Despite the news, PROP had a ton of resistance in the 3.9-4.0 range. I'd be careful buying below that
Not a short term play, but PROP is worth a look.
PROP dipped because there were justifiably renewed fears of dilution within the year. Shareholders should still be concerned about that. The news that reignited those concerns has not been resolved, so far as I can tell.
It has good earnings history. This is from Chaikin analytics "PROP's earnings performance has been very strong. The company has a history of strong earnings growth and is priced relatively low compared to next year's projected EPS. The factor rank is based on the stock having high earnings growth over the past 3-5 years, better than expected earnings in recent quarters, an upward yearly earnings trend, a relatively low projected P/E ratio, and consistent earnings over the past 5 years." Oil demand has been all over the place. The China oil market is declining due to their heavy investments in renewables.
Check out the Yahoo community page on PROP where you'll find more illuminating discussion about the state of their business. There is a very high probability of dilution in the near future. Recently, Prairie arranged an equity distribution agreement that gives them the option of selling up to 75 million in stock. All other factors unchanged, this alone could reduce the stock price by 30%. Other shares have recently become unlocked. This fear of dilution is in my opinion the primary reason for the cratering of late. PROP was also ejected just a day or two ago from the Russell 2000, 2500, and 3000 indices. The good news of late is that insiders have been buying a lot of shares at a price of $3.75-4 per share. Despite that, I wouldn't touch this thing until two things happen: (1) this potential for imminent dilution is resolved, and (2) we get a report on how productive their recent oil well purchases are. I sold all my positions when PROP didn't budge a couple weeks ago when all the oil stocks were flying. I'm waiting to get back in, but I could care less at this point if it dips to a dollar fifty.
shite is fucking RIGGED. TACO told Jpow to BUY STOCKS AND PROP UP THIS FAILING ECONOMY.
I just loved seeing my PROP calls renamed PROP1.
The price of [$PROP](https://www.marketcapwatch.com/company/prairie-operating-marketcap) increases by 12.64%, which is good news.
I should've added that PROP went up 12.6% on Friday and even further after hours. The only news I can find is that another insider bought shares. My guess is this reflects the market catching on to the massive growth potential and perhaps the anticipation from those in the know that oil prices may rebound a bit.
Loading up on 12/19/25 calls at 2.50. On Friday morning they were going for 135 bucks. Super cheap. They're buying lots of wells and their leadership has been buying stock. When oil prices go back up PROP is really going to fly (along with a lot of other energy plays). The question is...when does that happen? Hopefully by December so far as I'm concerned...
Anyone know why $PROP jumped 16% right before AH closed?
Check it out for yourself. I dont got shares, but its also down similar to PROP like you mentioned in your post. [https://finance.yahoo.com/news/kulr-reports-solid-q4-aided-161100785.html](https://finance.yahoo.com/news/kulr-reports-solid-q4-aided-161100785.html)
You know whats the best part? TARRIFS CAN BE GREAT TO CREATE DOMESTIC PRODUCTION CHAINS. You know whats funny? TRUMP IS NOT USING THEM TO PROP UP DOMESTIC PRODUCTION. You know whats hilarious? TRUMP IS USING TARRIFS AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR THE TAXES IN ORDER TO LOWER THE TAXES FOR THE RICH AND RAISE TAXES FOR THE POORS VIA SALES TAXES AND PRICE PUMPS.
Prairie Operating Co just made a major 600 million investment to expand their oil production. They did this with relatively minimal pain to the shareholders (dilution, selling warrants, etc). Lots of analysts seem very positive about PROP now, but it hasn't moved much. It's been down a few percent mainly. I would've thought there'd be more optimism reflected in the price by now. Oil prices being down the past couple months may have something to do with it.
