I fucking hate the commies but you're straight up talking like one of their propaganda bots with how you try to spin it into something else.
I don't have any of these thankfully: but how do oil stocks miss earnings at a time like this? PROP, BATL. How do they survive when oil is $60-$70 a barrel?
PROP is back above a dollar. Just sayin' . . . you know what happens next. https://preview.redd.it/gp5nam1pn51h1.png?width=1949&format=png&auto=webp&s=85b93077973407faaa92dc5eb93b9751cabfa13c
Oh! Well, for now, it's petroleum. ANNA TPET (careful, I'm getting hammered right now) BATL PROP I'm still holding my other stocks though: CAST GOCO AMC Not sure if I want to dump those yet.
PROP Squeezing before the earnings report. Still cheap compared to Hormuz hype, I think they'll meet or exceed guidance. Not a major gainer since their oil is hedged at low prices but could see a +50% pop soon. Underlying company swamped in debt, just a short term play. Any thoughts?

Two stocks up 10% Two stocks down 10% And then there's PROP. I can't for the life of me, see oil going any lower from here after the overnight fuckery.
How do we feel about PROP? I don't know anything about it . . . but the technicals are super nice right now.
In my opinion, No. PROP bit off way more than they could chew with the Bayswater acquisition. There will basically guaranteed be dilution coming soon. Their oil is hedged at $65, so these oil prices do nothing to help. PROP likely over hedged , so they will probably have to pay a large fee for not supplying the contracted amount of oil. The stock price has been on a never ending decline. People have been saying βit canβt go any lowerβ for a year . The wells they bought need constant work, and it costs $500k+ to do any repairs on the wells. Dj basin wells decline very fast. So they bought a majorly declining asset. Their cost to drill new wells is high, because oil prices are way up, but PROP doesnβt get the benefit of higher oil prices . My opinion is management will fill their own pockets, try to recoup their personal losses by whatever shady means necessary . Then, whatever is left will be sold off for pennys on the dollar . This happens to most small / mid cap oil companies. Itβs not a great business honestly. Thereβs a few scenarios where you can make a lot of money really fast. But PROP isnβt going to do it. Iβd stay far away from this one. Iβm sure the stock price could bounce around , and people might make some money on some bounces. But long term, this likely goes under $1, then reverse split . People that bought at $3+ will never recoup losses . Insiders that bought last year will be looking for ways to screw over shareholders and put cash in their own pockets.
Isnt there still a case to be made for PROP since recently they made a deal to at least minimize 50% of the dilution that was coming? If they solve the remaining 50%, it could maybe have some solid fundamentals right? Just asking an honest question btw.
Here is a professional summary of the current situation and operational outlook for **Prairie Operating Co. ($PROP)** as of April 15, 2026, based on the latest Water Tower Research Insights Conference and SEC filings. ## **Prairie Operating Co. ($PROP): Operational & Financial Summary** ### **1. Financial Outlook & Capital Strategy** * **Cash Flow Inflection:** The company officially projects becoming **Free Cash Flow (FCF) positive in 2026**, with a significant financial inflection point expected in **H2 2026**. * **De-leveraging Priority:** Management has shifted its capital allocation strategy to prioritize **strengthening the balance sheet** and paying down the **Reserve-Based Lending (RBL)** facility over aggressive near-term acquisitions. * **Dilution Reduction:** A pivotal agreement regarding the Series F Convertible Preferred Shares has **reduced potential share dilution by over 40 million shares**, significantly stabilizing the capital structure. ### **2. Operational Performance** * **Production Stability:** The company maintains a steady operational plan utilizing **one rig and one frack crew** for the 2026 fiscal year. This conservative approach is designed to ensure efficiency regardless of oil price volatility. * **Asset Integration:** The integration of **Bayswater assets** and personnel is complete and deemed highly successful, resulting in improved operational synergies and cost-of-service reductions. * **Drilling Inventory:** Prairie holds a permitted inventory of **128 pads**, providing a clear drilling runway of over **two years** without the immediate need for new regulatory approvals. ### **3. Risk Management & Macro Environment** * **Downside Protection:** The company utilizes a robust **hedge book** and has locked in long-term contracts for essential services and materials, providing price protection and cost certainty through **2027**. * **Regulatory Climate:** In Colorado, permitting timelines have improved to a **12β18 month window**, supporting the companyβs long-term development plans in the DJ Basin. * **Cost Efficiency:** Current operations are consistently **beating AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) targets**, indicating that wells are being drilled and completed below original budget estimates. ### **4. Market Valuation Context** * **Asset-to-Market Cap Disconnect:** Despite a current Market Cap of approximately **$97M**, the companyβs **PV-10 reserves** (estimated at **$1.22B**) suggest a significant disconnect between intrinsic asset value and current equity pricing. * **Analyst Consensus:** Wall Street maintains a **1-Year Target Price of $3.50 β $3.75**, driven by the transition from a development-stage company to a cash-flow-generating producer. ### **Key Upcoming Catalyst** * **May 13, 2026:** Q1 Earnings Report. This will be the first formal confirmation of 2026 production volumes and the pace of debt reduction following the April settlement.
