I share your bullish view on PSTV. I'm holding a significant position, betting big on the 2026 catalysts and execution. Just a quick correction though : the CFO didn't buy 20k shares on the open market. I believe he acquired 38,232 shares via RSUs, just like the CEO. Since their cash runway is about a year, a capital raise seems likely with the FDA news. I'm personally projecting around $20M for the trials. But honestly, even factoring in the overhang and dilution, the current valuation is a steal for CNSide alone. REYOBIQ also has strong competitive advantages, so if we get a dip from the offering, I see it as the final load-up zone. 2026 is definitely the year to watch.

Exactly, point 2 is NOT priced in yet. They *just* added the big ones (UnitedHealthcare and Humana), which accounts for 67M+ new covered lives. That happened so recently that the revenue hasn't hit a single earnings report yet. The market is pricing PSTV based on old revenue numbers, not the new national scale. When those CNSide checks start clearing and the '90% treatment change' stat hits more hospitals, the $76M market cap will look very different. I agree revenue is key—and that’s exactly where the lag in pricing is.

No worries- with how often it happens on the various penny stock communities I don't blame you, I try not to P&D anything. I am interested in squeeze plays if I like the setup/potential but this wasn't that. I swing trade BTC adjacent stocks and jump in on catalysts momentum trades. Normally if I'm in a biotech it's because I like the trend line for it. CABA, RVPH, and FEMY are my favorites rn pennywise and I have PSTV and DRTS but with exception of FEMY I keep those positions to 1-2%. Have some other higher biotechs like CRMD and ABT (I like ABT for its relatively steady growth and think the exact acquisition is a good move as exact also had acquired genomic health in 2019. oncotype dx and cologuard are regularly used at Cleveland clinic and I could see ABTs global presence speeding growth/usage of these once they get regulatory approvals through)
$MOBX and $PSTV are better bets.
I've been quiet as I have my whole Port leveraged into 3 PSTV, DFLI, and RVPH. Leaving me with nothing to play with. I'm feeling good about the future with these three. So I'm here everyday usually just scrolling and watching for possible future endeavors.
This and PSTV are my favorite stocks period. Have 20k in each and holding for the next 5 years. Hopefully my retirement!

PSTV GBM Phase 2 Trials will end this month and the results will be interesting to watch. Whichever radiation sourced used, the message here is novel radiotherapeutics works and its a win for Brian Cancer that has remained stagnated in survival rate for the past many decades.
They’re both early so it’s hard to directly compare without more data. I prefer the alpha radiation approach from DRTS, I think it will prove to be highly destructive to tumor cells without being impacted by the tumor’s micro environment and with no impact to surrounding healthy tissue. As an investor, taking the IDE pathway to approval versus the IND pathway is also a significant difference, although PSTV is well ahead in the development process for GBM…
PSTV has similar aproach as DRTS. The difference is the radiation source used Radium-224 vs Rhenium-186. Rhenium-186 has an advantage with its low dose Gamma Rays that can be used for imaging. I believed PSTV will be heading in similar direction as DRTS and its still below $1.
I already looked at PSTV before. Their product is a radiopharmaceutic to deliver radiations from the inside, for brain tumors. They are preparing phase 2 tests and phase 1 was fine. I work in the oncology field and decided not to invest in this company cause I sense it is risky.Glioblastoma is a difficult cancer to study, as patients generally have a very short life expectancy. The next phase of testing will involve evaluating a larger group to determine whether survival rates at 6 months and 1 year have improved and whether quality of life has also improved. The next step will be to compare whether this treatment is more effective than the chemotherapy and radiotherapy currently in use. Even if the results are good, there remains the problem of manufacturing and transporting the radioactive drug, and the need to isolate patients in radiation-proof rooms. I think that even if the tests are successful, the commercial potential is low. In short, it's a very risky investment for a penny stock biotech company. If you want to hold onto your shares, you should be aware that they are 2 to 3 years away from potential commercialization. My advice would be to take advantage of a rise in the share price to sell and look for a less risky ticker.

Hello you should have a look at PSTV.. It's actually a good stock. It's more of a long-term, but right now it's at its early stages. And it's been moving. You don't want a stock that's gonna move really fast. Because that shows is not stable. PSTV they're actually creating appeal that cure cancer in hard to reach areas look in to it. And do your DD I'm all in on this stock and it's been moving up steady at a slow pace, and that's what you want. Growth, but not anything fast like a pump and dump.

Now that we are on the verge of a breakout, would expect that the name gets plastered everywhere in this sub again but noooo... its really silent here. Probably something to do with the mods trying to remove everything said about PSTV as some point as the mere mention about it will get labeled as pumper... lol. Lets hope your submission sticks !

Of course it is. Small-cap Biotech is a complete gamble. If the stock market is a casino, Biotech is the nude russian roulette taking place in the fucking basement. It’s bang or bust. They will never be priced in relation to fwd expectations because of the significant amount of risk and uncertainty. OTLK, PSTV, CRMD, NBP, are all good examples. The market is loaded with these kind of bets. I think it’s fun, threw couple of thousands to either be pleasantly surprised, or expectedly disappointed.
