If I were you, I'd hold on to my PSTV investment and forget about it for a year. Yes, there's a chance I might lose it, which I'm okay with, but there's also a pretty good chance that my investment would give a return of 10x or more in a year's time, and 50x in 3 year's time. Again. I'd only do this with the small change I'm willing to risk losing. I personally have around $8k invested and been in the red for many weeks now. But I'm not worried one bid, except nasdaq compliance (180-day extension was granted today).

This subreddit, constantly propping up shitty stocks like SCWO, PSTV, DVLT, and DFLI, should be ashamed of themselves.
Thoughts on PSTV? .54 right now... delisting Wed. if they aren't at $1 for 10 consecutive days. Is this a 90%+ gain in the coming days or is it getting delisted? I couldn't find anything about an extension - another one.
They didn't see much of a bump from the news release on Thursday—it was overshadowed by other events. However, volume is picking up. With the UnitedHealthcare deal, PSTV will eventually see significant growth. I hold a decent number of shares at $0.50 since August. I sold and bought back in when it reached $0.91 in October. Insider buying, which indicates company strength, has me holding this for the long term. If it spikes, I'll sell and buy back in again. I think entering anywhere between $0.50 and $0.60 is a solid move.

You have your own free will to do as you please! PSTV is by far my #1 stock OVERALL. Their testing got approved, receiving a contract from the biggest healthcare company in the country, now in the roll out stage = profitability, and the companies invested long aren't predatory. Don't always have to agree, but I appreciate the feedback! I wish you the best either way in the things you invest in!

I do not see them enacting a reverse split due to the stock dropping below $1.00 for a few days. Reverse splits are perceived very negatively by investors and are usually done as a last-ditch effort. Two examples you may have seen from this subreddit: YYAI and PSTV. YYAI did a 1-50 reverse split after months of having a bid price of below $1.00. In fact, they decided to do it once the stock price hit $.07 (a relatively extreme level). PSTV, on the other hand, has had the authority to do a reverse split for around half a year now. Yet, despite reaching compliance deadlines twice, they have refused to do so and have instead asked for bid compliance extensions. The main difference is that YYAI is a scammy pump-and-dump scheme with little regard for its investors, while PSTV prioritizes its shareholders and its mission. They understand what a reverse split implies and are avoiding doing one at all costs. DFLI is much more like PSTV in this sense. If you visit their corporate website, you will find a section dedicated to investors, press, and news. They have released financial data over the last few years along with information about upcoming events. They care about their investors and believe in the viability of their product. A reverse split would not make sense at all now. That being said, it is still a risk. However, I think anyone on this subreddit is aware that there is risk involved in any of these trades. And the decision is yours, of course. Research DFLI and their product if you are uncertain.

PSTV is a gamble, like every penny stock, but I think this one has serious potential. I did my DD and loaded up. The new 8-K filing looks promising, it shows they’re actually moving forward with something real, and the fact there’s no reverse split itself should be bullish. Now just waiting to see where this goes.

My top 3 penny stocks back in June were NEHC(which is now NUAI and had bought 10k shares for 0.47 and sold them at 0.55 to get in the IXHL craze, which flopped and NEHC went to become NUAI and look at it now) IXHL which i mentioned, and CGTX(this one went from 60c to over 3$, currently 1.65). Getting into BioPharma stocks (ixhl&cgtx) is what opened the gate for me to be more curious about more, which is how i ended falling into INTS after it crashed, i thought it was a great opportunity. I also bought 20k shares of OTLK after it crashed from 3$ to 0.8 cents, currently 1.24 which is cool 🤩 I’m currently bagholding IXHL & PSTV & BTOG & BNKK, I can get profits from INTS & OTLK anytime I guess. P.S. BNKK was SHOT before, could be a bad stock pick, but my gut feeling made me do it. All of this is NOT financial advice, just my personal adventure

