I've lost $86k dollar cost averaging DOGEBEAR tokens, which has since been unlisted from FTX, worth $6, all based on the things you mentioned here. I started buying when it hit $.08 on the first massive pump this year. I've got nothing against DOGE but don't think it deserves the attention and love it has gotten since the 1k% pump. It's fun, but so are lots of other well-deserving, non-meme projects.
Look out for HyFi (hyperfinance) which is on the rise. Candela Coin (CLA) currently trading on VinDAX and get some DOGEBEAR on FTX, since it will crash soon

FTX is probably the most reliable futures platform, you can buy almost any "coin-name"BULL or "coin-name"BEAR tokens on leverage there too (like 5x DOGEBEAR or wtv) personally i would not touch this shit with a 10 foot pole, its legit gambling unless you know something the rest of us dont OR have the capital to ensure your bets always win (like enough $ to actually tank the price of a coin single handedly after shorting it)

The closest thing I found is inverse tokens and DOGEBEAR leveraged tokens. I'd imagine some synthetic tokens should exist. I prefer DOGEBEAR because it's a 3x leverage short

This could be a positive for DOGE, as it gives the whales a way to make money. Lemme explain. First they can buy into DOGEBEAR, sell off enough DOGE to move it down 10% while making 30% on DOGEBEAR and turn around and reinvest 3x back into DOGE. I'm trying to trust in the original whales and DOGE community that they wouldn't just tank out DOGE entirely.
The price is still below 0.00000001 which I think is the lowest it could be, before you would start to see pricing again. How can a person short DOGE in US? I'm trying to find a simple-enough legal way to short DOGE. There's an erc-20 called DOGEBEAR which is 3x inverse levered but it appears to only trade on FTX which is not available in US. I haven't found that coin on any of the dexs. It doesn't look like you can borrow renDOGE or any other synthetic on the dexs either. Hopefully I'm wrong.
