$USEA looks a lot more attractive than $RUBI if you like the idea of shipping...
I honestly don't know why they're not automatically reinvested! I thought that I had it set up for that, but maybe I turned it off and forgot? My portfolio is mostly buy-and-hold stock, so I decided in January to just let things ride and not panic sell. Which means I haven't even LOOKED at it until today! I had dividends from USEA, SHIP, RCL, KSS, M, BRY, IYW, F, COP, and MUR.
Thanks for bringing this up! 🚀 The stock market truly is a powerful tool for growing companies to raise capital, and penny stocks often play a role in that ecosystem. While I don’t want to paint the entire penny stock market with a broad brush, I completely agree that certain practices deserve scrutiny. The real danger, in my opinion, lies in structures that disproportionately favor majority shareholders—like anti-dilution mechanisms that leave minority investors vulnerable. It’s also concerning when companies labeled as 'public' remain tightly controlled by a few, undermining transparency. Calling out the entire market or the SEC as incompetent might be a stretch, but specific sectors definitely have systemic issues. For example, some newly listed Greek shipping companies (C3is Inc (CISS), United Maritime Corp (USEA), Seanergy Maritime (SHIP), etc.) have a troubling pattern of diluting minority shares and sidelining small investors. These cases highlight how capital structures can disempower retail shareholders.
What is the deal with this company? It's a newer company, $2.30 a share now. At Zack's, the balance sheet page says book value is '8.97'. [https://www.zacks.com/stock/quote/USEA/balance-sheet](https://www.zacks.com/stock/quote/USEA/balance-sheet) But then, when looking at book value, it says 7.58 ... [https://www.zacks.com/stock/chart/USEA/fundamental/book-value](https://www.zacks.com/stock/chart/USEA/fundamental/book-value) Supposedly they're paying an .08 quarterly dividend, .30 per year? [https://www.zacks.com/stock/research/USEA/dividend-history](https://www.zacks.com/stock/research/USEA/dividend-history) Do they still have just the one older ship? Is this company basically going to go broke, paying dividends? ..because it looks like a value play, but there's got to be a catch, right?...
$USEA looking good with CTB and days to cover. Might be worth a look.
jumping into a stock called USEA: United Maritime has achieved profits for last year’s fourth quarter and its first six months in operation after spinning off from Seanergy Maritime in early July. The Stamatis Tsantanis-led owner of two capesize bulkers, a panamax bulker and a tanker reported $37.5m in net income for the last three months of 2022, based on earning $14.9m in revenue for the quarter. ‘Strong belief’: United Maritime confirms $63m bulker swoop Read more Adjusted net income for the quarter was $39.9m, including a gain of $36.1m from vessel sales. “We are pleased to report a very profitable first operating period,” chief executive Stamatis Tsantanis said in a statement. He noted that the $37.5m in fourth-quarter profit is “significantly higher” than the company’s market capitalisation of $25.2m.
I'm up both USEA 226 at 1.80 and Nat 120 at 2.15 I bought into them long time ago when ultrasound eat was going on and covid with all the shipping problems and the increase in shipping costs look into CTRM they're doing a spinoff called toro another shipping company I think spinoff is next month it's 1 share for each 10.
I bought $ICAD and $USEA
Nat and USEA are my tanker plays. Usea just did a 1$ special cash dividend per share. I wrote about it while back in on USEA 230 shares at 1.80avg and I got the 230$ dividend. Nat is owned heavily by insiders and shot up like 40 cents today on normal volume. But op looks like could do something I'll keep eyes on it thanks.
Interesting list. Some of some could form some interesting breakout setups again. Most just broke out on friday and definitely need to calm down first and SLNO just closed below the 10d MA, a classic selling point. The full list however has some much more interesting candidates, including some funny ones like USEA. The company was founded almost exactly one year ago and listed in July. They announced a $3M buyback at a price of $1 and then a $1 dividend at a price of $3 :D But all are only for very tiny accounts. The dollar volume is obviously very low, so definitely use limit orders if you are crazy enough to play any of them :)
USEA Pays dividends too if your looking to hold for a long time
I am a bot. You submitted a picture of a banned ticker, USEA. The market cap of USEA is **25,383,440** This check will fire if you included unnecessary pictures that have bad keywords/phrases. Repost with the useless pictures omitted if you did that.
