TNYA has two late-breaking presentations over the weekend at the American Heart Association, one with key interim data from their MYPEAK study and the other about a preclinical study further up their pipeline. Both abstract titles looked very positive so I’ve loaded up another 5k shares, excited to see what they’ve got to show. Assuming data is good, we’ve got a solid reversal back to $2 coming.

I’m all in on TNYA. Huge upside potential in this growing market and they are ahead of the game. It’s the future in general therapy for heart disease- the leading cause of death, and could also help with all the vaxx damaged hearts that we have now thanks to Covid shots.

TNYA is very speculative with everything still in trials and them currently not having anything in the market. The potential upside once one clears or makes it past the next phase of testing. RVPH should be getting news on their product this quarter.

TNYA's broken through 0.6, has had a really nice week. We've got clinical results due 2H2025, and previous data has already been solid - with institutional investors continuing to accumulate. David Goeddel himself bought up half the public offering back in March so buyout could be in the cards.

ehhh it's always been like that, need to filter through the bots and pnd stocks to find picks. When the chat was around people were able to discuss tickers in real time though. been trying to tell people about PDSB (20% up since first mentioned but can probably run another 60%) and TNYA (grossly oversold imo) - these are biotechs/pharma so just be careful and only invest if you genuinely believe in the company, that is unless you're looking for a quick buck I suppose.

Pleasantly surprised how little the overall market today has affected my biotech picks. TNYA dipped 6% but is steadily climbing back up, meanwhile PDSB is up 8% since open.
Sold my OMEX for a nice healthy 1.44, having bought in at 0.64. Think the hype will settle down a bit over the weekend, especially given the 1:8 RS vote being announced (although imo they shouldn't need to, probably a safety net for if the stock dumps) - might buy back in on Monday if the price is right. Sitting on 20k TNYA shares and 13k PDSB (with an order for another 10k). TNYA I was burnt a bit following the drop after positive results during the December call, but at this price I'm more than happy to buy in given their solid pipeline. PDSB is a bit of a gamble but they've got a laundry list of important dates coming up (https://stocktwits.com/dvice2/message/612522015), especially their 3 abstract presentations at ASCO. With some volume I do think this could make big moves.
Happy to see OMEX getting back to where it should be (3-5 minimum), have been mentioning this since Jan. Continuing to hold. Closed my RVSN position at -25% yesterday following the dilution news, will keep an eye on it though if it hits low-mid 0.3. Tried to catch CDIO on the way up but ended up buying at the top 🤦🏾 seeing if this goes anywhere. On the topic of biotech/pharm, I’m planning on picking up some more TNYA and opening a position in PDSB (20k and ~13k shares respectively).

Currently holding around 61k RVSN at 0.53, 10k OMEX at 0.64 and a bit of KULR and TNYA. Will be interesting to see OMEX price action this week, having bought in (and mentioned it on this sub) back in Jan. Holding until at least $2. RVSN is also creeping back up, some excellent DD on the relevant sub - their products are literally on Knorr-Bremse’s digital solutions product page. Made the monumental mistake of not selling during the January pump which means I couldn’t claim to have spun 10k into 150 in two months but I’m still incredibly bullish on this. KULR I’m letting it sit and do whatever, got some bills to pay this week anyways so I might just cut my losses and exit my position fully. TNYA I want to accumulate more, preferably around 50c or less. H2 2025 should be big for them.

My understanding is that KROS is not developing AAV based therapies so it is not at at all similar to TNYA

Safety data from Cohort 1 were reviewed by an independent Data and Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB), showing a safety and tolerability profile consistent with other AAV gene therapies at this dose. Accordingly, the DSMB recommended that Tenaya proceed with dose escalation to the 6E13 vg/kg dose (Cohort 2), per protocol. Enrollment of Cohort 2 is underway.

$TNYA: conference call tomorrow on their clinical trial results. 25% short interest, 70% owned by institutions. Has two great products and think it will finally catch its first profitable quarter in 2025. Pharma stock though so be safe!
KROS stopped the trial because of adverse reactions. Fluid was building up around the hearts of trial patients. TNYA hasn’t had anything like this happen. They would have already pulled the plug if anything had happened to trial patients.

Some have been speculating that it could be from the news $KROS dropped this morning and could have spooked an institution that is holding $TNYA, but just something to make notice of. I’m still zen, just waiting on news
Could be from the news coming from $KROS, where they had to halt their dosing in their trial which is somewhat similar to what $TNYA is developing. I don’t know if that was it but could have spooked an institution that was holding it but I’m not too worried, all depends on their news release