Have fun⦠PROP is a hunk of shit. So many better oil stocks out there (basically every single one). But , have fun if you want to lose money.
Hold on a minute, let's take a closer look: The current CEO just took the helm in March. Is PROP's debt actually unmanageable? It seems like they began paying it down this year, and if oil remains elevated that will accelerate that since they aren't 100% hedged. Even at their current hedge, they were certainly moving in the right direction, just very slowly. Still a rather risky capital structure, but considering that WTI is going to be more expensive in 3, 6, 9, and probably 12 months than it is now, even if hormuz opens tomorrow... all the winds are blowing in the right direction for PROP and the worst case dilution scenario that has just recently been partially alleviated seems to be priced into the stock price already. Strange that they were able to do a brief extension of the anniversary warrants to April 7 and then another really short one to April 9, and then another to July.... It seems like there is more to this one than what's on the surface.
With PROP, Iβve worked directly with those guys for a number of years. If you wouldnβt leave $100k cash and your wife alone with anyone on the management team, then you shouldnβt invest with them. Itβs hard when you donβt know them personally though. I dig deep in to backgrounds. I like to see what they have accomplished. What type of experience they have . Who their inner circle is. Itβs usually generally easy to spot the liars and bad CEOβs pretty quick. If they hype the stock or say things that donβt end up being true, thatβs a massive red flag . If a ceo says they have a contract coming within 6 weeks, there better be a contract announcement in 6 weeks, or Iβm pulling my money. With my business, and other oil / gas companies, your word and reputation means more than your pricing and services . A few of the PROP guys are cool to hang with at the bar . But they will also be the same guys using the company credit card to buy the whole bar a round of shots. The ceo of RZLV is the same way. Heβs shady. Shit he says doesnβt add up. He has a bad background. He hypes the stock too much. He dilutes after saying they wonβt . They have major losses after claiming profits. Thereβs a number of companies that have CEOβs like that, and you can basically guarantee they will fail over time , or at least until they change the whole management team. Iβd suggest getting LinkedIn , social media , Reddit , and other platforms that allow you to dig in peopleβs background. Also, oil and gas is just a terrible business to buy stock in. I only buy if oil prices collapse to something stupid low, then I sit and wait for 1-2 years , or until it recovers. You can try to time a war like this Iran crap, but I guarantee there will be a lot of people stuck in all these oil stocks because they bought the top. For some reason, oil companies arenβt valued very high like a tech company. Iβd be looking for fair value before entering any position in an oil company. Even then, itβs a gamble. Oil stocks didnβt get any of the bull run last year. Companies like REI and KGEI were trading at prices so cheap, you could have sold off their land and wellsite equipment, and gotten more cash than the market cap was trading at
Glad you got away from PROP. Those guys that run it will do everything in their power to fill their own pockets. They donβt give the smallest shit about shareholders. Honestly, oil stocks arenβt very good . Iβve been in the industry over 2 decades, and I own an oil company. The only time you ever want to own oil stocks is when the price of oil drops insanely low , like $25 or less: Or if you know thereβs a war with an oil country like this Iran crap. But I would highly recommend to just make your money and get out. I wouldnβt try to make it a long term hold. Oil prices might bounce around near these levels , but it wonβt stay like that too long. People that bought oil stocks during this Iran war are going to be holding losses for years I hope you make some money in it though! Good luck
Howβs your position in PROP doing ?
How are you feeling about PROP now? Lol
Oil penny stocks just seem to all have issues. EONR, TPET, KOS, PROP (ew), WTI?, REI (almost no volume) Each of these have something going on with them and they also don't seem to track oil pricing. It seems to be manipulated also so that the big oil stocks (XOM, OXY, CVX) do well. I'm not well educated, just the experience from when Venezuela situation began, to now.