USEA did 3 share buybacks recently and also did a1$special cash dividend. It has a small float and only 8 million shares outstanding average trade volume is like 500k if that
That's just recent I've posted about this ticket couple times and people always down vote or bash I'm at 200 shares 1.65 avg. I tried telling people everyone kept pushing it down you can see in my post history I've posted about USEA and now the special dividend
Check USEA 161% last 3 months.. shipping. Big deal.. make it boom!!
I get it, and for heavy volatility that's smart. I am in a few plays but honestly I have just been heavy cash position watching the meltdown. USEA I'm up almost 30% but at the price now I would really get in because of the div in January. I don't have any hot tips, I just think we are no where near the bottom yet.
Am total regard and I ask for help. USEA if gonna pay a 1 dollar special dividend on January 10th… according to some nasdaq “bill due” rule people who buy the stock between now and the payment date can still get the dividend payout, even though the 12th of December was when shareholders of record were eligible for the special dividend… Stock is at 4 something… am I missing something?
I'm down 33% I was down 45% but in last month or so I'm up 10% mainly because of USEA got in at 1.65 and timing and playing COMS COSM hlbz. Now I'm looking at ENSC low float high si positive trials for opioid addiction overdose and pain. Public offering at 1.40 for 2.9 Mill shares and warrants 5.8mill at 1.40 expire 5 years from aggregate date
USEA stock I've tried posting on here about it but the mood keep removing it. They've announced a special cash dividend 1$per share. You have to be a registered shareholder by December 12th. I mean $1 per share seems pretty good for a dividend and the company has gone up from a 1.50 to over 4$ now in the past couple months. I've tried to bring attention to the stock but it keeps getting suppressed it seems. The deadline is December 12th to get $1 per share cash dividend.
USEA I've been talking about this for a while now it has broken the $4 barrier and has been staying around that area. They announced a special cash dividend of $1 per share I believe you have until January but I have been in this play for long time since it's spin off from ship
USEA broke 4$ it's only averaging 1.1mill volume 10 day. 1$special cash dividend for each share you own coming up also a possible 3rd buy back
COMS USEA looking to break 4$ special cash dividend of 1$per share coming
I would look into USEA special stock cash dividend of 1$per share. They've complete 2 stock buybacks and are planning a 3rd. Had good earnings. I mentioned them awhile ago. I think if it drops to look 2.50 area is a good time to jump in since the movement from last week. I'm hoping it hits 4$. It was a spin-off from SHIP I think ath is 8 or 9$ the company believes it's worth at least 4$ a share buy the special cash dividend of 1$ per share seems pretty sweet.