PSTV would be in the same boat as RVPH if OP looked into it (with different dates for FDA approval I think), I've dropped a couple hundred shares onto PSTV and RVPH as per speculation plays, and to help me keep an eye on them, in the hopes of good FDA trial results. Fully expect I could end up losing most of what I put in if it goes the other way.
I also skipped the stocks in your list, but putting RVPH in that list is a bit harsh: you are mixing (known) hyped-scams with a potential good stock . RVPH is still at reasonable price (if you buy in around 0.5$) vs the upside potential and is not a scam at this stage in my opinion. There is a RS risk. What are you thoughts on PSTV ?
That in itself is huge news!! Have you seen what DVLT has done since that partnership announcement this company has been aggressively making moves, within the last week alone. I was regretting selling it at 1.41 and got back in last week 2.62 and today bought the dip at $3.33 and $3. I was hoping it would dip to $3 so I could afford to buy more and after walking my dog I saw my order filled. 🙂 I haven’t been excited about a company this much in a while. I’m also long on PSTV, but that’s a different play for me and whole other sector. DVLT has finally become something that I don’t have to worry about and I can just check every quarter.
They just announced an update on their clinical study. It's only TipRanks, which i don't have access to, so I can't confirm if it's positive or negative. As for entering, many of us investors or bag holders are currently a little nervous because of the approaching deadline to meet a minimum price of $1 for 10 consecutive days for nasdaq compliance (if i understand this currently), and there being chances of some RS. But we are also forcing ourselves to remain optimistic that the company is aware of this too and is likely to drop something big soon, or secure an extension. We honestly have no idea what's going to happen. All these positive price targets by different analysts are going to be worth jack if PSTV does something stupid out of sheer desperation. My personal advice would be to tread very carefully on this one.

I have both RSVP and PSTV and wasn't planning to sell for now. From what I have read, I understand these are genuinely good stocks to hold, unlike BYND, YYAI etc. Have you seen an analysis on these stocks as well?
Pullbacks literally lasts for weeks or months after they pump on no sustainable news, and in the meantime you could’ve had 20 other stocks. Im not jumping on anything that has already pumped unless its a 1+ year hold. Like PSTV or RVPH..

Well I got into PSTV early with $40 and turned it into $430 then did what I typically wouldn’t do and dumped the whole $430 into DVLT and sold it all today for $2825
I'm looking for diversity. Pennystocks: DFLI is my lithium pick - still mostly conjecture due to finances but recent news is a positive trend DVLT AI/blockchain - seems to garnering some steam each time a peice of news is released FEMY biotech with proven products that I'm bullish on but financially instable due to emerging growth pains (recent news is positive) RVPH seems to have a largely positive sentiment \^ these ones are still relatively cheap but seem to be trending in the right direction EGY - Energy sector - oil looking to creep back into + $4 range it seems, provides dividends. I'm letting 100shares ride on this one while keeping half an eye on it. PSTV I'm keeping an eye on but haven't delved into it much Has a high analyst target but basing longterm investment decisions on those can be iffy, especially when it comes to biotech CHRS: heavily shorted (27% with 30m shares and 44 days to cover over it's average daily volume) but a news spark could set it off, been holding a fairly steady price but it just hit a new year high earlier this month. LAES for quantum defense (can't currently be considered a penny stock after the past couple weeks recent news is positive, just surged today and may pull back or continue rising on the news from today) POET, back on an uptrend and may pullback - interesting technology on brief skims that seems more unique, haven't fully delved into it yet but like to swing trade it based on price action rn. \^NFA, these are the ones that have caught my attention so far