I think I'm still going to test the waters on $PROP, and hold a long position on $KOS. About 10% of port. The rest of the stuff (some things I'm bag holding or that I have too much money tied up in) I'll hold in cash for daily play.
Some people get upset when they post things that they donβt want to hear . Iβve got first hand knowledge with this company , the management, and the oilfield . Im just giving honest feedback. The stock price has declined forever basically . The management should be the number one thing people look at before investing in a company . Management like PROP, RZLV , PLUG, and othersβ¦ they just fill their own pockets, while hyping and lying to shareholders . Itβs unfortunate because a lot of these new investors donβt know how to read a financial statement, or a sec filing . They donβt understand how bad a company is doing . Iβm here to give honest feedback. Not trying to make anyone upset
I donβt think Iβm the best. But you make a post about PROP, and I respond with first hand knowledge of the company , the management, and the oil business. But, you got mad because it wasnβt what you wanted to hear
Please be careful with PROP. Iβve been in oil and gas for 20+ years , and own an oil company. Iβve worked with PROP quite a lot. The management has bankrupted multiple companies like rosehill and PDC. They are only there to enrich themselves. The bayswater acquisition was way more than they could handle. Dilution is imminent. Debt is unmanageable. This company will get a larger and larger debt load , until itβs completely unmanageable, and a larger operator will come by the assets for pennys on the dollar . DJ basin wells decline fast, and people of Colorado hate oil and gas . Please do a little digging in to PROP financials, and management background. Also, their oil is hedged at $65, so they donβt benefit from higher oil prices anyway . Thereβs a reason the stock price has been on a never ending decline . It might get a little bit of a pop from the massive rise in oil prices, but most people donβt know the oil is hedged , and thatβs why this hasnβt ran hard like most of the other oil stocks . You can guarantee that PROP is going to be targeted heavily by shorts , the higher the stock price goes.
https://preview.redd.it/iot1ibdhj9tg1.jpeg?width=1179&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bb28c19b98229d41d121c6e4e944c793a6a7779f Doing great! How about you? PROP is going to be the easiest short on the market when the war ends. I told you PROP would likely climb with the rise in oil prices, but itβs not going to help their financial situation. Their oil is hedged at $65. This will fall back to $1.70 or less as soon as the oil prices drop. Iβd recommend taking your profit if I was you. (If you are even in profit after PROP had a 70% decline in 1 year lol ) Post a screenshot of your total portfolio gains . Mine are since 2024, and thatβs only 1 out of 4 of my portfolioβs. All are up over 650% in 1 year
At least my PROP is doing something
Oil. EONR, ANNA, WTI, PROP. apparently maybe uranium
PROP earnings in a few days, i have a feeling itll be good.

CYCU Current price around $1.21 (down ~2.42% recently), with normal/low volume and a tiny market cap of ~$5M. No major recent news or catalysts on the pageβappears quiet with no clear driver for movement beyond general market or low-float volatility typical for micro-caps. DVLT Current price around $0.80 (down ~14.3% on heavy volume of 113M+ shares vs. avg ~72M), market cap ~$463M. What's moving it: Recent Q4 2025 earnings showed the first profitable quarter, record revenue growth, and a reiterated $200M revenue target for 2026 (~400% YoY growth). It also announced a definitive agreement to acquire NYIAX (AI-driven data monetization + institutional infrastructure) MDAI Current price around $1.42 (up +18.33% with massive volume spike of ~7M shares vs. avg ~414K), market cap ~$43.6M. What's moving it: Strong catalyst from a $31.7M BARDA (U.S. government) funding award to accelerate DeepView System development. Other notes include upcoming Q4 2025 earnings, a new CEO appointment, and participation in National Burn Awareness Week. The funding news is clearly driving the surge and volume. CJMB NOTHING MUCH HERE β¦ group chat driven stock discord , Reddit . I stand Corrected here PROP (Prairie Operating Co.) Current price around $1.57β$1.63 (modest +1β2% moves recently), market cap ~$90β118M. What's moving it: No major breaking news today, but upcoming catalysts include senior management attending the ROTH Conference (March 22β24, 2026) and Q4/full-year 2025 financial results release (after close on March 31, 2026). Moves appear tied to broader energy sector sentiment, conference anticipation, or low-float trading rather than a specific event. OPTT Current price around $0.36 (small +1.7% or volatile moves), market cap ~$82M. Recent quarterly revenue was down (to ~$513K) with ongoing losses. What's moving it: Recent volatility includes reports of the stock more than doubling after a "leading" energy company commissioned a feasibility study (specific catalyst for a prior surge). Broader moves stem from its penny-stock nature, marine/energy sector news, or contract potential, despite weak recent earnings. Volume can spike on any development.