Kal USEA NUWE COMS
USEA 2 share buybacks completed with a potential 3rd. Just announced a special 1$cash dividend because of the 2 ships they sold. Been steadily climbing the mountain for about a month now
I've brought up USEA many times since it's spin-off of SHIP it has a low outstanding shares and they've done to buy backs with a third one coming and now this special cash $1 dividend. The company definitely believes they are undervalued which would explain all the BuyBacks they've basically taken a quarter almost a third of the shares away with the buy backs. I'm in this at 1.60$ 200 shares wish I had more but I'm super happy right now. NAT is another good one to look at lot of insider buying and I think there's one other company that's planning on doing a spin-off like ship did. CTRM
I have you can look thru my post post to see stuff. I'm definitely more unlucky than lucky. I see quantum computers being big in the future like when normal computers came out. Look into IONQ QBTS RGTI definitely long term plays I believe but I've been in USEA 200 shares at 1.60 they announced a1$ special cash different and have another buy back coming could go higher
Broken record here but I think people really need to look into USEA and NAT ONE HAS BEEN DOING SHARE BUYBACKS AND HAS ANOTHER COMING AND THE OTHER HAS BEEN HAVING TONS OF INSIDER BUYING AND THEY BOTH HAVE BEEN STEADILY INCREASING ON LOW VOLUME
USEA was created by SHIP bc management, like other greek shippers, decided it was time to stop abusing shareholders but wanted to continue the same abusive practices, hence the spinoff
Please look at USEA just finished 3 million share buy back and plans to do another in near term future. Stock has been climbing for past month on under 500k volume 10 day average
USEA 150k volume up over 3$ I strongly recommend looking into this company they're earnings are coming up in 16 in the stock has been steadily climbing for the past month I have about 300 shares at $1.80
USEA over 3$premarket on no volume
You are mistaken, USEA is well known to anyone trading shipping stocks, just like IMPP, PSHG, TOPS, etc
USEA steadily climbing post month completed 3 million share buy back and proposed another 3 million buyback soon. Shipping company was a spin-off from SHIP
Need analysis on USEA, FLNG, OP
I would dump Ship and get USEA it's a spin-off of ship
USEA up 10 cents on 150k volume
USEA 3 million BuyBack completed and are doing another 3 million buyback. It's up almost a dollar in the past week on low volume the 10-day average is just over a million shares. I think it's definitely worth looking at.
APRN muln USEA NAT SBFM
USEA 500K VOLUME up almost breaking 2.50 this thing has the potential to soar
USEA is the one, very old, ship spinoff company of SHIP, which was already itself a questionable company at best. There's nothing going for this company, and when they're ready to add a second ship, they'll do a massive dilution, given that their charter allows for hundreds of millions of new shares to be issued. Every single Greek shipping spinoff follows this blueprint. Maybe this is the one time it doesn't happen, but given the number of quality companies out there, there's basically no reason anyone should own this.
USEA small float up from 1.70 to over 2.20 in last week on around 2 million volume. Share buyback finalized 3 million and doing another 3 million buyback. Also did 2 vessels and bought 2
USEA completed 3 million buyback and doing another 3 million buyback. Last week broke over 2$ on just under 2 million volume. It had been trading sideways around 1.40 to 1.70. also NAT broke 3$ insiders have been buying and they've sold some vessels and received some. Definitely keep eye on. Position 200 shares of USEA @1.86 NAT 136 shares at 2.02
I've done very well on shipping penny stocks. Especially PXS. But also USEA and SHIP
USEA share buyback million went thru doing anything 3 million buyback. Up 30 cents on 1 milk vol. NAT INSIDER BUYERS AND DIVIDEND UP OVER 3$ NEAR ATH
USEA share buyback 3 million$ went thru and are doing another 3 million buyback. Stock closed around 2.25 on Friday on low volume
USEA - Bought a small position(not material) in this b/c it's being pump as you can tell by the volume. Reason for the pump is that they bought 4 ships for $79.5 mill. and sold 2 of them for $62.5 mill (a 22+ mill gain). Since their market cap was 18 mill before this, in theory their market cap should go up [https://www.ship-technology.com/news/united-maritime-acquire-tanker-vessels/](https://www.ship-technology.com/news/united-maritime-acquire-tanker-vessels/) https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2022/10/13/2533961/0/en/United-Announces-Sale-of-two-Aframax-Petroleum-Tankers-and-Delivery-of-the-Previously-announced-LR2-Tankers.html [https://www.tradingview.com/chart/?symbol=NASDAQ%3AUSEA](https://www.tradingview.com/chart/?symbol=NASDAQ%3AUSEA)
A dilution will be coming shortly. That’s the game this and the other shitco tankers do such as PHSG, USEA, IMPP, TOPS. If you want a low microcap tanker that won’t dilute unless above NAV ($~6.5 currently) and CEO owns 55% of float. Will earn at min $.75 this quarter then PXS is your guy.
