The volume and interest lately don’t look random either. What caught my attention is the company positioning itself in a space where demand is only increasing, especially with how fast the market is shifting toward secure tech + infrastructure solutions. Still risky obviously, but compared to some of the garbage that runs 300% on hype alone, this one at least seems to have an actual direction. Attached my position screenshot. Curious if anyone else here is holding long term or just trading the volatility.
I use ChatGPT as a screener. For example, I'll ask it to generate a list of publicly traded companies under $1B market cap within the specific industries I want to invest in with a brief description. Which for me is usually tech or consumer products; those are the areas that I feel the most confident identifying successful prospects. If the initial description sounds like something that has a lot of potential, then all of the research I described previously begins. I'll also occasionally look through Reddit for leads. Sometimes it's something I see in my day to day life. Watching the documentary 'Wild Wild Space' got me interested in investing in satellite imagery; looking for an earlier stage alternative to Planet Labs lead me to SATL. I saw how quickly the drone industry is expanding and wanted to find an investment in either drone manufacturing or a product utilized by drones. That brought me to PRZO. I also wanted to invest in biotech. The products that looked the most promising to me ended up being made by HYPR, MDAI and AIMD. After seeing how quickly the robotaxi industry was expanding, I decided I wanted to invest in autonomous vehicles. That eventually lead me to AUR. Basically, I'm constantly keeping an eye out for emerging markets and then try to find companies within them that have a product I believe in.

First thing, no more full ports for me. EONR traumatised me last week. Currently in DFLI/EONR/HIVE/PRZO/FUBO with a 25:25:25:12.5:12.5 split FUBO is a long hold. PRZO I'm bagholding from Friday. Once I get out of DFLI and EONR I'm done with oil trades for a bit (I will still hold some EONR in my other account as I'm a genuine believer, but will move a lot of those profits into my IBRX position)

Yeah, that's what PRZO has been doing. They've had like 4 new orders past 3-4 months and the stock pumps like 20% or so, but never holds. You figure at some point there will have been enough new orders that the pump would hold, but hasn't happened yet.

As soon as some terrorist-dork uses a suicide bomb quad-copter drone in an American or European city like NYC, DC, Paris, London, then PRZO will rocket. This exactly what Ukraine did to Russia in Operation Spider Web. Loaded a commercial truck with 117 quadcopter drones and drove the truck undetected (truck looked just like any other commercial delivery semi-truck) close enough to the airfield to attack. PRZO's anti-drone devices are ideal for a civilian, urban environment where you want to disable quadcopter drones but want to do it in a non-lethal way to avoid civilian causalities.

Don’t discount the other Israeli defense stocks either like $PRZO or $HUBC. I also have a decent position in $RVSN.
For what it's worth, the closest stock I'm holding to what you described is PRZO. Israeli company w/ a market cap of $28M that developed a parachute recovery system for drones (mounted to the drone; deploys a parachute if there is a critical failure to protect the drone, people and property). They also developed a net gun for drone defense and a precision drop system to deploy small payloads from drones. High risk / high reward; could become a 10 bagger or easily be outpaced by a larger company. I've allocated 2.5% of my portfolio at an average price of $1.57.