It only produces 1000 barrels a day n I checked they will do 2000 barrels by Jan 2027 thatβs nothing PROP WTI REI they do more production
The CFO is the biggest concern right now. The management has made bad business decisions, and the Bayswater deal was more than PROP could handle in my opinion. I honestly donβt see much potential upside . Their oil prices are hedged , so even with a massive oil price spike, it doesnβt help them. I just canβt figure out how people decide on PROP with all the 100βs of better choices out there. I canβt find one single thing that stands out for PROP. Iβm not telling anyone where to put their money. But I certainly wouldnβt long hold the stock . Iβve worked with them, and thereβs nothing positive to sayβ¦. The guys are great as a friend or something. But I wouldnβt trust them with my finances, my wife, or my future .
PROP has a better risk vs reward
The thing is, thereβs so many other companies that are safer , and have more upside potential. I know it probably looks like a good bet from the outside , but I own an oil and gas company , and been in the industry over 2 decades. Iβve worked directly with PROP and part of the management team. They are fun to hang out with at the barβ¦. But I would never trust them with my money or my wife
EONR oil stock jumped 50% n one day PROP WTI REI hopefully soon as well
Timing is definitely weird. One of my hypothesis is that PROP is entering the next fase and wants/needs more senior management. Perhaps a requirement for refinancing. But then again itβs just a thought (one of many). Time will tell.
Look it up.. If you didnβt know PROP hedged their oil, you might want to research a little deeper . The hedging was good when oil was $50β¦ but now that oil prices are up, it doesnβt help them. They have to give the oil away for $65
PROP has their oil hedged at $65, so the price of oil doesnβt matter for them all year
PROP is down like 80% in 1 year . Thereβs guaranteed dilution coming . The management team has a terrible track record . The wells they bought from Bayswater are already on decline . PROP has their oil hedged around $65 so they donβt even benefit from higher oil prices at all
Despite the warnings from that random person about $PROP, I want to see what it does tomorrow. I took some profits today and at times I wished I took it all, at times I wish it was still all in.
$PROP Flying πππ
$PROP getting good amount of volume in. Fairly heavily shorted as well. Maybe if we break $2 we might see some real action with it.
NO... BUT , did he ever run a PROP DESK, actually did he ever TRADE a $20bln sheet. Does he have an ROE of 20+ for 10 yrs straight? Know and has used his Option Model quite a few times. We do share a degree from the same University.
PROP hasnβt ran yet
They sold everything in other markets to continue to PROP the u.s. markets!!! How can people not see this. Margin calls were issued
As someone who owns an oil and gas company , and been in the industry for over 2 decades, and also lived / worked in the DJ basin for 1/3 of my career , I worked for / with PROP management team for a while . I still talk to the CFO all the time . Great guys to hang out with. Terrible to trust with your money . They bankrupted Rosehill and PDC . This company will not survive either . They have a mountain of debt . Massive liabilities. Basically guaranteed dilution . They have been late on earnings releases in the past. They consistently miss earnings forecasts . None of the management have a good track record. The DJ basin is extremely hard to profitably operate in. Itβs nowhere near as good as west Texas . Colorado hates oil and gas . They are a bunch of California hippies . The acquisition between Bayswater and PROP was terrible. The wells decline very fast there . With all the small operating companies to choose from , itβs mind boggling that people would even think to choose PROP. Iβm not telling anyone what to do with their money. But I hate to see people waste money . If you want to waste money, go for it . I wouldnβt be chasing oil stocks right now . The price of oil and hype could go down any day. You would have been better off to get in a few weeks ahead of the Iran conflict. Donβt chase hype . Position yourself ahead of it . Youβll make money that way
The company has massive debt and liabilities, and no way to pay for it. The management team is shady. Iβd personally stay away from PROP
Hahaha bro you hate PROP and itβs management on another level! Cheers π₯
I told you a few days ago the management was shady. And then the ceo got fired todayβ¦ I know them personally. Youβre wasting money buying PROP stock
I told everyone for the last few months that the management team was shady and couldnβt be trusted . I know these guys personally . Thereβs still a few there that are going to hurt this company . I canβt see the upside potential that people see in PROP. Thereβs so many better small operating companies . PROP will have to dilute . They have a mountain of debt and liabilities. Thereβs no good path to growing the company . Please dig in to the management backgrounds , and do some research on the bulk of DJ basin operating companies . Thereβs far better choices.
