Why is there so much effort to pump PROP this weekend?

Mentions:#PROP

Is NUAI Q3 numbers going to be great because PROP Q3 numbers will be the same or better than Q2 numbers? PROP is an oil and gas company and everyone uses oil and gas. It won't depend on data centers for revenue. Considering NUAI market cap and Q2 numbers it's extremely overvalued and I don't see Q3 and Q4 being much better.

Mentions:#PROP

PROP is a good undervalued oil stock that focuses on the Colorado region . Their net Income last quarter was $36m , and the market cap is only $80m. Are you from Alaska ?

PROP looks like a great candidate to run up. Much better fundamentals than BYND also. What do you think ?

Let’s grab a bunch of PROP on Monday. I’ve worked with them in the past . They are a different company than they used to be. The market will catch on at some point and the people buying at these prices will make a lot of money

So is this a buy at the moment or wait for some more volatility? Honestly just have $2000 I’m trying to spread around in stocks, let it ride for a couple years, take my profits and move on. TMC, SOFI and some other big winners. Looked in PROP, but unsure with dilution risk. Some people’s comments led me to this page tracking FEMY. Open to hearing other stocks to swing into. (Not a day trader).

Why not? It's profitable, positive EBITDA, positive EPS, significantly lower Debt Ratio, significantly higher Equity Ratio, double the total assets with about equal liabilities. PROP has potential and I've been keeping my eye on it. It may have higher reward if things go well, but seems to have more risk too. Just my thoughts.

Go REI over PROP. Better financials

Imo between the two PROP is energy. The guesstimate percentage of users that consumes energy > 90% (ai, crypto, gamers, you and I as well as bots!, datacenters, etc, etc). BYND is a producer of plant based meat. The percentage of users that consume their products _%? Why not both? BYND is quick in and out meme imo... but that price needs to come down moar. PROP is mid long

Mentions:#PROP#BYND

i want a 10x gain, not a 10% gain. and it doesnt matter what Trump thinks. the only things that matter are facts and numbers. the fact is PROP revenue and net income for 2025 will be much higher than it's current market cap.

Mentions:#PROP

Haha, love the fire, but let's pump the brakes on PROP "destroying" $BYND—sure, oil's got legs, but $BYND's a squeeze grenade with way more pop for gamblers like us. You're right, PROP (that proptech SPAC-turned-energy play) crushed Q2 with \~$70M rev and $35M net income—numbers that scream "steady climber." But long-term? Betting big on fossil fuels in a world where EVs are projected to suck up 5M+ b/d of oil demand by 2030? Bold, but EVs and renewables are rewriting the script faster than you think. AI data centers are guzzling electricity (up 2% in 2025), sure, but that's fueling solar/wind booms, not eternal oil glory—global oil consumption growth is already dipping below pre-pandemic levels at just 1.3M b/d this year. Decarb ain't BS; it's the mega-trend shorts are ignoring while piling into $BYND. Now, $BYND's Q2? Yeah, rough—$75M rev (down 19.6% YoY), $33M net loss, and margins at 11.5%. Liabilities outpacing assets? Fair, but that $800M+ debt slash via restructuring is a game-changer—balance sheet's getting a vegan detox, and profitability's on the horizon with cost cuts and new leadership. As a long-term bet, plant-based ain't dead—global market's exploding to $19.5B by 2029 at 14% CAGR, with the U.S. alone hitting $5.3B this year. Cheap vegan snacks? Cool, but premium "meaty" alternatives like Beyond's reformulated burgers (heart-healthy certified) are for flexitarians craving that sizzle without the slaughter—demand's up 19% CAGR through 2030. For the YOLO gamble? Forget fundamentals—$BYND's got 60%+ short float, 700% borrow fees, and retail apes loading calls like it's GME 2.0. PROP's a snoozer at low shorts; $BYND could 5x on a cover cascade to $2-5 while PROP grinds 10-20%. Your move: diamond hands on the squeeze or safe oil nap? Let's ride the chaos! 🚀🌱 #BYND #TheMoon

PROP destroys BYND as a gamble and a long term investment. PROP had 35m net income and 70m in revenue in Q2 and the numbers will get better quarter over quarter. BYND numbers are horrible. It's losing money, has low margins and has way more liabilities than assets. Decarbonizing world is some BS. The AI craze is causing electricity demand to skyrocket. Oil demand is increasing. Expensive vegan meat was a craze that died. There are plenty of cheap vegan products that also taste good.

