Look it up.. If you didn’t know PROP hedged their oil, you might want to research a little deeper . The hedging was good when oil was $50… but now that oil prices are up, it doesn’t help them. They have to give the oil away for $65
PROP has their oil hedged at $65, so the price of oil doesn’t matter for them all year
PROP is down like 80% in 1 year . There’s guaranteed dilution coming . The management team has a terrible track record . The wells they bought from Bayswater are already on decline . PROP has their oil hedged around $65 so they don’t even benefit from higher oil prices at all
Despite the warnings from that random person about $PROP, I want to see what it does tomorrow. I took some profits today and at times I wished I took it all, at times I wish it was still all in.
$PROP getting good amount of volume in. Fairly heavily shorted as well. Maybe if we break $2 we might see some real action with it.
NO... BUT , did he ever run a PROP DESK, actually did he ever TRADE a $20bln sheet. Does he have an ROE of 20+ for 10 yrs straight? Know and has used his Option Model quite a few times. We do share a degree from the same University.
PROP hasn’t ran yet
They sold everything in other markets to continue to PROP the u.s. markets!!! How can people not see this. Margin calls were issued
As someone who owns an oil and gas company , and been in the industry for over 2 decades, and also lived / worked in the DJ basin for 1/3 of my career , I worked for / with PROP management team for a while . I still talk to the CFO all the time . Great guys to hang out with. Terrible to trust with your money . They bankrupted Rosehill and PDC . This company will not survive either . They have a mountain of debt . Massive liabilities. Basically guaranteed dilution . They have been late on earnings releases in the past. They consistently miss earnings forecasts . None of the management have a good track record. The DJ basin is extremely hard to profitably operate in. It’s nowhere near as good as west Texas . Colorado hates oil and gas . They are a bunch of California hippies . The acquisition between Bayswater and PROP was terrible. The wells decline very fast there . With all the small operating companies to choose from , it’s mind boggling that people would even think to choose PROP. I’m not telling anyone what to do with their money. But I hate to see people waste money . If you want to waste money, go for it . I wouldn’t be chasing oil stocks right now . The price of oil and hype could go down any day. You would have been better off to get in a few weeks ahead of the Iran conflict. Don’t chase hype . Position yourself ahead of it . You’ll make money that way
The company has massive debt and liabilities, and no way to pay for it. The management team is shady. I’d personally stay away from PROP
Hahaha bro you hate PROP and it’s management on another level! Cheers 🥂
I told you a few days ago the management was shady. And then the ceo got fired today… I know them personally. You’re wasting money buying PROP stock
I told everyone for the last few months that the management team was shady and couldn’t be trusted . I know these guys personally . There’s still a few there that are going to hurt this company . I can’t see the upside potential that people see in PROP. There’s so many better small operating companies . PROP will have to dilute . They have a mountain of debt and liabilities. There’s no good path to growing the company . Please dig in to the management backgrounds , and do some research on the bulk of DJ basin operating companies . There’s far better choices.
Haha! See the news from PROP ….
lol! Anyone see the PROP news today ?
EONR, PROP, MOBX ??? Escucho opiniones
$PROP had CEO step down. Time to buy. Especially if you thought leadership was sketchy
PROP has shady management, major dilution, and never beats earnings or hits forecasted numbers. Everyone mentioning that company, please be careful. It will go up if the price of oil is up , but be cautious holding it long term. I’ve worked with them, and I know a few of the management. Nice guys, terrible business
PROP podría subir tipo BATL??
PROP + 9% pre-market, 20% short interest
besides PROP, what other oil stocks are good to own on Monday
Well I hope people make some money . Either in PROP , or Any other oil stocks . I would definitely be cautious about holding PROP as a long term investment though. It will never succeed.
