Only SANA I care about is in TWICE.
Everything takes time, they will have 0 trouble finding patients. Not many people want to risk dying from immunosuppression In Vertex's approach to avoid insulin injections. Type 1 diabetics would pay to be in $SANA's trial
Yea, it's pre revenue, like almost every promosing biotech. I laid out the value proposition in the post. For those that are forward looking, the value proposition is clear. TSLA was also once an unprofitable laughing stock. One should also realize that $SANA has immediate intrinsic value as a possible acquisition target. I'm sure Vertex or Lilly would happily get in a bidding war to acquire them.
Yeah, $SANA is a real company filled with smart people doing interesting science but that doesn't mean they'll ever make a damn dollar
I laid out the numbers based on statistics, argue with the statistics if you don't like them. The point is the company is worth many multiples higher than the current market cap. This is pretty difficult technology, it's not like creating a car, it's something that very few people know how to do. Sana has a massive defensible lead over competition. No amount of capital can speed competition up, biology experiments take a long time by nature. Simply coming up with an alternative successful immune evasive strategy is not easy or likely. You have to make new discoveries and deal with unknown biology. Could take well over a decade. That $SANA has a immune evasive strategy that is tested to work long term is remarkable and very unique.
SANA is at least 10 years away from any marketable product that will generate revenue for DM2. They haven’t even started Phase 1 trials for their DM2 treatment. Don’t you honestly want to hold a stock for 10 years watching the price range from .01 to $5 for those 10 years? Yeah, if you get in now and hold you could have a big payoff in 10 years but this is not a get gains quick stock right now.
I am hopeful for SANA too and own shares, but the caveats are that they have only presented one patient worth of data! That too, from an IIT and not a formal clinical trial. They need more data and more patients! The IIT is being conducted in Europe. They may have trouble finding patients there because insurance and nationalized healthcare covers insulin and such. Vertex, with a clearly inferior product (requires long term immune suppression and is injected into portal vein, depositing cells into liver), was able to get 12 patients worth of data and about 10 times as much press and attention! If Sana can’t recruit patients and show more data, they will falter and fail! Operational execution is key!
So, I have some SANA but I most certainly am not going to bet the farm on this. My reasons for buying in a small list and not the wall of text I doubt anyone in this thread has the attention span to read. Any stocks tied to diabetes are hot right now and fluctuate. The research is interesting and will cause small spikes as news breaks. The stock has return potential if you buy low and monitor it then get out. Reasons I will sell as soon as I get a decent return. Solving diabetes means no recurring prescription driving revenue Other diabetes treatments are also proving to help with weight loss not necessarily with people who have diabetes. This company won't have that.
Holy fuck thank you to the regard that mentioned $SANA in here yesterday that shit is mooning
$SANA, type 1 diabetes cure, also makes immunosuppression obsolete to unlock other cures, stupidly undervalued stock at $700M market cap, perfect bullish technical pattern, super high short interest. What more do you need? If ever a stock were to explode upwards.. .
Adios $SANA shorts. Damn gay bers
SANA has been serving me well recently
$SANA shorts are in big 💩
$SANA T1 Diabetes cure might truly be possible for all you calorie collector and sofa slayers breathing hard reading this comment rejoice. On June 23, 2025, Sana reported that in a first in human Type 1 diabetes trial, pancreatic islet cells engineered with its Hypoimmune (HIP) platform survived and produced insulin for six months without immunosuppression MRI scans and sustained C peptide levels during mixed meal tolerance tests confirmed these cells remain alive and functional Analysts noted this is likely the first allogeneic islet cell transplant without immune suppression in an immune competent patient a potential game changer H.C. Wainwright maintained a Buy rating with an $11 price target, citing the 6-month data and upcoming follow-ups Citizens JMP also reiterated a Market Outperform rating and $5 target, praising the confirmatory nature of the results and noting Sana's healthy cash reserves (~$105 M) to support ongoing R&D Not only that the application they used may be used for other type of treatments for other drugs. https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2025/06/23/3103540/0/en/Sana-Biotechnology-Announces-Positive-Six-Month-Clinical-Results-from-Type-1-Diabetes-Study-of-Islet-Cell-Transplantation-Without-Immunosuppression.html

Same as always, $SANA.
1. If you are going solely off of the last short interest report (5/30/2025), you will always be behind the moves. That data is already a week old by the time the report is released and shorts could have already covered a substantial portion of their positions. 2. If you track daily Short Volume, OHLC Prices and Market Volume, you would see shorts have been covering, driving the price up from $2.11 (Low on 5/30/2025) to as high as $3.08 (High on 6/10/2025) and significantly reducing the short interest percentage. (see image below). When tracking short interest, volume, prices, etc... You have to take the Short Interest report (looks backwards) and calculate forwards to the date of your analysis (starting with the date the report was released) to determine where the current short interest likely stands (i.e. did it increase or decrease?) Justsitting in my $SANA shares up over 40%, waiting for the 20x
I'd say i've done a bit more than try at this point. Already up nearly 40%. But haters gonna hate, skeptics gonna skeptic, and undeducated going to be ignorant (99.9% don't understand what the hell $SANA does). Can't fight their data though.