Mentions:#PROP#BYND

Bro, calling $BYND garbage? That’s bold when shorts are choking on 60%+ of the float with borrow fees at 700%! 😜 Sure, PROP’s digging for oil, but $BYND’s got a cult following and a market that’s not going away—plant-based is still growing at a 12% CAGR. Q2? Yeah, $BYND’s revenue dipped 19.6% to $75M, but PROP’s not exactly printing cash either—microcaps are volatile, not a death sentence. $BYND’s debt restructure just slashed $800M, and retail’s loading up on calls (67k+ on $0.50 strikes!). Meanwhile, PROP’s betting on a finite resource—good luck with that in a decarbonizing world. $BYND’s a YOLO rocket with squeeze potential to $2-5 if shorts get spooked. Garbage? Nah, it’s a vegan feast for diamond hands. 🚀🌱 #BYND #SqueezeSZN

Does anyone want to talk about PROP. I feel like this will rise a lot.

My source is a family member who is one of those people. From what I gather, a buddy of his who has about 500k invested (but now down 60%) is in contact with some executive at PROP (I don’t know who) & it’s happening on the 16th. It just seems really bizarre to me!! So we’ll see if it actually happens or not. I’ll let you know. For all I know PROP could believe they are meeting with bigger investors, but it’s just too weird to not be intriguing.

Mentions:#PROP

Have a great weekend. Btw can I get source about the two PROP executives flying to Cleveland and trying to cash from poor people? Cause that would be really bad news if it was true.

Mentions:#PROP

if every company's valuation based on TTM then NVDA, AMZN and other top companies that used to be in the same position as PROP wouldn't exist. a good investor buys based on fwd P/E and future catalysts.

It may be undervalued. It may rocket to the moon. But it is not an investment that I am interesting in based on their history. Two of their executives are flying into Cleveland in a couple of weeks to take a group of investors out to dinner. And I’m not talking billionaire investors with deep pockets. I’m talking every day people who between a dozen of them maybe have close to 1 million invested. If PROP is that hard up for money that’s telling to me. Even though their last quarter showed a net profit, indicating they are finally trending in the right direction, as of the last reported earnings date on October 10, 2025, PROP had a net loss of -$68.3 million for the trailing 12 months ending June 30, 2025. But best of luck to you! It may be a very good long term play.

An extremely undervalued oil stock is PROP. As soon as management eliminates the preferred shares that would cause major stock dilution this stock will skyrocket.

Hey guys here is some DD on Prarie Operating Company (Ticker: PROP) ($100mm market cap) that I have ran, salient points are below: · Covered by 3 Analysts (Roth, Citi, and Piper Sandler) with average target price of $7 (+$250% upside; source) · ~$2mm of insider purchases at weighted average share price of ~$3 since May; last insider purchase of ~$180k at $2.11 (source) · Asymmetric upside, stock price today assumes worst case scenario. There is >6x return potential if management is able to refinance expensive preferred equity (i.e., they acquired assets worth $600mm, and had mkt cap of $200mm before the acquisition) but still trade at $100mm markt cap Prairie Operating Co is a newly formed, founder-led small-cap oil roll-up in the DJ Basin. In March, the company issued $150 million of high-cost preferreds to fund a $600 million transformative acquisition (a bold move given its pre-deal market cap of just ~$200 million). The deal takes Prairie from effectively zero production to an expected run-rate EBITDA of roughly $360(!) million by the end of 2025. The preferreds carry a 12% coupon and can be converted to equity if not repaid by March 2026; the market is pricing in dilution today and valuing the business effectively at <2x EBITDA FY25 EBITDA. There is no downside at today’s valuation if the prefs to convert to equity and >6x upside if the company is able to refinance the prefs. Since, May company insiders have bought ~$2mm of stock (on what is ~$100mm market cap); most recent insider purchase was early in September when insider purchased ~$180k of stock; the weighted average purchase price of the stock is ~$3 (stock trades today at ~$2). Management has made clear their top priority is taking out the prefs before year-end, likely through an expanded reserve-based lending facility or a new high-yield financing. Massive amounts of insider buying ensures alignment and instances where there is asymmetric information flow actioned into insider purchases for small cap companies is rarely ever a bad thing. If they pull it off, the equity could be six times where it trades today. If they don’t, downside appears limited on fundamentals, given how compressed the multiple already is. Recent production misses were tied to short-term delays rather than structural issues, and guidance still points to a >$360 million EBITDA exit run-rate. Oil exposure is well hedged through early 2028 so there is no commodity pricing risk that you are taking.

