$UNCY $CING - A few months before FDA approval - Big players are stepping in to buy ($UNCY). - Large TAM and high growth opportunity if FDA approved.
Any biopharm is a binary play; do not invest anything more than you could lose. That being said, UNCY has a high chance of getting approved, a strong cash position, and proven effectiveness.
I have over 45K shares of UNCY average $8......is that crazy ?
CING has a price target between $17-62. In August 2024, when it had patents approved in the EU and other countries, it spiked 400% in a day to $20. It might happen again if the FDA approves it, as it’s a micro-cap (~33M) with less float. UNCY can be between $15 and $45 if approved, as it has a large TAM and sufficient cash to market the OLC drug.
UNCY, thought it was a home run and they'd sail through approval, only to find out they cheaped out on their vendor and manufacturer so the FDA pushed their approval back a year. ASST- Not selling when I had a huge profit (got in at $5, didn't sell at $12) because I'd convinced myself because Bitcoin was so highly priced at the time ASST would go higher than $12 (thank you to their amazing CEO for diluting it to high hell!) BYND- Still made profit, but wasn't able to sell at its peak during the squeeze of $7.30 and make over £50,000 because I was stuck in an early morning meeting at work. Still made a profit but nowhere near as much as that. Still stings. OCG- actually made profits on this a few times, but went back in one too many times and lost A LOT of money when the price sank from $4-$0.10 when they diluted shares. Started 2025 really well with investments but ended the year absolutely poorly, here's to a better 2026 all!
Put the 37k into UNCY. Its about to go nuts in the next 6 to 12 months.
Me and UNCY totally disagree bro. She's not like that...
Yep that's what's going on with UNCY right now. It's so frustrating, been holding this shit for like 9 months just waiting for approval. Lol at this point I don't even care, I'm just not gonna sell.
This is only true if people just use Reddit for their info, which honestly a lot of people unfortunately do. Typing simply UNCY into Google is not looking good though.
Im posting a short DD about 2 companies ur gonna wanna take a look at in like 3 minutes. $UNCY $VTYX Both got nice cash on hand and is early stage biotech, could go to the moon or plummet hard, analysts suggest 1000% ++
Earlier this year I did my first Pharma play, UNCY. Their drug had passed clinic trials with flying colours and at 0.55 a share I thought this would be an easy win. Get in around May and by September this would easily have x100 in value because of what the drug was (it was a kidney drug that eased the pill burden of people who suffered from chronic kidney issues, reducing pill burden from 12 pills a day to between 3-5, who wouldn't want that if you had kidney issues?) Because they were micro cap, they cheaped out on their vendor for manufacturing and distribution. FDA found all sorts of issues which made them non compliant despite their drug passing all trials. Stock tanked, reverse split. My 6000 shares became 600. Burned my hand on pharma and learned to never touch it again after that
If I remember correctly, the safest, correct way to play bio stocks is to buy the hype and sell the news. FDA isn't guaranteed a rocket emoji. Look at MBOT. Didn't take off. It's a longer hold now. So be careful. I'd prob sell what I have gained and keep maybe 1/3 through Sept 30th in case things go awry like an FDA rejection. Example cases: MBOT IXHL (textbook buy hype sell news, raze Soviet called it many times and people railed him for warning of dump) UNCY NAK (no go with pebbles deal)
[FDA Catalyst Calendar - Upcoming PDUFA Dates, Study Results, Data Presentations, and more - Life Science Report](https://lifesciencereport.com/fda-calendar) Is the PDUFA date of 26th Sept for $UNCY correct? Is a typo? How to verify it?
You are welcome. My favorite is NRXP, bc I love their mission. I made a comprehensive post on this sub yesterday, which includes my previous posts within. Biotechs are wild. Some, like TNXP which recently went as high as $60 or so days before FDA approval (MC $550M) drops to $27 a couple of weeks after approval ($240M MC) bc they are starting commercialization. Good buy point and hold in my opinion. I think TNXP and NRXP have pretty similar TAM s in terms of number of people suffering from their applicable disease/indication. NRXP’s MC is $55M and they are close to getting a PDUFA date set with the FDA. It it were to act similar to TNXP (and some other biotechs), NRXP’s shares could 5x prior to approval. But after FDA approval (which has a very high probability as you will see) since they will own many clinics to begin delivery of their treatment, the share price could keep going up. Similar in certain ways to UNCY. All 3 companies did r/s that hurt then-current shareholders, but it is a necessity so often in biotech as you may know. UNCY’s MC is about $74M now. I think it should similarly increase to a MC that is 3x to 5x the current before the PDUFA date, and end up with a MC far less than TNXP’s was at that time and a little above what TNXP’s is now after their drug was approved. Especially true since UNCY got a CRL from the FDA and the drug had no issues, which to me is like a pre-approval and greatly derisks their drug/asset. This comment probably deserves a short post. What should happen and what does happen can always be different. But, the only thing I try to do is research the facts hoping they are right (esp. using AI to help), and then draw comparisons.
