You can see through these forms how many shares they are creating per quarter end, and there is no obligation of disclosing future quarter stock based compensations.during the current one. For issuing new shares, not previously authorized, they usually do some kind of share offering. If you want to see examples you can see a lot of companies being diluted quickly by this in the biotech industry, and other highly capital intensive industries which need constant financing (QLGN comes to mind).

QLGN is moving, but I'm not sure it's related to anything squeezing, but looks like it's moving for other reasons. The short data is pretty low and Ortex is showing SI% went up some at the news highs. You can see the shares on loan went up during the price hike between $1.00-$1.4x. Look at the chart for past month on QLGN and look inside the white box and pink line. I completely understand that. I had to back off for a while because of the hit I took. It was gut wrenching. And then to be bullied for questioning the trend of fomo pups adds to the frustration. If I were you (and it’s just a recommendation, try to keep up with the fintel list of % interest stocks and take a small position in a handful. For instance, I got the list a couple weeks ago. AVCT, TRT, AHPI, VLON, OCUP, HCDI, QLGN all have high % interest. I took a small position in ALL of them. AVCT started to pump from my 1.54 average. Once it did I would add 50 shares (or whatever you can afford) as it climbs. You’ll have to find what a good buy in amount is for you. It can be 10 shares at a time, or 5. Just keep adding to each stock as they pump. You will notice volume increasing on your individual stocks. Add and sell accordingly. The ones that pump the most you’ll have to make a decision on when to cash out completely. And the gains from that (like AVCT) sell and add to the next one on the list. The next one on the list being whichever one you personally feel is gaining traction next by volume and popularity. And keep wheeling profits from these high short % list. It’s kinda like the wheel strategy with options. Except you are just day trading instead of risking option plays. Options can get you into trouble. Like me. I tried that strategy already. And lost. This has been the most effective strategy for me. So that I stop losing on every play. If you take a look TRT and VLON look to be ready to go next. And that is just my humble opinion. This isn’t a get rich quick strategy. It’s a don’t be poor and go belly up strategy.

my dumbass bought yesterday at 1.80 100 shares. then sold at 1.83 shortly thereafter because of a bad feeling. then this morning jumped back in at 3.11 for 100 shares. losing so much money on holding so many bad plays has me gun shy now. i was watching AVCT at 2.20 and was scared to jump in. right now i am approximately 13 grand down on about 6 stocks. some are huge money losers like SDC and PROG and QLGN

yeah, just don't buy LGVN, ISIG at $35..... or don't buy QLGN at 3$. Do some charting and you'll see historical top/bottom and the support and resistance levels for the stock. Analyzing ortex data, shitty posts on reddit with some additional due diligence could be a good way to back up your charting predictions. But executing orders based on reddit post/news blinding is pure gambling and on the long run the "house"/smart money alwas wins because they have the stats on their side.

Thanks man! I pretty much agree with you on all of this except the private placement. I think it’s of key significance strategically as it pertains to the greater outcome at large over the short term. With it being a private placement shares cannot be loaned out and then used to short the stock, bringing it down further as opposed to a public offering which typically will. This is how the rug pulls happen aka CEI and yet have you notice that there was no “rug pull” for LGVN? Sure the stock dropped when it diluted but it didn’t drop to $7 which is what many folks thought and are still expecting to happen. If it were a public offering this play would be dead in the water aka CEI, PROG, QLGN etc… There isn’t an options chain, shares from the private offering are unavailable, and brokers don’t have any available shares to lend (call them up and ask). The float even with the dilution is tiny so how can you short a stock that doesn’t have shares available to lend? The answer is fuckery and crime but that still is only going to lower their threshold of pain a little. Literally all we have to do is hold onto to what we have and accumulate more if possible and this thing pops big! In my opinion…

Absolutely. I’m going to tell you that sometimes you just have to cut your losses. I lost over 55% of my portfolio this week on BYSI. I yolo’d everything into it expecting FDA approval. It did not get approved and I had to sit there pre market and watch it go down 55%. I started to to DCA my way back but the price kept dropping so I just bailed. Not financial advice but I would just dump QLGN and go in on ARDX.

As unpopular of an opinion as this may be, a lot of plays on this sub have been good unless you were greedy. I have bags from QLGN and PROG but I was up over 100% for both at one point. I just got greedy and didn't sell.

To make money you got to jump in before everyone starts talking about the stock, do your own DD and find a list of companies that have a good potential for future growth, making a quick buck is enticing but ultimately leads to losses most of the time. PROG was good and still is but it’s a long term play, QLGN has potential and also XELA which has gone down quite a bit but is extremely undervalued compared to similar companies.

PROG, QLGN, and many small companies (especially bio sector) do offerings. They don't generate any real revenue, since they mainly do research and studies. Both burn thru cash annually