I hope you make some money! Good luck to you

I take back what I said about GPUS as I looked deeper into it and it’s crap. I stand by BLNE and NXXT though! I also like PROP for even crazier insider cluster buying.  17 purchases by 8 insiders since May with 10 purchases on Aug/sep.

NVNI, Mbot, IXHL, PROP 🙏

Holding MBOT for the longer term(until 8usd/share at least) It is not logical to me that the price is now lower after FDA approval. In terms of shorter term: OPEN - might enter again if price drops back to 7.7 and play for the rate cut, if not that is fine with me. Also check out PROP - management keeps buying down, large acquisition before might make this quarter really stand out, besides that just reading up the lounge, looking for plays that fit my style

I'm testing this strategy right now with a lot of garbage. LAZR, BLINK, CHPT, PUBM, LAC, RXRX, SNAP, SPCE, PROP. I'll need some big wins tho cause it doesn't feel great holding a portfolio full of trash. I got some electricity plays in there tho and on board with the demand. You gotta stop saying 'free' tho hahaha-- nothing is free, especially in physics. Maybe free will lol

I'm looking at PROP. The interesting part: Intrinsic value, including the new acquisition, is over 600 million, market cap right now at 100 mil. I like the entry point. Risk. Debt is high because of the acquisition. Chatgbt said conservative SP related to the intrinsic value is 12$. Bullcase is 22$. Have a look at it.

Bought today: PROP IINN Waiting to enter: CHSN - looking for a cheaper entry CAN - it's wound up really tight KTTA - I feel like missing out today keeps me out. Watching: NINE (waiting for the stoch to reset) EHTH is definitely a trap - don't do it. XFOR is pulling back, waiting for a dip CTM looks trappy, too. But who knows?

I have PROP on the radar. Not time for an entry just yet, but it's close to being time.

To be fair, I have no idea where the market could take PROP . It could still fall another $1 . But the employees certainly believe fair value is over $6 . It might take a quarter or 2 for people to see the numbers after the bayswater acquisition. So it’s hard to say where the bottom is. But in my opinion, it’s definitely a buy at these prices. Although I’d like to get around $2.2 before I make a large purchase

Often when a stock presents a decent earnings report, take CRWV for example, particularly aftermarket, the price can go down, because the big boys want a cheaper price. They see the potential in it going up, so they dump a bit, take the profit and get a better price. They then have overnight to get their strategy together. PROP has been on a steady incline, but some might still think it overpriced. People were fine to take their profit if the report was bad. Now, with forward thinking available, again, they know it can be had for less. This is only my thinking and don't know it to be true, but it's how I view the situation.

Significant dilution: PROP's share count has dramatically increased, eroding the per-share equity value for existing shareholders. This is further exacerbated by potential conversions of in-the-money warrants and preferred stock. Purpose of dilution: Management has indicated that dilutive instruments are being used to reduce debt, a necessary step given the company's still-negative operating cash flow. In March 2025, a common stock offering raised $38.5 million, primarily to fund the Bayswater Acquisition and for general corporate purposes including debt repayment. Negative impacts: Reduced Ownership: Existing shareholders now own a smaller percentage of the company. Lower EPS: Dilution has reduced the company's earnings per share. PROP had a diluted EPS of -$2.65 for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. Pressure on Stock Price: The increased number of shares can put downward pressure on the stock price, according to Nasdaq.

As to your expertise(background) I'm impressed. AND, I did not miss our IPO and loved every minute of it. We famously had a rule called "RULE OF 55", later changed to "RULE OF 60", and when I reached the combined total of 61, I took full advantage of it. And YES I am rowing the same boat as you, but must add- 3 Children graduated from College NO DEBT, 2 of them got LLM's of which one went on and received an SJD all free from debt. While on the desk(s), I received an MS Applied Statistical Analysis, and my wife received her MBA, all free from debt. Isn't life just grand? OH, by the way I retired 2 yrs earlier in age than you.