The Aug 14 PR says they will provide investors with an update on the Type A meeting in the third quarter—so any time this month. They don’t say in their PR what date the Type A meeting was or would be held. Technically, I believe the FDA’s guideline is to provide a written meeting summary to UNCY within 30 days of the meeting date.
NRXP, UNCY, CAPR (the latter two have FDA CRL PRs coming this month, with good news)
Looks like UNCY class-action lawsuit about potentially misleading claims about their manufacturer is leading to the current dip.
Any idea why UNCY is down so much today?
Holy smokes! Before I replied to you, I asked CoPilot or Chat GPT (I use both) if there was a filing for NRx and it replied no. I also was at my desk and using email all day and did not see an email from NRx about that Aug 15 filing. Very coincidentally, UNCY had an Aug 15 filing concerning selling 3.55M shares for $16.3M in net proceeds. That is why I thought you meant UNCY. i constantly have to double check and compare GPT and CoPilot responses to try to feel comfortable with responses. Didn’t do so here bc it was a simple lookup. Well perhaps I sold you on UNCY :). Re NRx’s 8-K, thank you for the heads-up. And, the ANDA is about the analgesic and pain management indications (expanded use), in the event you are unaware. So, as far as I am aware, it does not directly affect the NDA for NRX-100, for depression suicidality, incl. bipolar depression. The fact that you know about NRX’s 8-K seems to mean you are very familiar with them. If that is not the case, and if you did not already read it, you may want to read my detailed post about NRxP from earlier this week. While a litte alarming as I was reading the doc, I take them at their word that it will not cause undue delay and is part of the process. I also take it as good news in the sense that they have been told what needs to be corrected and appear to want to take corrective action asap. So ultimately, I am unfazed by it. They had stated they were looking for a PDUFA by the end of 2025, so they will act very fast.
I really appreciate the detailed response regarding UNCY, but unfortunately I did mean NRXP. Please see the attached link to NRXP’s most recent SEC filings. [https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/nrxp/sec-filings](https://www.nasdaq.com/market-activity/stocks/nrxp/sec-filings)
I believe you meant UNCY. I am fine with their dilution. I look at the potential fully diluted shares, the TAM, and what a conservative % of that market they can seize for the first 2 to 3 years. My opinion is they should quickly take marketshare. Most biotechs dilute as they approach and/or after the PDUFA to fund commercialization. It is part of the process. Per UNCY’s website, the U.S. TAM for CKD-related hyperphosphatemia is $1B. And $2.28B globally. If they only get 15% of the TAM in the first 2 to 3 years, that’s $150M in revenue. At a 3x to 4x revenue multiplier, that’s a $450M to $600M MC. At 30M fully diluted shares (warrants, options, convertibles, and further dilution at a higher share price), that is $15 to $20 per share. Hypothesizing, they should become the standard of care. - lower pill burden by 2x to 3x on average and up to 4x for some. - smaller pills - people have complained about the taste of a competitor’s chewable version - may be a more effective pill than competitors Adherence will be proven to be at all time highs. They need to get the pricing right and Medicare coverage and have a very aggressive education campaign. I emailed them and said they need a video of at least 10 patients from their trial who give 30 seconds to a minute on why they love UNCY’s Renazorb far more than what they were taking before and the reduced pill burden and smaller pills are such a stress relief and they are able to stick to the plan now and are healthier and at less risk than before. Encourage everyone to switch immediately. Send the video to physicians and dialysis clinics to send to their patients. They need to not live in the std rollout paradigm and be innovative and very aggressive and think out of the box—whatever it takes to make it happen. In my opinion, they should be at 33% to 50% of the market in 3 years. They need to tell shareholders why that can’t happen. No excuses. 30% of the market is $300M in revenue but actually more bc in 3 years the TAM will have grown a fair amount. At a 4x revenue growth multiple, that’s a $1.2B MC. Divide by $30M fully diluted shares, that’s $40 per share. And when they get 40% to 5O% of the market…. I will impress upon them further that it doesn’t matter what other companies have done. Change their thinking about what is possible and get it done. They have the best product by far. In fact, 79% of patients should be taking Renazorb by the end of Yr 3. They need to tell shareholders why they cannot make that happen. Sorry for the long response, but that is my thinking.
