(REAX) - Been crushing it this year with this little known real estate brokerage.
REAX. What are some thoughts on this one? Good time to buy for the long game?

Another real estate broker stock I like is Real Brokerage $REAX. Sleeper small cap with no debt, growing revenue past few years, advantageous agent retention/growth, etc..
If rate cuts continue, mortgage rates drop, housing gets cheaper, and/or some sort of government intervention for housing occurs (possible with trump in office) then $REAX is my biggest bet right now. Currently my second biggest position after $SOFI
$REAX "In the third quarter, revenue increased 53% to $568.5 million and Adjusted EBITDA2 grew 54% to $20.4 million, while operating losses narrowed compared to last year," said Ravi Jani, Chief Financial Officer. "We ended the quarter with a record $56 million of unrestricted cash and short term investments, even after deploying $15.5 million to share repurchases during the quarter. This financial strength gives us ample flexibility to invest in our platform, support ancillary expansion, and return capital to shareholders."
look into REAX, for every 97 calls there’s only 3 puts open, weird pump at close, real estate, hit key support , it’s like gotta do something
someone plz do DD on $REAX
A few things, it has net cash on its balance sheet with no debt, they have been beating every single one of their growth targets in a very difficult real estate market currently, once the Fed cuts rates and real estate starts flowing again REAX will do even better. More real estate agents are now going to REAX because they offer better commision splits versus the comptetion, also at the same time charging less fees for the buyer so its a win-win for everyone. Theyre pushing a lot of AI into the real estate game. To me its a worthwhile investment, its cheap right now so I can buy quite a lot of shares
My real estate bet is on REAX
agreed. no love for REAX?

Bought the dip for REAX on Friday. Plan is to swing it. Let's see where this heads to this week.
Real Brokerage REAX is good business model in this sector with high revenue growth even in this high interest rate environment
ABL got hit by a short report, which seems to be a nothing burger (management is acting accordingly). BNED is transitioning to a high margin recurring revenue business, but is not yet priced as such, in my opinion. CRMD is trading around 7-8x their guided earnings for next year, but growing at massive rates. CHE sold off yesterday on a Medicare issue, but it's a great company. NXT gets sold off as a residential solar play, but they do utility solar which is less sensitive. IBP is a builder and will benefit from lower rates. REAX is real estate, same rate play.
I've been in and out of REAX...missed that last dip in the $3.8 range
Been buying: BNED, ABL, and CRMD lately. High on the watchlist: CHE, REAX, NXT, IBP
I still stand by my 3 outcomes: 1) Powell cuts rates 2) Trump relaces Powell next spring and that chairperson cuts rates. 3) All of the above. So, anyone watching anything as a play on lower rates? REAX, JOE, and RKT are a few on my list. JOE probably has the least upside, but also the least downside.
$REAX The Real Brokerage Inc. (NASDAQ: REAX) ("Real" or the "Company"), a technology platform reshaping real estate for agents, home buyers, and sellers, announced today financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2024 Q4 2024 Financial Highlights Revenue rose to $350.6 million in the fourth quarter of 2024, an increase of 93% from $181.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2023. Keep adding to $PFE and looking for a 3 bagger on my $REAX 1/17 $5P. So basically burning cash for heat.
It's honestly weird how little attention REAX has been getting with its performance, probably not too late
52 wk highs reached today for: MELI (MercadoLibre, Inc. CLBT (Cellebrite DI, Ltd.) TSSI (TSS, Inc.) CLOV (Clover Health) RYCEY (Rolls-Royce Holdings) REAX (The Real Brokerage, Inc) PNG.V (Kraken Robotics, Inc.) ESOA (Energy Services of America Corporation)
REAX has been a sleeper on this sub and I can't figure out why

