I like doing this by swing trading TSLQ. If I start losing, I double down.
Q2 sales numbers come out tomorrow. Consensus is 395k, which is 11% YoY drop. I think it will be a lot closer to 350k, which would be 22% YoY drop. Based on that information, I’d say pump. I am never right about both the result and the stock movement, and I’m pretty damn confident on the result. I own a bunch of TSLQ and am an idiot, so take this all with a grain of salt.

That dip on March 20-24 was because I decided to buy TSLQ at the worst possible moment. I was shorting the market with SQQQ and TSLQ on the way down, made some good purchases in April. LEU and CRWV were main profit drivers for the last couple months.
I'm not going to pretend to be an expert. I looked at things like CRASH, TSLQ and TSLZ and it appeared that both TSLZ and TSLQ performed better than CRASH, but that TSLZ performed marginally better and was lower cost per share which made it more appetizing to DCA. there is a 1% expense ratio, so if I hold it for a year I'll lose 1% of my money no matter what, but I'm fine with that risk. There's also potentially some "degradation" that occurs but I haven't seen it be noticeable in my position so im just loading it up and waiting. I could be completely dumb btw.

TSLA analysts are starting to update estimates. Looking at almost a 25% decline in deliveries Y/Y and full year EPS of less than $1. That puts forward PE at about 350. TSLS, TSLZ, TSLQ, CRSH gonna be good plays over the next few weeks

So serious questions longs/call holders/stock go up smooth brains... Instistutions/CEOs/hedge funds literally all smart money have been out of this market for months now... This low volume pump has had crazy divergences on nearly all timeframes. We're still at triple the initially expected tariffs, energy has been the only thing keeping inflation down at it's about to skyrocket and the Fed will be put in a bind where hikes may have to be back on the table. Ever think maybe this market just needed to squeeze out the most obvious short of all time before it actually cratered... Early April shit like SQQQ and TSLQ were literally trending on tiktok by normies and blue hairs that have never looked at the market before in their lives... But please come Monday buy the dip...

I'm currently long TSLQ so I'm biased, but I don't see how the past few months have been anything but a pump before the fall. I've never been one to bet against Tesla, but over the past 6 months the brand image has taken such a hit I don't see how it recovers. This fight only sped up the inevitable, and likely made Pedo Elon's plan to fall back on government contracts go out the window. On the plus side we might get the real details about Pedo Orange as the two child lovers fight it out. Me, I'm just going to sell covered calls on TSLQ until the shit hits the fan for good.
Yeah- I've been burned too badly on Tesla puts to try to fight with it on options, but if it goes up from here, starting to build a TSLQ position might not be terrible. Just gotta be prepared to average it down for awhile in case Tesla investors are irrational for some reason lol
