I actually have a post planned on PROP that's about insiders, so funny that you say that
Thanks so much! I'll probably be talking about PROP later this weekend so be on the lookout for that :3
Solid breakdown. The key thing a lot of people miss is there’s no forcing function here. no maturity, no mandatory conversion. That puts almost all timing control with the holder, not PROP. The March ’26 warrant test feels like the only real “pressure point,” and if price stays weak that just layers *more* dilution risk rather than resolving it. Slow drip conversion already happening kind of supports that path. For anyone trying to map this DD to what the market is actually pricing in right now, the PROP chart tells a big part of the story: [https://aimytrade.io/ticker/PROP]()
It’s finally happening. PROP is looking great
Anyone else have PROP calls going into this week?
They’re justified in questioning about the downward spiral! I’ve never heard of PROP and just took a peak at their 1-year -72% (and 5 year -89%, -99% for 10 years) chart and it doesn’t inspire confidence.
What about this company makes it seem to be downward spiraling? They have a very experienced board, although management is not something I could find a lot on they all have quite some years in the energy business, are founder lead, and have a stake in the company, not just through option bonus packages. Amazing YoY increases, increasing operating income QoQ (I believe the accounting expenses were used in Q3 to supress the price so that insiders could hop on), with their 200M market cap at the time they acquired 600M in assets from baywater, for which they took on the convertible debt. This is the big scary thing, because if they can’t pay this off al at once in march 2026 there will be massive dilution. The reason why I’m not afraid of this dilution is that a. It’s been partially priced in already, b. Management has said multiple times that they intend to pay it off, c. Insiders (who own over 40% of the company) would not be putting over 6M of their own money if there is a serious chance of dilution not even half a year later, d. The Series F is callable, not forced, and PROP has multiple non-dilutive refinancing paths available well before any conversion pressure: via RBL redetermination, second-lien or high-yield debt, or a combination thereof. With hedged cash flows through 2028, growing EBITDA, and proved reserves supporting additional borrowing capacity, the dilution risk is being treated by the market as inevitable when it is in fact discretionary and solvable. The stock is trading as if management has no agency, no access to capital, and no incentive alignment, none of which is supported by the facts.
Prairie operating company ($PROP). Have convertible debt that is to be paid off in march, which is risky. In 2025Q4 however insiders have bought 6M USD worth of shares and management has been saying they’d pay off the debt rather than to dilute the stock. Analysts predict an average upside of 345% this year, but my TP is at 8 USD. Currently own 10788 shares.
$PROP on the NASDAQ ofcourse. Severely undervalued 30k per day barrel oil company in Colorado.
If we’re going to go back down WHY THE FUCK DID WE PROP THIS SHIT UP ALL DAY mentally unhinged
$PROP. not sure how it’s not at $3.50/sh+ by now
My thoughts would be on PROP. An insider just bought a couple million public shares over the last month. Even though the oil and gas market is down this company is growing and has hedges in place on oil pricing through 2028..some institutions have it valued over 3x the current stock price. There is a large dilution risk for their series F preferred but with the internal common stock ownership I don’t think they will allow them to convert. Another option is AUR which is likely a little overvalued but it an interesting autonomous driving tech that focuses on freight
PROP has such an awesome balance sheet and future profitability but zero upcoming catalyst dates…..
LOOOL. THE ENTIRE VALUE PROP Of neo clouds is to shift risk. Why wouldn't Microsoft just build a 20b data center themselves. They'd be able to get it done for lot less. Just read into the neocloud and why they are giving the valuation they have even with billions in projected income.
Of course, we are talking about 1-2 weeks, in the long term yes (if they stop diluting), I put everything I can into PROP as well, which in the long term has incredible potential.
PROP and DFLI I think are valid for a long time.
RVPH at 0.59 PROP at 2.32 PLUG at 2.7 MVIS at 1.26 GPUS at 0.57 DFLI at 1.18 Why do I come to this end.
PROP has huge potential. Also check out BLNE . Tons of catalysts coming
I think DFLI is going to rise and PROP a good long-term investment at a very good price.
