I have my eyes on Tenaya Therapeutics (TNYA). Saw it on a different reddit post but my broker has the upside at 1000% coming 12 months and yahoo finance around 500%. Its crazy and deff risky but might be worth throwing some money at after some more research
TNYA — Tenaya Therapeutics Clinical-stage gene therapy company targeting genetic heart disease. Two Phase 1b/2 trials running simultaneously. Interim data from both programs presented at major cardiology conferences in 2026. TN-201 (MYBPC3+ HCM) showed LVMI reduction in all 6 evaluable patients with 2-year durability confirmed. TN-401 (PKP2+ ARVC) showed 100% response rate with average 60-67% PVC reduction across both cohorts.
The frustration here is that analysts have had crazy price targets for years. Yet stock does nothing but go down on good news. I’ve learnt the hard way that you need to be super careful with bio targets. For example, ATAI….last FALL the average price target was $12-16. It’s now June and it can’t even hold $4. I have a significant bag of TNYA, but of course disappointed with things not moving.
Yes? I use Claude as a personal tool to review SEC Filings and review interview transcripts when I don’t have time to read/watch them. I work fulltime and use Claude as a research assistance and have been for awhile. I have one chat window for TNYA and I asked Claude to compile everything over the past few weeks into one research thesis. Is that okay?
The July compliance deadline is real, but it is not necessarily a cliff edge. Based on TNYA's current market cap, cash position, and listing status, I don't see any obvious reason why the company would not receive the standard additional 180-day extension if needed.

CABA likely to rocket when it discusses multiple abstracts at the May 11-15 ASGCT conference. Likely the same for TNYA there as it has a late breaking oral presentation on its leading study agent TN-401

If there are new traders who have the PTD limit (for now) and got caught lacking, as it happens to the best of us, a really good play you can run with is checking out penny stocks above 100M market cap. Stocks like ALTO, BTFY, TNYA and now SLS and LRMR making their way up the totem pole are great examples of trusting news, sitting back, and enjoying the swing. If volatility crushes you, you can always look there for a slow 20-30% gain, maybe even 100% like IBRX the past month or 1,000% if you held it on since it was almost under $2 (Papaya is a real one for this stock).

TNYA has two late-breaking presentations over the weekend at the American Heart Association, one with key interim data from their MYPEAK study and the other about a preclinical study further up their pipeline. Both abstract titles looked very positive so I’ve loaded up another 5k shares, excited to see what they’ve got to show. Assuming data is good, we’ve got a solid reversal back to $2 coming.

I’m all in on TNYA. Huge upside potential in this growing market and they are ahead of the game. It’s the future in general therapy for heart disease- the leading cause of death, and could also help with all the vaxx damaged hearts that we have now thanks to Covid shots.

Same, but I like the stock. Also it poped on open insider cluster buys for penny stocks. So far all the pharma stuff ive picked were of that logic and they all did okay. Theres also SLBD, RZLT, TNYA. Theyre knida inflated now but they were way lower 7 month ago.

TNYA is very speculative with everything still in trials and them currently not having anything in the market. The potential upside once one clears or makes it past the next phase of testing. RVPH should be getting news on their product this quarter.

Looking at my portfolio, lots of crazy ups and downs. Then I see TNYA, nice and steady climb from where I got in at $1.60 last week ($1.84 now). Kind of relaxing. I hope I can find more like her.

TNYA's broken through 0.6, has had a really nice week. We've got clinical results due 2H2025, and previous data has already been solid - with institutional investors continuing to accumulate. David Goeddel himself bought up half the public offering back in March so buyout could be in the cards.

ehhh it's always been like that, need to filter through the bots and pnd stocks to find picks. When the chat was around people were able to discuss tickers in real time though. been trying to tell people about PDSB (20% up since first mentioned but can probably run another 60%) and TNYA (grossly oversold imo) - these are biotechs/pharma so just be careful and only invest if you genuinely believe in the company, that is unless you're looking for a quick buck I suppose.
10% up on TNYA today and around 4% on PDSB, not too bad
Pleasantly surprised how little the overall market today has affected my biotech picks. TNYA dipped 6% but is steadily climbing back up, meanwhile PDSB is up 8% since open.
Sold my OMEX for a nice healthy 1.44, having bought in at 0.64. Think the hype will settle down a bit over the weekend, especially given the 1:8 RS vote being announced (although imo they shouldn't need to, probably a safety net for if the stock dumps) - might buy back in on Monday if the price is right. Sitting on 20k TNYA shares and 13k PDSB (with an order for another 10k). TNYA I was burnt a bit following the drop after positive results during the December call, but at this price I'm more than happy to buy in given their solid pipeline. PDSB is a bit of a gamble but they've got a laundry list of important dates coming up (https://stocktwits.com/dvice2/message/612522015), especially their 3 abstract presentations at ASCO. With some volume I do think this could make big moves.
Happy to see OMEX getting back to where it should be (3-5 minimum), have been mentioning this since Jan. Continuing to hold. Closed my RVSN position at -25% yesterday following the dilution news, will keep an eye on it though if it hits low-mid 0.3. Tried to catch CDIO on the way up but ended up buying at the top 🤦🏾 seeing if this goes anywhere. On the topic of biotech/pharm, I’m planning on picking up some more TNYA and opening a position in PDSB (20k and ~13k shares respectively).
Just bought TNYA, BDSX, XAIR and XFOR 🤷♀️ Totally unfounded and only going off of investors recently buying and it’s cheap
Currently holding around 61k RVSN at 0.53, 10k OMEX at 0.64 and a bit of KULR and TNYA. Will be interesting to see OMEX price action this week, having bought in (and mentioned it on this sub) back in Jan. Holding until at least $2. RVSN is also creeping back up, some excellent DD on the relevant sub - their products are literally on Knorr-Bremse’s digital solutions product page. Made the monumental mistake of not selling during the January pump which means I couldn’t claim to have spun 10k into 150 in two months but I’m still incredibly bullish on this. KULR I’m letting it sit and do whatever, got some bills to pay this week anyways so I might just cut my losses and exit my position fully. TNYA I want to accumulate more, preferably around 50c or less. H2 2025 should be big for them.