UNCY and NRXP have small MCs and will 10x. UNCY got a clean Complete Response Letter (CRL) from the FDA except for needing to fix a third party manufacturing contractor issue. Meeting with FDA and after 30 day written report of the meeting by FDA (here in Q3), will get a new PDUFA date set. Their drug lowers the number of pills a dialysis patient must take by up to 4 times. 79% of the patients in the trial preferred their drug. NRXP is readying for a pretty amazing setup. It is my favorite bc they address a national health crisis. I made a detailed post earlier this week (where they recd Fast Track designation for NRX-100 and posted on the same day an article stated that Wall Street was beginning to take notice).
I’m in on UNCY, CRL purely due to manufacturing concerns derisks their next application imo. This one looks interesting too, what do you make of their high debt/low runway?
UNCY is another. Not as exciting a story. I will make a post when they confirm they had a Type A meeting with the FDA to plan for resolution of their third party contractor manufacturing deficiency. Another 10+ bagger potential.
UNCY!!! Just exited CRWV at +21%
WRD, SERV and UNCY today
UNCY, WRD, SERV are my picks for today
Okay, I bit man. 641 shares @0.78. I’m hoping at least one of my Alzheimer’s/Dementia/biotech plays will workout very long term. Currently in $ALZN, $CLLS, $CRBU, $PACB, $SGMO, $TNXP, $UNCY, $VXRT. Now adding $CGTX to that list. All went in for around $500. Some are up, some are down. Likely holding until moon or zero.
It warms my heart :D UNCY play didn't work out as well, we got CRL from the FDA and I got some messages from people who lost a bit and it made me question, should I post these DD\`s or just keep doing my own thing... Even though the DD was spot on, it was always a gamble with limited downside and a massive upside.
Not sure though. UNCY went RS on June 17th. That % gain might be after that? I recall selling some prior to the split 😀
I am, UNCY worked out exactly as expected. If you read my UNCY DD, it was roughly a 50/50 chance for approval. If approved, it would have been 2x+; there was always a 50% chance it would not get approved, and it didn't. I got out with a 15% loss, and now I\`m back in UINCY with a cost basis of $5.05. Fundamentals are very solid for both stocks. However, in all my DDs, I point out that BIO stock is incredibly volatile! 30% moves in any direction for no apparent reason is just another Tuesday in BIO stock.
UNCY on top when they secure another FDA compliant supplier.
Arent u the same guy talking about UNCY?
See you Wendy’s bro, from what I saw they got denied, UNCY saying 30 more days, other people saying 3-4 months. Think I’m gonna realize my $10 loss on this one before it goes any further and get in at a lower price in the coming weeks
Unicycive Therapeutics (UNCY) did not receive FDA approval for its New Drug Application (NDA) for oxylanthanum carbonate (OLC) on the anticipated Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) target action date of June 28, 2025. Instead, the company announced on June 30, 2025, that it received a Complete Response Letter (CRL) from the FDA. The CRL cited deficiencies at a third-party manufacturing vendor as the reason for non-approval, specifically issues related to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) compliance at a subcontractor, not the Drug Substance vendor. Unicycive has responded to all FDA inquiries and has requested a Type A meeting with the FDA to discuss next steps. The company has also identified a second manufacturing vendor to address the issue. No further approval decision has been reported as of the latest updates.
Rejected 😮💨🫠 https://www.stocktitan.net/news/UNCY/unicycive-therapeutics-announces-receipt-of-complete-response-letter-19blnjuskyis.html
FDA isn’t approving any drug from UNCY
I read somewhere that in cases the FDA needs to make a decision on weekends(28th), they make it a day prior and announce, or else it’s a CRL that was sent privately to UNCY and unannounced. I hope it’s wrong, let’s see
I saw the book of Mormon yesterday, ding ding Hello do you have a minute to talk about our UNCY
It’s almost June 29. Has FDA or UNCY released anything yet?