Haha! See the news from PROP β¦.
lol! Anyone see the PROP news today ?
EONR, PROP, MOBX ??? Escucho opiniones
$PROP had CEO step down. Time to buy. Especially if you thought leadership was sketchy
PROP has shady management, major dilution, and never beats earnings or hits forecasted numbers. Everyone mentioning that company, please be careful. It will go up if the price of oil is up , but be cautious holding it long term. Iβve worked with them, and I know a few of the management. Nice guys, terrible business
PROP podrΓa subir tipo BATL??
PROP + 9% pre-market, 20% short interest
besides PROP, what other oil stocks are good to own on Monday
Well I hope people make some money . Either in PROP , or Any other oil stocks . I would definitely be cautious about holding PROP as a long term investment though. It will never succeed.
I recently bought $PROP lets see how that works out with Iran strike
I didnβt invest in them. I bought some shares before some news was coming , then sold , then shorted it and made more money. I have no position in it now . Like I said, it will go up if oil prices climb. But thereβs 100 better oil companies to pick. I canβt figure out how someone would decide on PROP with all the other options
Exactly! Iβm glad you look through stuff like that. In my opinion, the management team is the most important thing when it comes to investing . The stock price will never go up if people know the ceo lies and dilutes and fills their own pockets . Unfortunately, some people get offended on Reddit if you warn them of the truth. I personally know these guys at PROP, and have worked with them. The stock price might go up if oil prices climb, but it certainly wonβt be due to management making the company better
I've been using AI to look for any red flags before I buy a stock (management, toxic financing, business model, etc.). I read through the management section on PROP and said nope, not touching this stock with a ten foot pole. The capital structure was horrible for retail as well. Management's goal is to take advantage of gullible shareholders and keep the profit for themselves, at least that was my impression.
Management of PROP has bankrupted multiple other operating companies , and they have continued to lie over and over to shareholders . Thereβs also massive dilution potential coming
If you look back through my old comments , you can see that i own an oil and gas company, and Iβve talked about PROP in the past. I donβt expect you to believe me though, and you shouldnβt believe some random person on Reddit . Although I am telling the truth , as I have consistently done here .
They definitely donβt know him. PROP isnβt on the same level as chevron and Exxon or any of those companies. Itβs just a little company that owns some wells and lies to shareholders. Unfortunately, this company will never grow
Please be careful with PROP. Iβve known a few of the management for 10+ years . They bankrupted rosehill , then started this. They are great guys to have as friends , but I wouldnβt trust anything they say about money / earnings / guidance/ etcβ¦ Thereβs a reason itβs priced this way. Thereβs lots of better small operators to pick from . KGEI , REI , just to name a few
PROP - if they can redeem their series f preferreds in the next month
Not sure if the same person but last week I asked to produce a source that supports news about $PROP and nothing.
I'd like to see evidence that other insider purchases of PROP are done through this Narrogal Nominees trust. I've never heard such a thing. Even if it were true, it would seem awfully shady that insiders wouldn't put their name directly to the purchases.
PROP UP DEEZ NUTZ got em
How bout you PROP up deez
Anyone heard of PROP? Priced low enough to make a 1c change pay out $1000. I'm gonna play this one
The previous quarters other insiders have bought lots as well. If Iβm not mistaken insiders buy through the OβNeill family trust. So itβs not the one guy buying, thatβs why the buys have such big variance. You can see all insider buys here: https://hedgefollow.com/stocks/PROP/insider-trading
PROP, over 7M insider buys last few quarters
Thoughts on SUGP, PROP, RILY, PDYN, and RNAC
If you have not found the red flag you have not done any research. I am invested in PROP (10808 shares), but there is serious dilution risk in the coming months if they donβt pay off the convertibles in march. Personally I donβt think insiders would be loading up if dilution is imminent but to say there are no red flags is a bit naive
I actually have a post planned on PROP that's about insiders, so funny that you say that