No, their inflation rate is lower than the US. Also, the Japanese government is actually trying to PROP UP the value of the yen, which would hurt exports. So any "Currency manipulation" actually favors the US from a trade deficit perspective. What Trump doesn't understand is the reason the trade deficits exist is because the US is wealthy relative to other countries.
donnie said to elon: USE TSLA TO PROTECT THESE MARKETS BABE, HERES a BIL TO PROP THIS MOFO UP
PROP just [added 24k acres and 26k barrels/day production in the DJ Basin](https://finance.yahoo.com/news/prairie-operating-co-announces-acquisition-110000029.html). Straight cash money printer with that Bayswater deal - $1.1B in proved reserves for $600M. Numbers don't lie - 10 quarters of growth and they're still hungry for more.
PROP just [acquired $600M worth of DJ Basin assets](https://finance.yahoo.com/news/prairie-operating-co-announces-acquisition-110000029.html) and they're pumping out 26k barrels per day of that sweet sweet crude - this is the kind of oil play that makes my smooth brain tingle.
PROP just [announced a $600M acquisition in the DJ Basin](https://finance.yahoo.com/news/prairie-operating-co-announces-acquisition-110000029.html) and immediately diluted shareholders with a $200M offering. Lmao classic oil and gas move. At least they're getting [25k barrels per day of new production](https://finance.yahoo.com/news/prairie-operating-co-announces-acquisition-110000029.html). Meanwhile MBRX doing what every penny biotech does - more offerings while burning cash. Tale as old as time.
PROP just dropped a $603M DJ Basin acquisition bomb and they're already pumping out [25,000 barrels per day]. Forget your TA, this is straight up value town. They're not waiting for any election results to print money.
PROP just [announced a massive $603M acquisition of DJ Basin assets](https://finance.yahoo.com/news/prairie-operating-co-announces-acquisition-110000029.html) that'll triple their production to 30k BOEPD - this isn't some penny stock play anymore. Their stock offering is funding a legit expansion into prime oil territory, and with [77.9 MMboe of proven reserves](https://finance.yahoo.com/news/prairie-operating-co-announces-acquisition-110000029.html) they're gonna be printing money faster than JPow.
Reddit is not letting me respond with a decent comment about Prairie Operating Co. (NASDAQ: PROP). This company loses money every quarter. Buy EPM..they pay a 9% yearly dividend and are well managed. Will the stock go up 300% in a year? Probably not...but its gonna pay you 9% to invest is a solid small O&G company. If you believe AI is the wave of the future, then natural gas is going to be a driving source behind that power. And fortunately Trump is at the helm and will enable this critical infrastructure to be built out and used in a decent time frame. EPM benefits from this natural gas growth. Buy
PROP for an oil playing coming into CPI, already up 10% pre market
$PROP lookin sexy in PM up 15% already after doing a +25% day yesterday
Anyone else buying $PROP ?
Any $PROP holders?
APRE's patent portfolio is actually stronger than most realize. They've got [4 granted US patents and 19 international ones for their ATR inhibitor program, with protection until 2037](https://finance.yahoo.com/news/aprea-therapeutics-provides-existing-patent-131622058.html). Their clinical data looks solid too - ATRN-119 and APR-1051 both showing good safety profiles with no major toxicity issues. PROP's fundamentals are impressive. They're projecting 300% YoY output growth and $69-102M in net profits for 2025. Their drilling program is aggressive - 25-28 wells planned. Management knows what they're doing. Can't speak much to JMIA since there's no real news or developments to analyze. Would need more data points. The market's been sleeping on both APRE and PROP. These aren't your typical penny stock gambles - both have real assets and clear growth trajectories. APRE's oncology pipeline and PROP's DJ Basin operations are the real deal.
$**PROP** looks interesting to me but the super low volume is quite intimidating...
PROP's fundamentals are rock solid with their [recent completion of the Shelduck South pad](https://finance.yahoo.com/news/prairie-operating-co-completes-shelduck-123000870.html) and their projected 300% year-over-year output growth. The company's aggressive expansion with four new executive hires and their $120-130M capital expenditure plan for high-return drilling in the DJ Basin shows they're not messing around.