No reasons, no arguments. Well, I don't have to clarify every single thing about every single ticker to everyone. People must take everything with a pinch of salt, especially online. Please tell me where was I wrong? Saying that PSTV and DVLT are good plays? because they have cash, facilities and contracts? Saying scwo, alxo, yyai are bad? because they have a lot of significant problems? Clearly saying nothing about BDRX,NOTE? Cuz I know nothing about them? Saying BYND is shit and won't do 2nd GMO? Cuz it's purely capybara trying to lure ppl to sweep their liquidity and hedges heavily short the stock? No reasons, no arguments - though have a useless opinion lol.
YYAI can go. Some stocks just don't go back up. $10 is $10, but trimming dead weight is priceless. PSTV is a good hold. A clear path to commercialisation on an approved product is far more than most penny biotechs have. SCWO is decent. There'll be no run any time soon - but so what? The goal is to go heavy *before* a stock explodes. There are big question marks over SCWO's finances, but not over the potential of its product. ALXO is disruptive tech in a high-CAGR field, but clinical stage biotechs are never buy-and-holds. Can guide your position through offerings, delisting, and regulatory mazes?
I doubt they are profitable (non of the biotech usually is profitable). They are at the Phase 1 trial, which is so bad, as they usually would need to pass phase 2 and 3 tests - A long wait, a lot of cash needed, 10000% will be diluted, reverse splits incoming and it will be either rugpulled or pulled back soon (imo), I didn't invest here anyways, so don't follow it. Once again consider DFLI, do a DD on PSTV and DVLT (but I think they're the strongest on the list to grow a bit more, don't forget to take profits on the way).
ALXO, SCWO, YYAI are deff not the player imo, pure speculation. PSTV and DVLT are somehow good imo. DVLT is the strongest on the list. Nothing about Note. SCWO - fired ceo who still has a lot of shares and sells them when he wants. ALXO - expect a rugpull soon. YYAI - purely speculation imo. DVLT - has facilities, contracts, etc, looks promising. PSTV - is also somehow speculative, but looks better as it feels stable, they have cash reserves and relatively low debt compared to other biotech. Nothing about NOTE and BDRX. As I'm trying to lure people into DFLI, consider it. Good stock, manufactures batteries, any entry below 1.35 is good, 4$ is a fair price atm. lots of grants, patents, paid debt, compliance achieved, was recently diluted though.

Some RML or CSLs were pharmds that knew pharmcodynamics as well as kols and better than regional experts. Reg Affairs I dealt with from Amgen to MSD for decades. Some have zero knowledge about compound science rather they know regulatory legal guidelines rhetoric. My expertise says experts live in specifics to an ocd level of professionalism. BUY $PSTV pdufa oct 25. You have one day to buy PSTV.
It’s my understanding that if PSTV fails to meet the $1.00 rule by November 12 Nasdaq will send the company a delisting notice stating that it hasn’t regained compliance with the minimum bid price rule.The company then has 7 calendar days to request a hearing before a Nasdaq Hearings Panel. If PSTV requests that hearing (which it almost certainly would), its stock remains listed and tradable on Nasdaq during the appeal process another 30–60 days. So the stock wouldn’t disappear right away, and a small reverse split wouldn’t be horrible as long as it’s handled with good communication and PR, so that current investors don’t lose confidence.

