Because it’s an old tech company that went bankrupt and was bought out by 2 entrepreneurs who changed it to a biotech company. The board promises no reverse mergers. And is doing all the necessary paperwork to get onto nasdaq. They are compounding their assets through their recently acquired technology known as kettle tech. It maximizes their extraction capacity and is why they’re able to compound their assets so quickly. They have over 1B worth of seeds reported as of last quarter. Dr J owns a 5,000 hectares farm (over 12 thousand acres) and holds federal licenses for cultivation and research. It’s still early in the game for txtm. People still trying to call it a scam (I used to be skiddish also), but the more research I do the more proof there is that it’s legitimate. They’ve announced more press releases the past month than ever before. More press releases in the past month then last 3 years combined. Just check Yahoo Finance and look up TXTM. They’ve just started to get recognized by major platforms. It’s been a long road for txtm and it’s near the end. The second this thing gains traction from the SEC audit, I’m guessing we’re going past 1 cent and never looking back. The q3 report is also coming this week :)

Yeah I kinda have the same problem…servers have too many people that don’t help and I always get too much info or the wrong picks. Yeah I’m pretty deep into TXTM. I know some people that are already like 300% up because they got in before the CE ban lift. Once the ban lifted the stock jumped from 0.0001 to 0.005. That’s when I found out about it. It’s been fizzling down since then. But it’s still technically up. So I can’t say it’s doing bad. I just got in way too high and now price is dropping because there hasn’t been other major news the passed 2 months. I have about 2.65M shares at an avg around 0.0044
Does not matter in my opinion. The stock is thin and tightly held, on one million shares it went from .003-.0035 friday. The share structure is also bloated from previous management, current management took over 3 years ago and never diluted 1 share, They also take no pay. I refer back to the stats, they doubled their assets in Q2 and will onboard revenues soon, TXTM has a unfortunate past which is reflecting the share price but once the PCAOB audit finishes, and they get sec reporting again... 500m in assets against a 30m market cap... when institutions have access its over imo.
1) Not an issue, if its truly a unicorn we are going to the nasdaq, the expectation on the balance sheet on the Q2 in less than 30 days is over a billion if not multiple billion(s) 2) ackowledge this, 10 days after that press release they were put on ce (Caveot emptor), not tradable in the USA for 2.7 years, The thought is the PR was too big for a random penny stock they said "Woah this aint right", But after 2.7 years they came off the CE and none of the financials or tweets were taken down meaning it was all legit. Its not on the financials because the CE, so basically the company focused on multiply their inventory, as you can see we went from 15 million to 255 million... (Which now is probably in the billions), they spent 2 years strengenthing the balance sheet so now the big deal orders can come through.... (They became tradable again in the US 1.5 months ago). 3) Supply agreement bro, its inside that 2.3 million pound PR, Meaning its like a partnership we help fulfill the order with TXTM technology, cause we own extraction technology, we extract canabanoids for example out of the seeds and byproduct thus we can get revenue splits. And no its 255 million read the financials. They have shows 1 shipment of cbd oil that is $10b worth, and they said it wasn't the first or the last. They are currently in America, and have a new office in the same building as the SEC. They have been meeting with the FDA in LA this week took. The only unknown is what assets will be transfered over from the world's largest medical Marijuana company on the world, RSAMMD, over to TXTM. I've just owned for a while now waiting for legalization of weed. I also own ProText mobility inc TXTM. Its just easy to accumulate shares not having so much money into it. If I lose it then the oh well.
I understand that. There is plenty of DD out there. RSAMMD has tagged and worked with TXTM over the last couple of years. They have posted they wanted to go to NASDAQ. Also TXTM has a patent that allows 15Xs extraction. RSAMMD has stated they have funded TXTM projects and also that TXTM has a seat on the rocket. All this is on their Twitter. There is more out there. I posted this because I can an alert on my phone about this post. And figured I would share. You don't have to buy, but it is worth looking into!!
Check out TXTM. Potential reverse merger with the world's largest medical Marijuana company in the world. People are tired of holding and it has crashed due to this. Basically waiting on lawyers to finish what they are doing before the news drops. Pretty big dip with what is happening in the world, so low risk/reward. Could see it go from 0.0012 to 0.05 pretty easy with the right news. It ran to 0.006 without news in August.
