Everyone is different. There is no single correct answer here. For me, I would probably put $15k of it into BTC. I’m older and closer to retirement age. $500k (if that was after taxes) more than what I have now would already enable me to retire comfortably and do hobbies and travel and things I would want to do in retirement, so while my risk tolerance is higher than usual, I still tend to he more conservative now. It would be like being up 45 - 17 with the ball in the 4th quarter with 6 min left. If it’s 4th and 1, you’re punting or kicking a FG depending on field position, all the while screaming at your players “JUST NO TURNOVERS!! HOLD ONTO THE BALL AND NO RISKY PASSES AND WE WIN, GOT IT?!?” lol

The Federal Government (FG) is heavily reliant on States enforcing their rules. They simply cannot enforce them without State help. States that don't like FG rules now know that they will likely win any court battle over non-compliance due to the new ruling. Therefore we will likely see more instances such as Texas' refusal to enforce ATF law, or sanctuary states that refuse to deport illegal immigrants, popping up. Also there were three rulings in this case: violation of 7th Amendment rights, Congress unconstitutionally delegating their powers to the Executive branch, and the Executive's violation of the "Take Care" clause which requires the Executive to respect Congress' work. The three rulings have set precedence for any agency that operates like the SEC, which is most if not all, to be in violation of the Constitution.

I have the Bills for this game but it's really a toss-up... it'll probably come down to a last-second FG. Your bet gives me a reason to pay more attention to this game. Because of the toss-up of this game, if you can 9x profit, I'd almost take it. (Not sure if it has changed on you now that it's tied). But good luck either way!
DCA and HODL is a sound strategy. I previously wrote about DCA and FG index, you can find it on my profile. But given the fact that FG index is quite a lagging indicator, I'm thinking of better strategy. An enhanced strategy is to do DCA based on the market situation, to keep up the regularity. For example, when the price is relatively lower, you increase the DCA amount and vice versa. A wide range of indicators can be deployed: \* Bitcoin rainbow \* RSI \* Mayer multipler
FG index is honestly a much better indicator than most of these TA guys. If you followed FG and sold when it peaked, that was the actual peak. You’d be winning right now.

The FG index has several weaknesses: * It is only reported once a day, whereas crypto intraday movements could be wild * It is somewhat a lagging indicator, people don’t feel fearful until they see price drops * The methodology relies on people’s judgements of fear/ greed is relatively hard to measure
How's that possible? There are only 21M coins. 19M have been mined and let's say 3M lost. That's 16M. At $500k, that makes 8M millionaires. There 3x that many millionaires in just the US, let alone the world!!!! Let's FG!!!!!!
This entire post is a horror show. I never can get the time back, I wish I would have just moved on the second I read their reasoning of why FG index is “wrong.”
The Issue with the FG index is not that it’s a lagging indicator….it’s that retail has little to know impact on price. I would read on if this was what you had written. Market Makers effect the price, the chop is their playground. They will make a killing flushing shorts, and flushing longs. It doesn’t matter up or down. The only people that should be looking at the charts are traders. This is all you should know in this game. Why? Because the price does not matter unless you need to sell right now. Would you look at the estimate of your house every day? Obsess on comps every hour if you had no intention of selling for a few years? Have fun. Trade paper. No need to risk cap if you don’t want…..but once you do this all of this action is noise. Then you join the dark side and realize people make money trading no matter what state the market is in….Bear or Bull.