$SANA breaking out, could 4x next week. Upcoming conference update June 4 (conference update on Jan 10, 2024 was a catalyst for massive spike from $5-10). Stock went from $3.5 to $5 in weeks leading up to that conference. Similarly $SANA stock is currently creeping up in anticipation(someone knows something). 6 month data on first human to receive SANA immune evasive cells is due in June (patient recieved cells Dec. 2, 2024). No idea what regard I'm talking to this late at night, but I'm handing someone gold. $SANA's current market cap of $500 mil makes zero sense given what they've accomplished (basically proving their tech makes immunosuppressants obsolete and unlicks previously impossible cures, type 1 diabetes to start). Possibly one of the most undervalued companies in the market right now.
Ooh SANA. You following them?
whatever money you want to 10X, just put it in $SANA. It really is that simple. type 1 diabetes cure is worth way more than 10x their current market cap of $500 million, hell, more than 50X.
Is $SANA a Wendy's? Because it just keeps printing tendies
Not always the top. I look at a few metrics and basically hold for 24-48 hours depending. My goal is to profit, no matter the gain, but I am trying for $100 per trade. Made $100 off XAGE and MLGO each last week. Made $25 today on SANA. Will move the money into a new squeeze today and likely pull tomorrow when I see enough profit. I’m a moron. Please don’t use my deranged process as some sort of financial advice. I work with data all day at work. Low stakes day trading helps the day go by
$SANA $2 strike expiring in June. or if you really want to YOLO, $2.5 strike. ULTRA YOLO, $3 strike.
A lot of biotech companies recognize the potential of immune evasive cells. They seem to be shifting over to using those. SANA is leading the way, they're the first to have implanted them in a human and are the closest to developing a therapy using them. Remarkable milestone really.
$SANA 70% of the float is shorted. This thing might moon very soon whoever is buying.
$SANA it’s time to cure type 1 diabetes and make money while we’re at it
something is up with $SANA today. spidey senses tingling
SANA will be releasing 6 month human data. do with that what you will.
Yes, i did buy the $SANA bottom bigly
$SANA who are releasing a possibly cure for type diabetes is peaking everyone’s interest, along with Trump admin looking to bring drug prices back in US, big squeeze potential here.
Ban this guy for his shitty SANA DD
$SANA Jefferies has adjusted their stance on Sana Biotechnology setting the rating to Buy with a target price of $7 on 3/14/25 recent 10% jump. The pattern for $SANA— 6.2% price rise (Feb 25 - Mar 11) with 55-60%+ short volume on 6 of 10 days, 41.99M short interest (31.69% float), 17.61 days to cover, and 64.94% off-exchange shorting—points to a squeezie gaining traction. The 9.1% jumps (Mar 4, Mar 11) with high short volume, alongside 8.28M shares covered since Jan, suggest covering and buying momentum, likely driven by SC451 Phase I hype. A catalyst (Q1 2025 data) could propel $2.75 to $5-$8 (80-190%) as the 41.99M shorts cover, especially with a constrained float. Im very bullish on SANA. Been waiting patiently for the news so it flies again. People dont realize how huge this could be.
None. I’m up $10 I fucked up on SANA and it’s been a Marathon to make it all back. I’m exhausted. If you’d have asked me last week, different story.
This isn’t true at all, and shows you don’t know what you are doing and should probably do more research on investing before committing any sun of money you aren’t okay with losing. Nothing to short? There’s a massive QC bubble I could list 10 tickers that are free shorts. No longs? REITs as an entire sector has dozens of opportunities. If you think most tech is overvalued you still have ASML and maybe AMAT. Lots of companies like NKE EL INTC ADBE worth looking into (I didn’t say buy I said worth looking into) more speculative but higher upside: GRAB, GRAL, SANA, ABEV just to make a few.
https://preview.redd.it/xqov6j8mutie1.png?width=1288&format=png&auto=webp&s=18a202afc179b60770f39520d9a26f9c91d8176d I'm a little SANA piggy. 🐷 Just sitting here holding my SANA calls and shares, waiting for the news that the first patient to receive hypoimmune islet cells is doing just fine and the hypoimmune cells are alive and well, not rejected.
if you want speculative gambles (i have six-figure position in all three) - ASTS, direct to cellular successful demo of video call in Europe 2 days ago - SANA, extremely early promising data on Type 1 diabetes cure - BDTX, phase ii data coming out Q2 2025 - RKLB, partially reusable Neutron rocket 2025 on extreme dips, HIMS/RDDT/PLTR are always a buy (i’m planning on holding forever)
$SANA cured type 1 diabetes - this is free money (probably)
SANA also good - literally cured type 1 diabetes
SANA
How do you guys feel about $SANA? Super cheap $5 call options right now...
