DNA founder was a long-time investor into SRAX. Once SRAX was failed and on the brink they stepped in to try and save it. It's irrelevant to this transaction. DNA X have exchanged their platform in return for shares in SONM with a put option. SONM mgmt would not have agreed to that put option unless they had good reason to believe they're going to hit the 600 million in transactions and/or 1 million/day in revenue

I’m not sure if this could be relevant, but take a look some previous deals between DNA Holdings and SRAX: a purchase agreement in Feb 2023, and a merger agreement in May 2024. The purchase agreement at least, shows some similarities with this most recent acquisition by SONM.

Fellow autists, there is a company called SRAX that had one part of their business really take off - next gen investor relations. The problem is boomers look at this company like a traditional company and look at EPS and their old business like that they spun off - but us autists know that a SAAS company should be valued on ARR growth, and this baby has been growing each quarter. Can someone smart please review FPVD? NASDAQ listed company called SRAX took one of its verticals BigToken public via reverse merger with a defunct company. Bigtoken is an app where users can answer survey questions and sell their data to earn money. Bigtoken has some big consumer packaged goods clients including Proctor & Gamble, Kraft, and others I can't think of off the top of my head. 100% customer retention to date. Biggest issue is the shit share structure but there's all these rumors about them issuing a crypto token (BigTOKEN), but not sure if that's true or if I'm just drinking too much of the kool aid
So SRAX's product is based on investor/stock market tracking. TWOH makes a grocery delivery app (for 1 city), a co-parenting app, and a text message securing app. That's about as much information in finding on these companies. If there is a deal in the works between these companies, I'm assuming it's for the text messaging encryption part or for app development services potentially. This is pretty interesting. Anyone else got any information or use any of these apps?

Yeah... me too haha. The share structure is very very weird, so I’m not betting the farm on it, but the team seems solid. I like that the CEO does webinars, and I appreciate the weekly emails about data privacy, etc. The app is functional and people are getting paid out of it. The parent company SRAX is solid. It has so much more going for it than other pennies. I’d like to hope this ends well for us.

Oh, I am not saying I disagree, I think 95% of the value was transferred to SRAX. Just saying that FPVD cash flow prior to this is not relevant. Disappointed in the structure of the reverse merger myself, but can't say it was unexpected.
SRAX is a different story, also there was a reverse merger between FPVD and Bigtoken last month that resulted in most of FPVD's share value being transferred to SRAX (Bigtoken's parent company). In other words the little value that FPVD had is gone. Seriously look into this.
FPVD cash flow is irrelevant. Bigtoken spinoff from SRAX is all that matters.

SRAX also has some product(s) around analytic investor data, though not too sure what it really does in depth. Might be worth checking out or researching.
Check out $FPVD it broke .10 yesterday but it dipped right back down. Great time to buy. It’s owned by $SRAX and is a data company. Recently did a reverse merger with BIGtoken in order to make BIGtoken a publicly traded company. Definitely worth checking out. They also recently posted their 8k to SEC and own 90% of the common shares. Do some DD on them as I’m not a financial advisor
