Yes, with both you stack more Sats (Bitcoins) when goes down, but DVA is more efficient on this, on the regimes: bull & bear market. On Bear market you "spend" more, on bull market you "spend" less 💡
No, with DCA you are not "buying more" when goes down lol For buying more when goes down, you have to apply the Dollar-**Value-Averaging (DVA, contributions amounts change)** different from DCA (Dollar-Cost Averaging, fix contriburion amount) 👨🏻🏫

Hey brother, fellow Aussie and fellow veteran, late 39, 3 kids too... eerie!. Have just navigated the DVA system, hit me up if you want a little guidance if you arent getting supported. It took a lot of humility to ask for help, but i know my way around the system now and with what you are describing, you should be getting supported (and pumping any excess into BTC of course!) Thanks for sharing, you arent alone, the country we fought for is becoming less and less recognisable.
Your own graph contradicts you…? > TLDR: Buy Bitcoin on a loan without any possibility of liquidation when BTC is below it's 500 Day Moving Average. Beat DCA 100% time. Expect, you know, the dozens of red points where the start day value is below the 500 Day Moving Average, indicating DVA > loans…?
The shittier the dollar gets the higher BTC looks (when priced in dollars). Take a look at BTC prices in other currencies. Either way, this is a marathon, not a sprint. Smart BIC owners know this is a generational asset, not a trading game. DVA and HODL and go about your life.