Short interest now at 40% is insanely stupid given the value of SANA tech.
SANA's [hypoimmune technology already proved viable in human trials](https://beyondspx.com/article/sana-biotechnology-inc-nasdaq-sana-a-promising-biotech-poised-for-transformative-advancements). Their pipeline looking thicc with three FDA-cleared programs - ARDENT, GLEAM, and VIVID. Cash position solid af - $311M in the bank. Just raised another $180M in February. Not going bankrupt anytime soon. That 42% short interest tho. Holy mother of squeezes. One good trial result and shorts are absolutely fucked. [They're focusing hard on type 1 diabetes and autoimmune now](https://finance.yahoo.com/news/sana-biotechnology-inc-sana-hottest-125924367.html). Smart move. Dropped some oncology programs to extend runway into 2026. Management knows what they're doing. This isn't some penny stock biotech gambling on one drug. Multiple shots on goal. Real science. Real potential. Shorts gonna learn.
Oh man, I’m sorry to hear that—Type 1 is definitely a lot to deal with. I really commend you for investing your hard-earned money into something that’s working to make a difference and find a cure. All I wanted to get across is that as a stock, $SANA is priced at a premium considering how far they still have to go to bring their solutions to market. That’s not to say they won’t succeed, but the time horizon is pretty long, and they face some competition along the way. IMO, this isn’t a home run right now, but if your goal is to support the cause, I’m all for it. Just temper expectations about making money on it in the near future—it could pay off down the road if they’re the winner.
$SANA cured type 1 diabetes and king of bergers Martin Shkreli himself is saying to buy it… pretty sure it’s a 150x on good news with just stock
y'all can lose money fighting about whether or not ai stocks are overvalued. I'm just going to sit in my corner and keep increasing my ridiculously undervalued SANA position.
damn, $3.5M volume last 4min for SANA
big money bidding up SANA end of day

do i invest in undervalued SANA or overvalued NVDA/AMD. hmmm....
not too late to join the SANA train.... or you can just keep burning money on NVDA calls.
Its the perfect time to be a biotech autist. Ive bought calls for HUMA IOVA SANA MRNA
Yes, currently straddling the SANA dude.
Anyone following the $SANA dude
# Sana Biotechnology Inc (SANA) is a strong buy
How do you guys feel about $SANA calls
What're your guys' thoughts on $SANA? Potential boom?
Yeah for real, ok great recursion does AI drug discovery and in ten years we will know if their drugs work out in clinical trials or not but 95% of drugs don’t so I’m not planning on holding bags for that long. This dude would have been all in on SANA in 2020.
Smaller biotech, specifically “tech bio” look into SDGR, RXRX, SANA etc. this is really the only answer right now
put 100% of that into selling $2.50 puts on SANA.
Picking up SANA on the discount this morning hopefully
I'd argue they are very common, its more of the actual % you get out of it that's the issue. It would targeting high volatility stocks where the market is assuming a specific direction. Even in the example above (I saw last week) that only requires a $1040 investment for $90, which is 8% which over time (especially if you reinvest gains) would be significant. Just from basic research here are some stocks (from today this could work on) \-SANA (10$ strike, $30 guaranteed, \~1000$ needed) \-BBAI (5$ strike, $40 guaranteed, \~500$ needed) If a reinvestment strategy was used and a 3-4% return on average (per week) was assumed that adds up QUICK and better than any bank by a longshot
$SANA. Was overhyped and overpriced at IPO, sich just means that they have lots of cash laying around compared to their market value. Their science is amazing and whenever they dip below 4.50 I load up a bit more.
They are crushing it and are relatively safe. Small caps have so much more risk and less reputable boards have a lot of spam pumpers. With that said, I do think the market “bottomed” from highs last November. Interest hikes are prices in. There are a lot of exciting under 1 b companies that ipo’d high, have cool tech, and a long runway. I like cell and gene therapy companies like CRBU and SANA. There is lose everything or 10x in a decade potential there
SANA and CRBU... small cap bio-techs took too much of a beating after getting healthy IPOs, and are now set with strong balance sheets to rock
General comments on the opportunities that are being presented to us, (non spac so forgive): I have a plan to buy: $SNOw at $80 $PANW at $362 $SANA at $3.80 And FTX/alameda FTT USD token now. What are y’all buying?
