All the common wifi hardware has secret source drivers. Some open source drivers have been reverse-engineered (outside the USA) without the cooperation of the manufacturer This is less true for GFX accelerators, but famously true for the Broadcom system on a chip graphics accelerators in the Raspberry Pis. Broadcom exposes an OpenGL interface for developers, but the binary object between OpenGL and the GFX accelerator is a Broadcom secret Is this important? That depends on the depth of your commitment to free software
He said that he was not focused on making a cryptocurrency related to X but rather using it as a kind of bank or paypal 2.0. But you never know... I think if he were to use a currency that already exists, it would be the Doge. If he were to create a new one, it would be a blast!! I have been focusing a lot on coins related to AI development, one of them is the Neuroni AI, whose creator was at the foundation of the Ethereum project, in addition to the countless utilities, the GFX engine for generating images is incredible. I believe that Musk would also focus on this category as he has long been concerned about the advancement of this technology by the wrong hands.
Well, no longer $73 after you need to buy a new GFX card.
That’s GFX Launching soon. No joke. Lol
tldr; The Uniswap community has voted against a proposal to introduce a protocol fee for liquidity providers on the platform. The proposal was brought forth by GFX Labs, which argued that Uniswap was in a "strong position" to turn on fees and "prove that the protocol can generate significant revenues." However, the naysayers won with 45.3% of token-votes supporting the "no fee" option, while votes worth 54.6% split over two options to set the proposed fee equal to either one-fifth or one-tenth of the pool fee across Uniswap v3 pools. *This summary is auto generated by a bot and not meant to replace reading the original article. Generative AI is super GFX card intensive, which drove demand, leading to more revenue
I certainly enjoyed POW. I wasn't hardcore. Never ran more than 4 GFX cards at a time. But was def a fun hobby.
Probably better to sell those GFX cards because they'll keep losing value now that the 40 series have taken their place.
I got into crypto shortly before POS was announced for etherium. Luckily it was only 3 GFX cards and I Game, so keeping an rtx 3080 isn't terrible. But yeah, before the most recent winter, like many I was in the green, even with hardware purchases. I've lost roughly 50% of everything... So far.
Decentraland is the laggiest thing ever with Lego graphics and I have a GFX card in the 90th percentile.
r/pcmasterrace time for some GFX card bargains...
Fujifilm - GFX 100 medium format camera. it's impractical for the kind of photography I do but I still fucking want it.
Late 2014. I think its just the GFX card. Rest of the computer works great. But man I really was getting into 3d. I have anhedonia so almost everything bores me to death. But 3d finally was the one thing that broke through and then my comp broke. Either way for the 3d work I want to do, a PC is needed.
I don’t know. It was literally working 100% and then the next day it could barely open up programs. I loved my imac so I’m not a Mac hater. I don’t download any shitty programs cause I do banking on there. I tried all the resets, Pram, etc. Then I could do stuff(barely) and had to upgrade the OS. When I did that the computer functioned fine besides it heating up a bit more than usual and 3d programs don’t work. Blender works but it has all types of weird bugs. I tried different versions but even modeling itself slows down the computer to a crawl. So I’m guessing the GFX card might be going down. I had the GFX card go out on me on the imac before that, did the same thing too, worked great then went bad in one day. Friend bought it,took it to the store and they replaced the GFX card and it works great to this day.
There is a psychological manifestation of keeping up with the Joneses. Staying out of debt is important, people who invest in shitcoins are desperate. A 2.5% fee is applied because there's not alot of people interested and the people that are interested probably have shit credit. That's the truth. The card reflects that. If no card will approve you without a fee, your credit sucks and you shouldn't get a card. Even no credit history can get a fee-free card if they have a checking account and a debit card. Typical reddit idiocy: Living wage includes unlimited data and a new GFX card for their fapping terminal every year. Then complain about "living wage."
goddamn it! cannot see the day we will be able to get a GFX card for a decent price anytime soon . . . even used, 2 generation old cards are going for more than what they costed when they launched 5-6 years ago
can wait to bid for overpriced GFX cards using crypto
Yeah people think Quantum Computing is something that busts out our 0's and 1's at the speed of light and the GFX is going to be like having Hollywood effects on your laptop. They hear the 0's and 1's and think it's just like our computing but on a nearly sci-fi level for OUR computers (which in some ways it is). It's great at solving specific problems. And there are different types of quantum computers. I still stick with the same argument, Military usage will be used first for this. If we believe that it can crack everything insanely quick, why would they want bitcoin? Imagine all the cameras you can get into first, get all their photos, have an AI program that looks for whatever the military or gov wants. You can find secret military bases, break all naval codes, etc. But no. People think it's going to be used solely against Bitcoin. Again let's say that is a 100% possibility. Don't you think they would hack all the banks instead? The amount of info they could get would be staggering. But no,they will be going Bitcoin #1! .... right...
Nothing I hope. I really need a new GFX
Holy fuck the level of entitlement in that thread. I skimmed some comments and saw some hate bc his GFX card stoped working and he couldn’t afford one, or at least the one he would want.
so far only game i have seen with good GFX is VR. it has good gpu & uses Unreal engine. but the game is in prealpha as they say. so not sure if its a scam or real. hope its latter. anyway bought 4 VR coins because its cheap & KUcoin is marketing for them DYOR