BoyZ and GirlZ check USEA, moon soon
Def APRN going to break 6$ this week I'm in around 5$ wish I average down more when was in the 4$ also look at USEA and NAT
NAT and USEA have been doing good for me insider buying and buy backs
USEA been doing stock buybacks almost got 2$ today small float.
https://www.unitedmaritime.gr/en this is their homepage. If you go into investor you can see all the details. [USEA](https://www.unitedmaritime.gr/en)
USEA completed it by back and has approved another buyback at a later date
USEA doing 3 million share buy back. Only had 8.6 million share outstanding.
$USEA is 10% today which is just continuing from the last 3 trading days. It’s definitely a worthwhile competitor.
Hold some $USEA while you’re at it!
$USEA is doing a $3mil buy back, don’t miss out.
$USEA needs little volume which is setup with the buyback that was announced. With the proper push we could see $5+ potential. Who knows maybe it’s the next AMD.
OK I just did a bunch of digging on USAE and SHIP. I don't see a road map on USEA wbsite
USEA announced a buyback?
I have $APRN, $BIAF, and $USEA. F being safe I want a Squeeze 10X.
Just trying to gauge what folks are thinking. As usual, a lot of tickers thrown around. I’m going to put out another poll, but include APRN, AVCT, AVYA, BBBY, PRTY and Recent IPO. Zero positions in BBBY Zero positions in FAZE Small position in ATER because of the price, it may jump any moment Small position in USEA due to the buyback announced Zero positions in APRN Looking at getting into APRN, may buy some Tuesday.
I have a feeling that OP has a USEA position way bigger than APRN
USEA is getting no love atm. Really making me scratch my head
VLCN PRTY SONM DNN BBBY USEA was thinking about APE but unsure amc had dropped hard
Staying profitable does not mean they will grow in 2023. It means they are holding onto their Covid revenue as long as possible and keeping their cash on hand to keep their investors. Also all of this depends on $ZIM keeping their dividends going. What will happen to the stock if they ever yank the dividends? It will plummet 40% overnight and this will turn into the $USEA stock that was listed in July. $ZIM can easily become a penny stock and people that are smarter than me and you have provided insight to show that this stock can implode by Q1 2023. Cramer is not right on his stock picks but he was right on this one when he said this company could be cut in half by Jan.
There won’t be re-entering. This stock will be like $USEA.
Any shipping stock besides $USEA is better than $ZIM.
From what I see on USEA, NAT, and PSHG, PSHG is in better position to gain in $/share. **PSHG is already Positive EPS in 1Q2022** but not NAT and no data for USEA that I have found. PSHG **retracted a private offering b/c they don't need the money** since positive cashflow whereas the others may but who really knows. Now PSHG are **getting another Oil Products tanker** which commands higher rates than Crude Oil tankers; **this deal is also reported to not dilute shareholders**. With winter coming and fuel availability in the EU (and maybe other parts of the world) likely to be a bit (actually I think it will be more of a bit) scarce, all types of tankers are in need to prepare for and supply throughout winter. As far as buying shares in PSHG, well I'm already long in PSHG (77,000 shares) but if it drops I'll try to buy more because the upside potential is quite large if only folks will quit dumping shares at $0.67 and keep buying to drive it up to over $2.85, which is what NAT is trading for but still has not gotten positive EPS; crazy it's trading at more than PSHG!
I like USEA or NAT I think their companies are in way better position to be shipping companies USEA is a spin-off of SHIP. And NAT has been making long-term deals and selling vessels and also insiders have been buying I like those companies better for shipping
Idrc that 10k investment was profits from USEA anyway
sorry, float is 1,5 milj https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/USEA/profile
That offering killed the play IMO…. I gambled on that play after the run up… I am hoping to average down to $7 dollar range this week because I think there could be a small run up to $7-$8. But, who knows, it could also drop to the $2’s like $USEA did after it’s IPO and offering.

I am trading USEA, not sure if I found it here but made some decent trades past month.. of course the key is to buy low.. setting buy limits on these helps a lpt