PROP, earnings report after hours and Q3 is looking strong, they got 12 new wells producing
I think DFLI and PROP are going to go up and they are on sale, you have to buy more
I have no investment in PROP and no reason to be untruthful. I do understand your skepticism and I would likely feel the same if some stranger was sharing similar info with me about a companyI believe in. I truly hope they soar so that my brother can at least break even or hopefully realize profits. Was simply sharing what information I have. The information I was given indicates strong conviction from the company for its long term growth prospects but caution about the shorter term. If you take my input as BS I completely understand that. My apologies for trying to be helpful. Have a good day.
Not really weird that he doesn’t remember names. He works a bazillion hours and is exhausted. It sounds like his one buddy who is heavily invested reaches out to his contact at PROP on a very regular basis. Must be really annoying to the PROP rep. on the other end of the line.
PROP literally free money. can’t believe yall aren’t talking about it
Of course, PROP is going to release the third quarter report with more than 100M in sales, and DFLI is going to take a contract with some car company and leave...... but many are going to tell you that a Chinese tea company is better.
I am a bag holder of DELI and PROP. Should I hold them for long?
DFLI, Mbot and PROP are all three very cheap right now.
Let me put you onto PROP. Insiders been buying since $5.
GPUS PROP MOBX are my top picks
I put some money in $PROP. Lets see if it goes to 0 or x10
Buying PROP, DFLI and MBOT on sale.💵
aping PROP and NXXT
Here is my [DD](https://old.reddit.com/r/pennystocks/comments/1obnxxk/prop_fundamentally_a_tenbagger_not_a_hot_potato/) on PROP.

Buying PROP because some fucker posted it somewhere and is only 100m market cap. Also oil
https://preview.redd.it/kfin1tgfhhyf1.jpeg?width=1320&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e355cacc47a7ffba631a8fdae0d2d4d82c6f73fb PROP looks like a high-risk, high-potential reward type play. If the company executes well, commodity conditions stay favourable and dilution is kept in check, the upside could be significant. However, the probability of things going perfectly is low, so there is a material risk of downside.
PROP and DFLI very good in the long term.
PROP is interesting and looks it have found bottom. Gonna hold this for awhile
Load Mbot, DFLI, IXHL and PROP, varied long-term portfolio!💵
Thank OP. What do you think about PROP?
PROP about to kill these earnings
Check out MSAI , SOWG, PROP . These are all squeeze potential.
PROP and FLWS are probably good for starter positions and become sweeter deals the lower that they go.
Holding calls for CODX, ASST, and NAKA into tomorrow. Picked up some cheap calls on PROP today too
Been holding and watching PROP for a few weeks now, on board with the thesis
PROP might actually be a solid play through the next couple of weeks. Maintaining good volume and traction
The company’s market cap is around $100 million, yet it acquired $600 million worth of oil assets from Bayswater. They’re already producing roughly 25,000 barrels per day and targeting 100,000 barrels per day by 2026. Most of that production is hedged through 2028 at about $65 per barrel, which limits exposure to price volatility. A lot of investors are worried about dilution from the Series F shares, but management has stated clearly that they plan to redeem those in cash using their credit facility and the high-yield market. If they pull that off, the biggest overhang for shareholders disappears — and the fair value could easily be 3–4× higher. On top of that: over 30% short interest, rising volume, and insiders owning nearly 40% of the stock. The premarket shows classic “shakeout” behavior, which usually signals accumulation by larger players, not distribution. $PROP isn’t a meme stock — it’s a cash-flow-generating small-cap energy company currently trading at just 1× revenue, while peers trade between 3–5×. Combine that with the short interest and insider alignment, and you’ve got all the ingredients for a strong revaluation. 🚀
I’m going to say PROP. I don’t know all the details because fundamentally I’m a degenerate, but a few scrubs on here wrote some good stuff and I’m already up 20% from when I bought in last week.