You caught me spreading the gospel of UNCY across Reddit like a desperate Jehovah's Witness of degeneracy. When you believe in the tendies, you gotta evangelize to all the regards, not just the WSB elite. But respect for calling me out AND still holding a position. That's the most WSB thing ever - "This DD is trash but I bought some anyway." ONE OF US! ONE OF US! See you at the Wendy's on Monday. Either I'll be buying YOUR Biggie Bag with my gains, or we'll be working the same shift asking "would you like to make that a combo?" At least you only got "one handful." I'm so deep in this my wife's boyfriend is concerned about MY financial decisions. That's when you know it's bad. Let's get this bread (or lose it trying) 🍞💀
[https://ir.unicycive.com/news](https://ir.unicycive.com/news) Check [FDA.gov](http://FDA.gov) press releases, company's investor relations page, or just watch your portfolio implode in real-time - that's usually faster than any official announcement 💀 Also check: * EDGAR (SEC filings) * Company Twitter/PR newswire * **Or just refresh this thread, some autist will post it within 0.3 seconds** If you're down 8% in 3 mins with no news, that's just UNCY being UNCY. High beta gonna high beta. Could be algos, could be paper hands, could be your wife's boyfriend taking profits.
**UNCY** (+$1.20 today as of now), 6/28 PDUFA. Had an issue at a 3rd party contractor flagged by the FDA. Have given FDA responses. Per analyst, it may or may not be a short delay to an FDA decision on 6/28. They offer patients to take 3 pills/day (phosphate binder) instead of the current 12 pills/day regimen. See below per CoPilot, and you guys can take it from here. Should be posted in other forums with its own post. \----------------------- Based on current analyst forecasts for **Unicycive Therapeutics (UNCY)** and its 3-pill phosphate binder (oxylanthanum carbonate, or OLC), here’s a simplified chart of **projected revenue vs. earnings** over the next four years, assuming FDA approval and commercial launch in late 2025: Year | Projected Revenue | Projected EPS ---------|-------------------|--------------- 2025 | $23.7M | -$0.29 2026 | $369.3M | $0.88 2027 | $733.1M | $1.99 2028 | ~$1.2B (est.) | ~$3.54 (est.) These projections reflect a **massive revenue ramp** post-launch, driven by the drug’s potential to replace high-pill-burden phosphate binders in dialysis patients. The earnings trajectory flips positive in 2026, with **triple-digit EPS growth** expected through 2028. If you’d like, I can model dilution-adjusted EPS or layer in market penetration assumptions based on CKD patient populations. Want to build that out? \-------------------------
Thanks for the post bro. I just put a limit order in, I'll ride this with you. The only thing I'm aware of is UNCY like many others have said but now it's kinda expensive after the reverse split so that sucks. I've been holding that for like 6 months waiting and now my 1400 shared turned into 140, so even with a great run my profit won't be what I was waiting for all that time. I mean I won't complain but I hate that shit. Lol
SSY has a merger due to close around the end of this month. UNCY has a PDUFA date a week on Monday, and KALV should be receiving a response from the FDA anytime in the next three weeks, their PDUFA date wasn't met. FDA schedules are pretty easy to find
UNCY has FDA decision for OLC on June 28th
How’s everyone feeling about $UNCY now that they’ll be doing a reverse split tomorrow?
UNCY reverse split tomorrow... PDUFA date for FDA approval next week. Float reduced to 12m 🤔🤔
Nice. No telling the outcome, ultimately. Even if the approval is initially denied, there is room to get to a positive result. The $1 barrier is the first big one for stocks. Clear that and they might get some more traction. The $5 barrier is the next big one after that. At least in terms of being attractive to more investors. End of the day, the split has nothing to do with the FDA announcement. Good things still may come. UNCY is the only penny stock I own for a reason. I think that it’s got the legs to get over the hump, whether June 28 or later down the road. I have something like 10,000 shares at .48 average . It’s enough to really make me happy if traction is gained and positive momentum/news returns. It’s weird being invested in things like index funds, Robinhood, Rocketlab, and Reddit while being so focused on every development for this random little company. But that’s why we do it. The risks are occasionally worth the potential gains. The drug is solid, it has bioequivalency, company operating in NorCal, lots of insider ownership, drug addresses a clear issue, etc. It will never be the next big long term hold, but it has the potential to run and doesn’t feel like a completely blind yolo into some shady biotech based out of Bulgaria. Fingers crossed good news drops the 28th. If not, I’ll be hanging a bit longer. For what it’s worth, I voted for the split to happen. Felt like the best possible choice for the moment to get it over the $1 mark.
I meant when did the FDA communicate to UNCY, that one of their suppliers was non compliant. The news came from uncy at their annual shareholder report. For all we know this FDA problem can be old and already be addressed. This is what I don't understand. Seems to me that if this was already communicated by FDA then there was something uncy could annoy it before the decision. But like it said I don't understand enough how these rulings work, so I was wondering if you knew more about it.
For sure, huge green week. Hopefully everyone banked on NCNA and HTCI. I tripled my money on both, plus had nice gains on UNCY and EONR.
