Forget SLS. TSHA is the new bio play!
TSHA starting to finally make moves after all these years!
I’m thinking after SLS, TSHA is the next big bio play. NFA
TSHA and/or GUER. Give em a gander.
In 24 minutes: I made $60 on DUOL. I lost $26 on TSHA. I made $34. I'm out.
TSHA earnings are at 8:30am EST. Who does that?
TSHA is down 9.27% pre-market on zero news, with earnings tomorrow. With the low volume, that shit is insider.
Been mentioning TNYA here since 0.4, it’s currently 1.7 and wants to break for 2. Also made decent money on TSHA and although not a penny, KURA should see a move this week as well as next.
$NIO shorts? Maybe long on a biotech stock $TSHA
Does anyone have TSHA? I’m looking into it I’m kinda convinced.
$TSHA has room for more or dont?
I always daytrade TSHA, but today was amazing. I was holding 500 shares overnight that I bought yesterday. Made $611 on like $1500.

Bought into TSHA at 3.35, out at 4.34. Could go higher at open but I'm happy with that. Will check back into this stock once P3 trials are underway.

Gotcha, im in EDIT, TSHA, IPA. with INTS thrown in as a yolo.
TSHA this stock is a trip.
I made $120 on ACHR and TSHA swings, and I'm back to all cash. Calling it a day.
Look at the fuckery TSHA did last week on no news.
Hmm. Unless we see a huge EOD pump, I'm holding INTC and TSHA over the weekend.
Made $1000 on TSHA with a limit sell for $1.30 and cashed out.
I'm playing INTC and TSHA today.
So apparently, the shares of many vaccine makers, including Moderna ([MRNA](https://www.tipranks.com/stocks/mrna)), Novavax ([NVAX](https://www.tipranks.com/stocks/nvax)), and BioNTech ([BNTX](https://www.tipranks.com/stocks/bntx)) (BTNX), and gene therapy developers, including Sarepta ([SRPT](https://www.tipranks.com/stocks/srpt)), Solid Biosciences ([SLDB](https://www.tipranks.com/stocks/sldb)), Taysha Gene Therapies ([TSHA](https://www.tipranks.com/stocks/tsha)), Capricor Therapeutics ([CAPR](https://www.tipranks.com/stocks/capr)), and Crispr Therapeutics ([CRSP](https://www.tipranks.com/stocks/crsp)), are moving lower following the resignation of Peter Marks from the Food and Drug Administration. Marks was viewed as one of the biggest FDA advocates of cell and gene therapies. I went in for Sharps (STSS). Prelude therapeutics (prld), Tasha gene (TSHA). Just got out of MGOL at 50% up but that seems to be gaining momentum. SSTS - two sec report filings from investment companies within a week. The ceo bought 5000 shares of stock in Dec at 1.95. It was at .35 earlier PRLD- cfo named as permanent about an hour ago. I expect some updates about PRT3789 and/or PRT773. They also have a few others in the pipeline. TSHA - REVEAL TSHA-102 retts syndrome. There was a filing from Octagon Capital. I only bought a couple shares on the safe side just in case. they are due to update on this but I’m not confident how ppl will react to that investment firm *this is not financial or investment advise*
Just bought $STSS $PRLD and 1 of $TSHA (uncertain)
Funny that I’m researching this 2 years later, and after dropping to $.70, TSHA tripled to $2.10, and then peaked over $4 in June 2024… The target price remains $6/share within the next 12 months. Have opinions on this stock changed?
$TSHA announces good news, stock plummets 26% case of "sell the news"?
HIMS..TSHA..AST..My favorite..RDDT 😃 😊 💯

unusual darkpool activity on TSHA at $2.55
TSHA big dark pool orders on this penny 👀
$OPK, $TSHA, $PXLW, and maybe $PLUG now that it's a penny. Just can't see it going BR.
I usually place around 5-6 trades a week but according to my monthly statements from Schwab these were my most volatile positions per month. Biggest mover: - Total return % for the month August: $TSHA - 135.94% ROI September: $YHGJ - 35.98% ROI October: $APLT - I ended up down 21.41% for that month November: Didn’t do much trading here, around 70% of my capital was just sitting not being traded but $CDIO was my biggest position - 20% ROI December - I honestly dont even know what happened here but it worked out pretty well. $PSTX, $BETS, and $LMFA were my top movers.
Might wanna check out TSHA, I think it’s in a related space
Can’t agree more, uranium is both the best commodity and a good short term gain opportunity. Said that, commodities don’t make you rich. $TSHA is my favorite stock, their purpose to eradicate monogenic CNS disease (one of the worst nightmares of modern society: 1/50 people is estimated to be affected by genetic disorders) their collaboration with UT Southwestern to make it happen, sets this asset as one of the brightest stars for the long term. The 12-month price target is nothing if compared to the potential of this company.
TSHA fuck with meeeeeee
$TSHA, been riding this one up for a while. $PXLW is on a nice dip, seems like a a of good news. Think it's going up soon.
Thoughts on $TSHA? Recent news and price increases were good, and analysts have a much higher target price
Bought 125 shares of TSHA 30 min before market close. I'm thinking its a safe bet rn. The morning is gunna be nuts tho.
Buy TSHA stock. It’s about to go to the moon!
Check out TSHA major upgrades and room to 🚀
Not much talk TSHA huh? That was a big W for me today.
TSHA to the moon!!! 🚀
Thank you TSHA! Up 100% today, at last :-)
People on ARDX board recommended UNCY. They’re in the same business. Worth a shot. Another one I’m looking at right now is TSHA
$TSHA pulling back in the pre-market--down 14%. $JUPW up in pre-market to $0.90. $CGC up in pre-market marginally. $NUTX down pre-market marginally.
what was that ridiculous influx of volume on $TSHA?! i get it got a few good news but it was literally trading in the low 100k and shot up to over 90 mil in volume. like srsly wth is that?
I am a bot from /r/wallstreetbets. You submitted one or more banned tickers: TSHA. Message /u/zjz if they're above 1.5 billion-ish market cap and not related to crypto/pennies/OTC.
My comment was a general one about gene therapy, and an incomplete list of tox-challenged companies at that. If you want to go a layer deeper, looking for most relevant AAV tox issues for TSHA, you first look to AAV9 in general — and here, Solid Bio has been on multiple clinical holds in the past and then a patient in Pfizer’s study of their AAV9 drug for DMD died last December (there are others eg RCKT AAV9 asset was on hold recently too), then you can look specifically at intrathecal AAV9 in case you think that delivery route could reduce tox — and even almighty Novartis’s intrathecal study of Zolgensma (AAV9-based) was put on hold in 2020. For my money, only the next gen AAV capsid discovery cos like FDMT have a chance at this point and even they are suffering from the general pessimism gtx is facing right now.
Can you specify on the safety issues? Found this, but it’s AAV8 https://www.genengnews.com/news/fourth-boy-dies-in-trial-of-astellas-gene-therapy-candidate/ Former Rett researcher and imo TSHA has a great chance to have a working Rett gene therapy
All of gene therapy has been declining recently because of some safety issues a few of the companies have had eg ADVM, BOLD, RCKT. And TSHA is making drugs for very small disease populations. This is a very complicated market area. Not recommended for people just starting out.
