 in next 6 months NFA

I've gotta be honest. Im playing catch up on Anduril and I see your point! I guess I was only looking at publicly traded companies. It does appear they've recently stepped in to USV's and they would certainly have the resources to scale and deliver! I did read that their Dive-LD had 100hours of operation, which is really impressive for a vehicle of that size. That being said, I do think one advantage that OPTT has over other competitors is the 'one stop solution', like wam-v's capability to charge whilst during deployment, allowing for long-term autonomy. Still bullish on OPTT. Will be interesting to see how things play out in maritime solutions. Thanks for sharing!