UNCY quietly up over 12% on no news. Decent volume too
https://www.reddit.com/r/UNCY/s/S5wxgeoI9T
Thanks to whoever posted about UNCY yesterday, made a nice ~20% on that today.
UNCY and RGTI look good
UNCY if any updates are released or activity is seen
UNCY - next catalyst Jun 28th Those who got the bottom yesterday, you’re in green! https://preview.redd.it/v1tunxvv396f1.jpeg?width=1206&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e7d2fb26a772995efd8476cfd172314a0428aea5
I could see that. But there is also a part of me that sees this news scaring off people. I’ll probably wait til 12 to buy tomorrow. Nonetheless, the 28th is a key date I hope doesn’t get pushed back. I read that if OCL gets FDA approved, UNCY could generate 500m- 1B in revenue in a couple years off that alone.
Yeah I saw that. A third party supplier or something. The 28th is a big date but I heard if they don’t figure anything out the date could get pushed back. UNCY is responding to all FDA questions so I’m hoping it will be a quick process.
I got a couple k of UNCY, I took advantage of that dive this morning. The trial data is solid, FDA approval likelihood is high and imminent.
UNCY oversold at premarket. I doubled down. 25k Shares now

Hoping for another day in the green for those of us holding UNCY
UNCY looks promising
Kinross Gold, AbraSilver, Agnico Eagle Mines, ATAI Life Sciences, CYBIN, UNCY, CLENE INC., OKLO, First Solar - all these are min 50% gains from late last year, some are over 50% gains since Jan 1st 2025. I have sold a lot of these already. Some great but smaller gains so far this year came from CAMECO, Denison Mines, TD Bank, Enbridge, Fortis.
NUVB, UNCY and Kalvista (not a penny) all have PDUFA dates this month
Last 13 months: +182.55% taxable account +23.66% in IRA Wish those numbers were reversed. Mostly RKLB, HOOD, UNCY. RCAT is the one lingering in the negatives a bit, dragging down my IRA returns. Fortunately the smallest investment. Thinking about dumping that ass and putting more into RKLB and UNCY. Or just full porting into UNH because “so hot right now.” But RCAT feels like the kind of dumb stock that it could balloon or collapse. No in between. Meme vibes only. Guess I’ll see soon enough. All in all, happy with the last year for sure.
Anyone got any info on UNCY?
UNCY is missing from your list
Anyone with UNCY history? It seems full of potential.
ELTP, WWR, and then UNCY until estimated June for their FDA drug approval.
My 3 WWR, stateside graphite production is a must ELTP, UNCY good trial results+ pending FDA approval est June. And just for shits and giggles ATAI, I think they’re gonna do some amazing work with the power of psychedelics.
Nope lol dumped all and jumped in UNCY. Holding for a (hopeful) jump later this year
DGLY, ELEV, UNCY, SPGC, CNSP? Anyone?
Overnight? No, but do some DD on UNCY. I'm in for long gains this year with multiple potential catalysts (drug expecting full approval in June, hitting commercial market in 2nd half of this year, etc.). Range is between $3-$9. Realistically expecting it to hit around $4. Current price is $0.60. Not advice, just my own investment and DD, but definitely do your own research.
Any UNCY or ELEV baggers around here? How yall doing?

UNCY. Multiple potential catalysts coming this year (Q4 results in March, pending final drug approval in June, and commercial sale of drug in 2nd half of this year). Multiple analysts targeting between $7-$8. Take analyst coverage at face value...I'm thinking closer to $3-$4, realistically, should they get approval. Plus this is the year they start making money.
The only penny I’m in is ZAPP (long, like 2026), UNCY, and debating on RR. Also considering JSDA for long. I’ll check to see how volumes look in the morning and might jump in somewhere.
For starters with increased Vol and buying pressure I wouldn’t be surprised to see her shoot past $0.48 imho I mean comparable stock like ELEV and UNCY are sitting at around $0.60 Breakthroughs in lung cancer treatments, especially for EGFR mutations, attract strong investor interest because they target a significant patient population with high unmet needs. Just gonna ride the wave. If we keep up momentum and follow-through buying tomorrow things could get Sticky
UNCY, TPST, CKPT - all 3 have successful tests and either Phase 1 or 2, and all 3 are maintained at a buy rating by analysts. Is it going to make you rich ASAP? No. But biotech and biopharma both have a good future.
Piling more into UNCY. Hoping it plays out come spring or summer time
I thinks UNCY is a good bet. In for 5.5K shares.
