Are people sleeping on RMSL? Sorry pun intended. It now has FDA approval and Patent approved. Raw Silicone material for deltawave samples was delivered last month to the factory. Go to market strategy should be underway. The quarterly report is coming out any day. It seems like all the pieces are finally aligned, but the stock has been sliding for months. Will they announce any distributors lined up? Will they need more capital to fulfill orders? Any thoughts anyone?
RMSL still has my heart.. and my wallet! The hype train was legit for this company a couple years ago but the constant delay in FDA approval sucked the life out of it. Thankfully, their approval was granted by the FDA a month ago and has lost value after one decent surge. It doesn’t make much sense to me why the drop happened but I’m in it for the long haul at this point. They have interest from distributors now so that has to be a good thing (so I think).
I’ve been waiting for approval news to come out for almost 3 years. They finally get approved and there are no wide spread news releases?! The company is responsible for doing this. I tried to rationalize it considering the holiday. But that theory is out the window. So are they purposefully not putting anything out? There is little trading volume, but apparently Citadel bought a bunch of shares on Friday. That has to be a good look. RMSL has the potential of being a multi billion dollar company. This all seems very curious to me.

RMSL seems like a dud. Their website states the team has a collective 30 years of experience, but the company was founded in 2007 So that's like having the equivalent of 2 people in the company who have experience in CPAP therapy And their flagship product, a CPAP nasal pillow mask, is already a really common design in the market

HUMA. Growing blood vessels for off the shelf use. Waiting for FDA approval in August. They did send a bunch to Ukraine for trauma victims in the war, which has been very successful. This will be a game changer for Vascular and Thoracic surgeons. Senators buying in and Medicare giving them billing codes. That’s enough for me to think this is going to be approved. Do your own research as always. Also RMSL just got FDA approved for a revolutionary CPAP mask. Owner is looking to be bought out by a large company.

Almost impossible to tell. IMO it all depends on the outstanding shares. Some of these penny stock companies have 20 billion os. It’s one of the first things I look at for penny stocks- how many shares are out there. The more shares the less each share is worth. I was invested in a company CTIC. Bought it well below $1 per. It was FDA approved and then later was bought by a larger company for $9 per share! I’m currently riding out RMSL. They will hear if they are approved within the next week-ish. 🤞

With OTC/penny stocks, it’s essentially gambling. No way to know. My strategy is usually to find something tangible. A real product with real purpose. Something that solves a legit problem in a needed market. I stay away from big promises and CEOs that tweets fairy tales to investors to build fake hype. RMSL is a good example of a real product in a needed market with a quiet CEO (FDA 510k acceptance expected end of June). DPLS is an example of something I would stay far away from. It’s all gambling, but sometimes the odds are better with some than others, just do your DD and be prepared to lose.
RMSL is the correct ticket. I’d assume that is the reason it’s been moving, but the news also isn’t wide spread yet. I wish I knew what it was going up to if it gets approved, I don’t know of any comps.
$RMSL. Philips sleep masks infected a bunch of people through faulty merchandising. Just days before this company was due to being approved by the FDA.. They had the rug pulled on their approval as the FDA changed their rules on adapting sleep apnea machines. Sending RMSL down a rabbit hole. A .02¢ stock, that should’ve been worth .40¢ upon approval… 4 years later is a .01¢ stock STILL waiting on FDA approval because the FDA changes the rules EVERY SINGLE TIME this company files their updated documents. Lol 😂 Last time? The FDA denied them because they wanted to know the time expiration on their product packaging. Yeah… how long can your products packaging stay on the shelf. The FDA denied the application because they wanted to know how long the shelf life was of the sheep apnea machine. I refuse to sell. Lol. Might be the longest FDA application approval in history of a sleep apnea machine. But they will be approved. Eventually s as long as the FDA doesn’t change the rules again. In the next 2 months.
RMSL is a,great pick. But, check out AABB, over 1B in gold to be mined. State of the art processing facility. 1 4m in 1Q revs. I also like SPZI
Good DD. Check out RemSleep Holdings (RMSL). Currently preparing to resubmit their 510k for a cpap mask shown to be better than what’s currently on the market. Multiple patents. Next gen masks in the pipeline. Massive market that desperately needs improving. $15m market cap, currently trading around a penny and founder has claimed their goal is a buyout. Plenty of DD out there if you take some time to look.

The filing moved to Substantive review in the 510k process back in early November 2023. Their 510k number is K233415. The founder has been working on distribution relationships during this time so once approval is received they can get to moving the masks. The mask has passed all necessary tests, and uses no unique materials, so the FDA review should be mainly procedural. The patented design is what sets it apart. The founder use to send sample masks to investors a while back, and the feedback was extremely positive. They would share their sleep stats before and after using the DeltaWave mask to prove their sleep improvement. The founder is old and has also said his goal is a buyout, so Resmed could be a buyer in the future if RMSL can steal enough market share.
Very interesting. I actually am a skinny 25 year old male who just got diagnosed with sleep apnea and hate my CPAP. Seems like a great alternative - resmed has such a stranglehold on the industry and RMSL will have its marketing work cut out for them. Actually may by a few thousand shares just because.

RMSL. REMSleep Holding. They make and sell sleep apnea machines and masks. Just this week they got news they were being uplifted to the OTCQB market, date when that actually happens should be today or early next week. They have no debt and they have audited financials for around the past decade, are building a new factory, and currently have sales . They also have over $10 million cash available. The management team has a long history in the sleep apnea market. Management has said they would accept a buyout and have history with doing so in other businesses. The main thing people are waiting for is FDA approval of their new mask. The new mask has a lot higher air rate than other masks, and is looking for approval for being the only mask certified for the treatment of both COPD and congestive heart failure. They also have some other apnea machines and different masks in the pipeline. Plans are once they get FDA approval to do spend the money on marketing campaign. Current price is in the US$0.034 range. It did get up to near $0.043 a few months ago when the FDA was suppose to release their approval/disapproval. Instead the FDA said they were going to be one of the first companies to go through a new process and have required some new tests. This dropped the stock price and it has being crawling back up. Will probably sit in the $0.04-$0.05 range until the FDA approval. I got in when it at $0.013 and if the FDA approval will shoot up to around $0.1 and with even getting just a small percent of the mask sales would be in the $0.2 to $0.3
