Hemp seed and fabric is the best in every category it’s in. Bio fuel, food, fabric strength and durability. The plant sells itself. Will also cut the cartel’s revenue on there trash brick weed. I'm active on Twitter, SA and different boards. I have left comments on a number of different biotech's over the years, including TCRT (which I called an utter bioturd saying it would fail) and SGMO (said will be toast if the haemophilia therapy isn't approved). Also, what placebo claim? As for the crossover, when a trial is testing the efficacy of a new treatment, it's unknown if it may show a benefit or not. So, a crossover should be avoided since it can prevent an accurate evaluation of the (survival) results [When is crossover desirable in cancer drug trials and when is it problematic? - Annals of Oncology](https://www.annalsofoncology.org/article/S0923-7534(19)34568-5/fulltext) Because 90% of control (placebo) patients crossed over to the experimental treatment, survival couldn't be reliably analysed, which was the admission of the authors themselves! Moving to OS, as said (look at the data), those given a placebo lived longer. The fact that however many signed it doesn't mean much. Finally, I disagree with the authors that PFS is not an adequate endpoint for immunotherapy trials. But if it was, NWBO shouldn't have chosen it as the primary.
Why TCRT? I don't see any good news about them recently. Just that they cut 60% of their staff in mid-August and are seeking partnerships for their Neo-antigen T-Cell Receptor platform. Have they found such a partnership? I mean, beyond the fact that they are down around their all-time low and so seem to have the potential to go up rather than further down, is there any reason to buy in?

TCRT outperformed XBI over the last few months. Today's action had nothing to do with a biotech blowout. Sleeping Beauty is working just fine and as previously mentioned, there will be room for multiple winners. One company won't solve cancer alone. We'll know more on the 30th.

What a better way to make money and support a company helping to save cancer patients who have ran out of choices (failed first-line therapies). Fun fact: $TCRT has a brain cancer (glioblastoma) drug for adults and children that improved survival (mOS) by over a year but didn't have funds to more forward. Ask yourself what that means to those families and patients. Further, this was the first generation version with room for improvement.

I’m up more than this on TCRT. It’s a great story and is only going to improve now that it’s getting broader exposure. People only looking at the trading history without understanding the story are missing the boat.

There’s already public/social media posts that state (according to the family) the tumor in patient 2 was decreased by 27% within 8 days of the initial treatment (ie decreased compared to the scan before TCRT treatment started)
The bigger picture here is their technology is non-viral using Sleeping Beauty which costs a fraction when compared to viral delivery meaning it will be easier for insurance companies to pay up for it. They have worked with Dr. Rosenberg at the NCI who has worked his entire life to cure cancer. He believes using cancer's own mutations will be the key to bringing it down. $TCRT will play a huge part in that. Will it cure cancer 100% in the first generation, maybe not, but 80% is huge for patients who don't have other options. $TCRT has been beaten down and as you all know, it is difficult for small companies to raise funding necessary to continue trials. They have a brain cancer drug that extended life by a little over a year. Sucks for patients they didn't have money to continue funding that. This same therapy was in trials for children with brain cancer too. Everyone loses. Shorting stocks is all fine and dandy but subjugating companies that are working to save lives is unethical as we all have likely been impacted by cancer somehow. Crazy part it even those shorts have likely faced similar deaths in family due to cancer.

$TCRT made a press announcement the other day that their first human tests for T Cell Response Therapy, a method of training a culture of harvested T Cells to recognise cancerous cells as a foreign body to trigger immunoresponse, had been successful, with a full talk to be held on the 30th of September. Stock price is at the highest it's been in a long time (>52 weeks), but could potentially be a major money maker in the biotech field down the line. People love handing over funds to beat cancer, so I believe that, if this therapy is as effective as they claim, some good returns could be made. Bear in mind that biotech is a long term gamble. Position: 92 shares @ $3.20 per.
I’ll add that you don’t look at fundamentals in the biotech space. You look for data that can lead to a big pharmaceutical buyout, which is exactly what will happen to $TCRT.

TCRT. So this is stock in Alaunos Theraputics. And the spike in stock price from 50 cents to almost $4 is due to positive reports of breakthroughs in their research. The research itself is fascinating. They've apparently made great strides in combating colon cancer through TCR-T cell therapy. The last time this stock spiked this fast was back in 2015 when it shot past $10 from being steady at $3. Already, anyone who purchased shares in May for close to $.50 is looking at a major return on their investment. Might be worth holding a bit.
Still funny that somehow hedge funds find it a good idea to short a company who is trying to solve serious health issues, trying to bankrupt them to gain profit for an extra penthouse. If you are planning to hold; safest bet is to sell at least half so you get your original investment back plus 50% gain. Then look for another play for that 50 or however you like; while you wait for those results with the 50k in TCRT. Just a opinion; Goodluck trading.