Who is in 10,000 shares + in PSTV ? If you are and you are holding … great job, much respect to all of you. If you are still buying here and there to get the share price up lighting up the spot light on PSTV… in hopes of grabbing the broader markets attention via Media, you are amazing! That’s what is needed right now. I think it’s possible to get PSTV to a dollar and hold it there for 10 days. However, strategy is needed here because unfortunately there are people who naturally are fools and will pump a stock just to take others money. So maybe just not sharing strategy at all is best, in order to not show the route to the castle to the enemy trying to steal the princess?? lol.
The market overall hasn’t been doing so great the past two weeks. 1/2 my portfolio is down that doesn’t mean I’m going to now sell all my gold or oil. It just means PSTV announced their great news at time when people were already caught up with other tsunamis coming at them (news of oil dropping, gold dropping, Trump/China saga, Inflation, beyond meat, semi conductor stocks dipping) and the list goes on. People are growing more scared to take risks unless it’s a higher probability of short term gain in their own minds because recession is starting to sink in and become real. So I would say, Yes, it has been going in circles because the market as a whole has been not so green these days now has it ?
^ To add to your point. This is why I bought more over the dip the last few days. Insider buying speaks volumes. Although I do agree with many others that shareholders should be told news more often, specifically about a company’s progress when delisting is on the table. However, this sector is known to not update frequently. I always see, “no news, as good news”. I’m more of the glass is half full type, and the fact that Insiders have invested as well is a VERY good sign indeed. There are many charts that show stocks going up over a $1 and holding it in a matter of hours and days as well. It’s not easy to focus on the reasons why the stock will go up even when the company has evidence showing that they are doing FAR BETTER then they were just months ago. A conglomerate such as UNH wouldn’t just throw money, and especially wouldn’t risk their reputation on just some random company that’s become a penny stock because they faced challenges. If that was the case they could have thrown money at one of the other struggling bio micro caps out there with far more strategic PR initiatives, that could at the very least shine the light on UNH. However, UNH chose to back PSTV because they see the VALUE in the company and that the company struggled because they pivoted so they can focus more on the rare brain / spinal cancer research and product they developed which IS working at helping people prolong their patients lives and may in fact save lives one day. Stocks are about making money not losing money. Those in the field who have tried to educate us over the years, like Buffet and Munger at the top, that if you don’t understand a company or believe in what they do, why would you invest a penny into them? It’s so simple that is difficult for people to see the value in this company because they are constantly looking at the price of the stock every hour. Yes PSTV is high risk however, as of the past two quarters their risk went down (earnings)(Insider Investment) as of the past 3 weeks their risk went significantly down (UNH) (CNside) and (10 yr Lease on New Lab @ $50, 000 /month and 3% increase annually) PSTV is a great investment to take a big risk on in my eyes because of these solid positive strides they have made. Most people it seems these days won’t pick up a loonie because it’s not shiny and instead pick up the dime. lol Being able to look at the big picture and comprehend the trajectory of the company’s business actually see how it is all shaping up is not everyone’s strong suit. I’m not saying trading stock isn’t a good business. For those of us who have time, sure why not, make money whenever you can. Times are becoming more uncertain each day. However, certain stocks would be wiser to look at as an actual INVESTMENT. I wouldn’t trade a company’s stock that is trying to establish its footing and doing a great job at that when the benefit for me being patient and holding my investment is not just supporting them and their initiatives but benefits me far more in the long run then just a few thousand dollars. To each their own. PSTV will succeed with or without us anyway is what it looks like.
I'm for sure holding PSTV, severely undervalued especially after the investment from UNH. I'm seriously thinking about buying into BURU, it's starting to look like a proper company with al those contracts. As for BYND, I'll sit back and watch from the sidelines, I doubled my initial investments which could've tripled if I had sold at open today. I also dropped $100 on YYAI to see what happens. PSTV can and will receive an additional 180 days from NASDAQ to regain compliance. All other requirements for maintaining its listing have been met, so there is currently no risk of delisting. Regarding the reverse stock split, if it occurs, it will take place at the end of the next 180-day period that is expected to be granted next month.
EXACTLY THIS^ I refrained from investing in Beyond Meat because we are not in the same environment as COVID times. People are struggling for money not being given stimulus cheques and on lockdown. I bought the dip on PSTV as well and I’m happy it dipped because I too feel like it’s the calm before the storm. The Fundamentals are there for PSTV sadly they are not for Beyond Meat.

I’m trying to understand why so many people are not just willing to invest, but excited to buy shares into a company that is bankrupt and yet the positive news that everyone was hoping for regarding PSTV comes out Proving that PSTV is a solid company worthy of your investment and actually doing work to help humanity meanwhile everyone is going crazy over a failing company??? If everyone who invested actually put this effort into pumping PSTV stock not only would it save everyone from worrying about the company being delisted but it would probably be able to reach or surpass the estimated high of $21 a share. Really interesting how people’s minds work.