I recently bought $PROP lets see how that works out with Iran strike
I didn’t invest in them. I bought some shares before some news was coming , then sold , then shorted it and made more money. I have no position in it now . Like I said, it will go up if oil prices climb. But there’s 100 better oil companies to pick. I can’t figure out how someone would decide on PROP with all the other options
Exactly! I’m glad you look through stuff like that. In my opinion, the management team is the most important thing when it comes to investing . The stock price will never go up if people know the ceo lies and dilutes and fills their own pockets . Unfortunately, some people get offended on Reddit if you warn them of the truth. I personally know these guys at PROP, and have worked with them. The stock price might go up if oil prices climb, but it certainly won’t be due to management making the company better
I've been using AI to look for any red flags before I buy a stock (management, toxic financing, business model, etc.). I read through the management section on PROP and said nope, not touching this stock with a ten foot pole. The capital structure was horrible for retail as well. Management's goal is to take advantage of gullible shareholders and keep the profit for themselves, at least that was my impression.
Management of PROP has bankrupted multiple other operating companies , and they have continued to lie over and over to shareholders . There’s also massive dilution potential coming
If you look back through my old comments , you can see that i own an oil and gas company, and I’ve talked about PROP in the past. I don’t expect you to believe me though, and you shouldn’t believe some random person on Reddit . Although I am telling the truth , as I have consistently done here .
They definitely don’t know him. PROP isn’t on the same level as chevron and Exxon or any of those companies. It’s just a little company that owns some wells and lies to shareholders. Unfortunately, this company will never grow
Please be careful with PROP. I’ve known a few of the management for 10+ years . They bankrupted rosehill , then started this. They are great guys to have as friends , but I wouldn’t trust anything they say about money / earnings / guidance/ etc… There’s a reason it’s priced this way. There’s lots of better small operators to pick from . KGEI , REI , just to name a few
PROP - if they can redeem their series f preferreds in the next month
Not sure if the same person but last week I asked to produce a source that supports news about $PROP and nothing.
I'd like to see evidence that other insider purchases of PROP are done through this Narrogal Nominees trust. I've never heard such a thing. Even if it were true, it would seem awfully shady that insiders wouldn't put their name directly to the purchases.
PROP UP DEEZ NUTZ got em
How bout you PROP up deez
Anyone heard of PROP? Priced low enough to make a 1c change pay out $1000. I'm gonna play this one
The previous quarters other insiders have bought lots as well. If I’m not mistaken insiders buy through the O’Neill family trust. So it’s not the one guy buying, that’s why the buys have such big variance. You can see all insider buys here: https://hedgefollow.com/stocks/PROP/insider-trading
PROP, over 7M insider buys last few quarters
Thoughts on SUGP, PROP, RILY, PDYN, and RNAC
If you have not found the red flag you have not done any research. I am invested in PROP (10808 shares), but there is serious dilution risk in the coming months if they don’t pay off the convertibles in march. Personally I don’t think insiders would be loading up if dilution is imminent but to say there are no red flags is a bit naive
I actually have a post planned on PROP that's about insiders, so funny that you say that
Thanks so much! I'll probably be talking about PROP later this weekend so be on the lookout for that :3
Solid breakdown. The key thing a lot of people miss is there’s no forcing function here. no maturity, no mandatory conversion. That puts almost all timing control with the holder, not PROP. The March ’26 warrant test feels like the only real “pressure point,” and if price stays weak that just layers *more* dilution risk rather than resolving it. Slow drip conversion already happening kind of supports that path. For anyone trying to map this DD to what the market is actually pricing in right now, the PROP chart tells a big part of the story: [https://aimytrade.io/ticker/PROP]()
It’s finally happening. PROP is looking great
Anyone else have PROP calls going into this week?
They’re justified in questioning about the downward spiral! I’ve never heard of PROP and just took a peak at their 1-year -72% (and 5 year -89%, -99% for 10 years) chart and it doesn’t inspire confidence.
What about this company makes it seem to be downward spiraling? They have a very experienced board, although management is not something I could find a lot on they all have quite some years in the energy business, are founder lead, and have a stake in the company, not just through option bonus packages. Amazing YoY increases, increasing operating income QoQ (I believe the accounting expenses were used in Q3 to supress the price so that insiders could hop on), with their 200M market cap at the time they acquired 600M in assets from baywater, for which they took on the convertible debt. This is the big scary thing, because if they can’t pay this off al at once in march 2026 there will be massive dilution. The reason why I’m not afraid of this dilution is that a. It’s been partially priced in already, b. Management has said multiple times that they intend to pay it off, c. Insiders (who own over 40% of the company) would not be putting over 6M of their own money if there is a serious chance of dilution not even half a year later, d. The Series F is callable, not forced, and PROP has multiple non-dilutive refinancing paths available well before any conversion pressure: via RBL redetermination, second-lien or high-yield debt, or a combination thereof. With hedged cash flows through 2028, growing EBITDA, and proved reserves supporting additional borrowing capacity, the dilution risk is being treated by the market as inevitable when it is in fact discretionary and solvable. The stock is trading as if management has no agency, no access to capital, and no incentive alignment, none of which is supported by the facts.
