This stock and SPRC have an insider trading problem and a short attack problem. The last few days there have been sudden buying without much regard to price of about 5k to 10k shares, so it will be any day now.
Excellent as always Jimmi, SPRC looking like the next contender? I was up £22 on SNOA and held waiting for a bigger spike, it's been dwindling down for a while. I've been DCAing but have now stopped. Hopefully it pops off at some point, I'm gonna hold for now

SPRC could be big. I don't love Israeli stocks - but this one's been beaten down pre Israeli court approval. It's a reverse merger so AutoMax TASE shares extinguish and they just get 99.99% of the SPRC share totals. This will put the SPRC share count around 3.5m post merger - and they acquire a company with $110m USD in 2024 revenue. 1% net loss. So lower PS most likely, but even .25x sales puts them around 28m market cap and $7/share. Current price is $2.23

Man I got to greedy with $SPRC I was observing the pre-market volume and set a highest price to buy in at open. The price was reasonable so I figured it had some more to give. I set a sell price at 1,25 beforehand but hesitated to long to push the button because it was really pumping there for a while, FOMO hit me big-time and boom down we went. Didn't loose anything but totally blew it. Lesson learned = STICK TO THE PLAN!

You must distinguish between book value and market cap. Two completely different things. And both Areb and Sprc went up after acqusition. SPRC was at 0.65.
It's a bit like SPRC. Everyone knew that se was going to buy another company and that they were going to complete the deal soon but despite that the price of the stock went down and one day it was down to 0.6 but the day the deal closed the price went up over a dollar.
