SPRC is an israeli scam stock. They will run down to pennies then dilute. The share overhang will literally, and I mean 100% literally cause the outstanding to increase by 1000%. Every time it runs 50% it gets sold off to -75%. Seriously. Every fucking time. Now they are nearing the bottom and need you clowns to buy and finish it off so they can reverse split and do it again.

This stock and SPRC have an insider trading problem and a short attack problem. The last few days there have been sudden buying without much regard to price of about 5k to 10k shares, so it will be any day now.

SPRC could be big. I don't love Israeli stocks - but this one's been beaten down pre Israeli court approval. It's a reverse merger so AutoMax TASE shares extinguish and they just get 99.99% of the SPRC share totals. This will put the SPRC share count around 3.5m post merger - and they acquire a company with $110m USD in 2024 revenue. 1% net loss. So lower PS most likely, but even .25x sales puts them around 28m market cap and $7/share. Current price is $2.23

Man I got to greedy with $SPRC I was observing the pre-market volume and set a highest price to buy in at open. The price was reasonable so I figured it had some more to give. I set a sell price at 1,25 beforehand but hesitated to long to push the button because it was really pumping there for a while, FOMO hit me big-time and boom down we went. Didn't loose anything but totally blew it. Lesson learned = STICK TO THE PLAN!