I absolutely guarantee if you try to buy the REAX Jan 2.50 calls for 2.70, you will not get filled. Currently there is a bid of 2.85 (offer 3.20) for over 100 contracts. You will not be able to buy these for 2.70 unless the stock drops. If you did you would be buying them under the bid but also .30 under parity, which would be a locked in profit.
Feeling like an idiot for only buying 4 calls with strikes in January for REAX, trying to decide if I should break my rule on DCAing up
Found a website that shows top-ranked performing stocks by 52 wk % change for US tickers. You can see a bunch on the list that have been mentioned on this subreddit: GCT, VRT, SMCI, IESC, CLS, APP, REAX. If anyone has a link to something similar that updates regularly, that would be fantastic.
Yall are missing out on REAX. Tried posting about it months ago but mods kept deleting my posts because my positions weren’t closed yet.
REAX up over 100% on the year. A much better deal than its sector competitors. The brokers I know who have joined their respective brokerages to the firm love it and think it’s going to the moon.
Real estate stocks are moving and have been hot recently: REAX and EXPI are two on my watchlist.
$REAX (The Real Brokerage) 52 wk high. Up 90% YTD
TORONTO & NEW YORK - January 22, 2024 - The Real Brokerage Inc. (NASDAQ: REAX), the fastest-growing, publicly traded real estate brokerage, today announced that the PREMIERE Group, one of the nation's largest and most successful mega teams, has joined the company. Founded as a new kind of brokerage by successful entrepreneur and technologist David Keener and ranked as the No.1 mega team in the U.S. at one of the nation's largest brokerage firms based on closed transactions in 2023, PREMIERE brings nearly $650 million in sales across 20 states since its founding in 2017.
REAX (Real Brokerage) - 65% YTD. Market cap at 480M. Up another 6%. A lot of real estate agents/teams must be switching to them the past couple months. Maybe pricing in a blowout Q4 earnings report in March?
Man, the run that REAX is going on...
REAX (The Real Brokerage) continuing it's hot streak from last week. One of the fastest growing public-traded real estate brokerages 52 wk high again today
REAX up 10% premarket...looks like it will set a new 52 wk high. Not sure why it's been so hot recently but I guess a combination of the possible rate cuts this year and agents switching to cloud-based brokerages that offer better commission.
REAX (The Real Brokerage) has been on fire the past month. Holding small position but looking to add more shares
NASDAQ: REAX - Real Brokerage Inc. Achieves Record Revenue and Positive Adjusted EBITDA in Q3 2023 Record revenue of $214.6 million in Q3 2023, a 92% increase year-over-year. Positive adjusted EBITDA of $3.5 million, a $3.0 million improvement from Q3 2022. Total agents on the platform increased to 12,175, an 81% year-over-year increase. The number of transactions closed in Q3 2023 grew 82% year-over-year to 20,397. Total value of completed real estate transactions grew 91% year-over-year to $8.1 billion.
Price per share means nothing. What are the market caps of EXPI and REAX? That will tell us the difference in value.
Make it 5 years and my answer is $REAX. They are a real estate brokerage with an automated back office, extremely low cost structure, and a very strong value proposition to real estate agents. Their low cost structure allows them to pay agents higher commission splits and offer other incentives (equity, referral income). Due to this, both agent growth and revenue have grown at a CAGR > 100%. They currently have ~0.4% market share and have a significantly better value proposition to agents than >95% of their competitors. I expect them to continue to compound their agent count and thus revenue at very high rates for a long time to come. I expect margins to improve as they scale and introduce higher margin segments (title, insurance, mortgage) into their revenue mix. See $EXPI historical margins to see how a similar brokerage model became profitable as they reached scale. For the real estate bears who will say that the real estate is heading off a cliff: I think you’re probably right. I just think in 5 years it won’t matter anymore.
We need a Joe Rogan surprised Usman fight face emoji. MODS, make it so. What to you think about The real brokerage? REAX
I’ve bought REAX at the dip. Up about 40% rn
REAX seems to be a nice long play.
MFLB / SOS / REAX Also like MTTR, recently dropped almost 50% in value. Doing well with the correction. Not a penny stock though, trading just under $7.
I am a real estate salesperson who has joined a relatively new company called Real Brokerage that is growing quickly in North America based on an innovative revenue sharing model. They are trading on the stock market (REAX) and their stock value is still quite low. They are offering stock as incentive for performance, and also offering to match 25-50% of any stock purchases I would make while part of the company, with the caveat that I have to stay with the company for 3 years before I can sell the stock. Their sales pitch was basically that I am joining on the "ground floor" before the company blows up, making the incentives much more valuable. Is it common for companies to offer stock purchase matching and stock as incentives for performance? Is there anything I should be asking about or wary of? Should I be buying extra stock in addition to the performance incentives, knowing that they match up to 50%? I'm new to stocks, so not really sure what to make of all this.
REAX - virtual real estate brokerage currently poaching tons of agents from established brokerages and riding the boom
REAX completely unfazed but anything that has happened this week.
REAX. It’s going to be the next expi