Bruh… it’s actually happening. $PROP up 10% premarket and the shorts are sweating bullets rn 😭 We’re in full danger zone — 33% short interest, 26M float, and retail waking up all at once. If this opens over $2.25 it’s gonna rip. This is what a squeeze setup looks like — real company, real numbers, tiny float. They played with fire on this one. Let’s see if the fuse lights today 🔥🚀
Bruh… $PROP might actually be the one. This ain’t your usual meme junk they printed $35M profit on $68M rev last quarter with a $100M market cap. That’s like buying dollar bills for 30 cents. Everyone’s scared of that Series F dilution, but the company already said they’re paying it off in cash, not shares. If that’s true, the dilution FUD is dead. They’re hedged till 2028 at $60+ oil, insiders loading up (4M+ shares bought, none sold), and short interest is around 27% of the float. Low float + real profits + shorts stuck = perfect storm brewing. Not financial advice, but this thing looks way too cheap to stay under $3 for long. 🚀
BLNE - multiple upcoming catalysts, lots of room to run with rate cuts coming. Get in before everyone else. DGXX - cheapest of the data center stocks . No debt, $60m cash on hand, growing , has big names investing in it recently . Huge growth potential! RDZN - growing fast, recent partnerships, new contracts , likely will be above breakeven this quarter, analysts price estimates is 2x-3x current price PROP - great squeeze potential, huge insider buying , profitable , net income $36m last quarter with market cap only $110m., their oil is hedged at $64bbl so making more money than other oil companies, short interest 27% + , market hasn’t caught on yet since acquisition earlier this year that made them very profitable.
You wrote >Been tracking $PROP for a week. Looks like it’s on the brink of expansion. and >Could be a hidden gem! So I am asking why do you think this exactly?
Why is $PROP supposed to take of exactly?
I agree, on PROP. It has been in squeeze formation for a couple days, but could be almost over. I can see shorts dumping to scare people off from entering. But if it stays above 2, they will be in trouble for a couple more days. Be mindful.
PROP for squeeze potential. BLNE has some catalysts coming soon DGXX is one of the most underrated data center stocks
NXXT gonna be the same as BYND just a pump and dump. Gonna choose for PROP, its a company that could boom a lot

how do we feel about some boring oil companies like PR and PROP?
Make it back on PROP this coming week
Check out PROP for another nice oil / gas play
PROP for squeeze potential. Accumulating BLNE , ONDS , DGXX and RDZN
I bought a bunch on Friday and buying more Monday. This is a far better deal than any meme stock . Insider buying has been huge, and stock price isn’t even back to breakeven for the insider buying . PROP has some major room to run
Bought some prop last week tailing the BYND craze. Already up 20% PROP up your portfolio!
Sold my BYND gains and rotating some into PROP
Take a look at PROP . Short squeeze potential. Profitable and net $36m last quarter. Their oil is hedged at $64bbl so they are making more money than other oil companies. Market cap only like $90m . Shorted to oblivion. This one has real fundamentals and wouldn’t be bad to hold shares in either
PROP is the best “non meme”
PROP - this is by far the best one , because it’s actually a profitably and growing business. They net $36m last quarter and the market cap is only like $90m .
PROP is on top of my watchlist. Volume is use, already went up a bit.. but sooo much more room
Would you guys consider PROP? With its latest acquisition, people are discounting the value it brings
I’m in as well. Staying on the green side you in on plug? It’s been forever since I held plug in the 2021 on that wild ride to ~70$. But it looks like there’s been some reversal recently. Added today on the dip. On a less green note PROP is pulling up as well. Pun intended.
Anyone watching $PROP? 👀
[PROP](https://old.reddit.com/r/pennystocks/comments/1obnxxk/prop_fundamentally_a_tenbagger_not_a_hot_potato/) has a smaller market cap and is going to do 25k barrels a day by eoy
[Insiders own 42% of this stock!](https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/PROP/holders/) They will not allow themselves to be diluted 🚀
Small addition: The market was questioning how legit the numbers of $PROP were, but they've recently changed auditors and are now partnering with Deloitte (I assume you know them). This means the numbers are legit, but the market hasn't noticed yet. Market is fearing dilution, which is always a possibility! I am not saying it is not going to happen, but with the credit of \~$600M they still have, and the insider buying, I personally doubt it is going to happen on the short term. Market perhaps isn't very keen on oil, fair enough.
BYND is a hot potato stock. The squeeze ended and now all that is left are the bagholders. I rather invest in PROP, a future tenbagger.
https://imgur.com/a/OYaH1ur [PROP](https://old.reddit.com/r/pennystocks/comments/1obnxxk/prop_fundamentally_a_tenbagger_not_a_hot_potato/) is also a microcrap that has a much better chance of becoming a tenbagger.