Prairie operating company ($PROP). Have convertible debt that is to be paid off in march, which is risky. In 2025Q4 however insiders have bought 6M USD worth of shares and management has been saying they’d pay off the debt rather than to dilute the stock. Analysts predict an average upside of 345% this year, but my TP is at 8 USD. Currently own 10788 shares.
$PROP on the NASDAQ ofcourse. Severely undervalued 30k per day barrel oil company in Colorado.
If we’re going to go back down WHY THE FUCK DID WE PROP THIS SHIT UP ALL DAY mentally unhinged
$PROP. not sure how it’s not at $3.50/sh+ by now
My thoughts would be on PROP. An insider just bought a couple million public shares over the last month. Even though the oil and gas market is down this company is growing and has hedges in place on oil pricing through 2028..some institutions have it valued over 3x the current stock price. There is a large dilution risk for their series F preferred but with the internal common stock ownership I don’t think they will allow them to convert. Another option is AUR which is likely a little overvalued but it an interesting autonomous driving tech that focuses on freight
PROP has such an awesome balance sheet and future profitability but zero upcoming catalyst dates…..
LOOOL. THE ENTIRE VALUE PROP Of neo clouds is to shift risk. Why wouldn't Microsoft just build a 20b data center themselves. They'd be able to get it done for lot less. Just read into the neocloud and why they are giving the valuation they have even with billions in projected income.
Of course, we are talking about 1-2 weeks, in the long term yes (if they stop diluting), I put everything I can into PROP as well, which in the long term has incredible potential.
PROP and DFLI I think are valid for a long time.
RVPH at 0.59 PROP at 2.32 PLUG at 2.7 MVIS at 1.26 GPUS at 0.57 DFLI at 1.18 Why do I come to this end.
PROP has huge potential. Also check out BLNE . Tons of catalysts coming
I think DFLI is going to rise and PROP a good long-term investment at a very good price.
PROP, earnings report after hours and Q3 is looking strong, they got 12 new wells producing
I think DFLI and PROP are going to go up and they are on sale, you have to buy more
I have no investment in PROP and no reason to be untruthful. I do understand your skepticism and I would likely feel the same if some stranger was sharing similar info with me about a companyI believe in. I truly hope they soar so that my brother can at least break even or hopefully realize profits. Was simply sharing what information I have. The information I was given indicates strong conviction from the company for its long term growth prospects but caution about the shorter term. If you take my input as BS I completely understand that. My apologies for trying to be helpful. Have a good day.
Not really weird that he doesn’t remember names. He works a bazillion hours and is exhausted. It sounds like his one buddy who is heavily invested reaches out to his contact at PROP on a very regular basis. Must be really annoying to the PROP rep. on the other end of the line.
PROP literally free money. can’t believe yall aren’t talking about it
Of course, PROP is going to release the third quarter report with more than 100M in sales, and DFLI is going to take a contract with some car company and leave...... but many are going to tell you that a Chinese tea company is better.
I am a bag holder of DELI and PROP. Should I hold them for long?
DFLI, Mbot and PROP are all three very cheap right now.
Let me put you onto PROP. Insiders been buying since $5.
GPUS PROP MOBX are my top picks
I put some money in $PROP. Lets see if it goes to 0 or x10
Buying PROP, DFLI and MBOT on sale.💵

Buying PROP because some fucker posted it somewhere and is only 100m market cap. Also oil

If the company executes well, commodity conditions stay favourable and dilution is kept in check, the upside could be significant. However, the probability of things going perfectly is low, so there is a material risk of downside.
PROP and DFLI very good in the long term.
PROP is interesting and looks it have found bottom. Gonna hold this for awhile
Load Mbot, DFLI, IXHL and PROP, varied long-term portfolio!💵
