>Lol internet is crazy. Started as soc analyst in 2010. Engineer for Arcsight siem and IDS/IPs environements using mcafee nsm until 2016. Ran my first 24/7 SOC after becoming lead siem engineer. Curently manage all enterprise security tool teams- including Splunk, Crowdstrike, Arbor DDoS, Gigamon, Fortinet UTM and FW environments. Oh a soc analyst. Sorry, I thought you meant some actually sort of technical person and not just a tool button presser. >Yes. R&D. Just like Google, Facebook and every other Fortune 100 company. We active collaboration with IBM with regards to billing and retail. Will it work out? I dont know. Not my group. But work is being done. Yeah all big companies do. It doesn't mean the technology is going anywhere. All big companies have an R&D team predominantly so that when someone mentions buzzword technology X they can say 'we have a team looking at that'. >If you want to take that as a “win” for your argument. Go right ahead. Nothing to prove to you. Ill just keep makin money Not a win. It's just funny that you tried to claim some sort of technical deep knowledge but you watch tool screens in a soc all day. The last security company I worked for had a soc team and they were very much the least technical team.

Has anyone used Bisq? It's a trading platform that claims to be 100% decentralized as a P2P client. I have it sitting as a virtual machine and am going through the interface. It appears folks do cash deposits and wire transfer. There are money apps, Zeller among them. I super like this idea because all I had to do was verify the file downloaded from the git. I installed on a fresh VM behind a firewall. The Bisq app tunnels through TOR by default. All my BTC has been acquired via PayPal trades with folks on P2P exchanges and the trust has always worked out - sometimes PayPal would delay the funds and yet the trusty PayPal BTC vendor came through correct. I have done a few BTC-ATM "deposits" but this KYC stuff just feels super dirty. I feel like if a platform like Bisq in which a packaged P2P-only exchange as an application in a trusty way that can be mass adopted by normies, then all this could accelerate further. My method: Acquire dark BTC in anyway in which I am able to get it at the lowest price point (I generally try to stay within 3%-7% and only make my moves when the market dips so to recover from loss from fees when converting from my fiat) I have a full node that hosts a LND wallet and a copy of the block chain. This appliance tunnels through TOR where it receives my transactions. Coin is then immediately transferred to a warm wallet and then half of that is put into a cold wallet. I make the wallets using single board computers and keep the SD cards safe. All instances that retain my Bitcoin functions are fresh installations containing packages as recommended by the official Bitcoin projects that are out there. And then I keep everything behind a firewall appliance with IDS/IPS and can inspect what my network is doing to verify what I am doing is safe. Seeds/notes are kept on these cool "indestructible" notebooks I got from the internet (plastic "paper" field books). I don't think anyone needs my level of knowledge and interest but if there were more like myself who will work with these tools and progress them for normies to adopt, then there could actually be a market of knowledge to trade for further decentralization. God damn old money boomers are X'rs are finally catching on, mass adoption will happen when they make it look cool and those with the means to work with the infrastructure will benefit from it. There may be an entire IT field dedicated to offering support for the decentralized mass infrastructure.

You’re referring to stable as only meaning the dollar doesn’t flash crash and wildly fluctuate day to day like crypto in its current infant stage. Which is only one aspect and by that metric has been stable. I’m just looking at the whole picture AND the bigger picture. Our currency has lost well over 95 percent of its buying power. That is not low inflation. The dollar has been backed by absolutely nothing for a long time and has allowed the “Federal” Reserve to print out of thin air endlessly. You say it is low inflation because annually it isn’t always that bad. But clearly they knew it would add up year after year. I don’t think any American would of been content if in 1913 the “Federal” Reserve came out and said to the American public…“everything will be pretty stable but around the 100 year mark you will be on the brink of collapse”. They figured out how to enslave the classes below them without chains so no one would notice. My parents bought a house and a car with two years salary from their entry level jobs. Now you take the bus and live with your parents until your first promotion. Then two years salary for a decent truck. 5 years salary for a decent college. 10 years salary for a decent house. And the mother out of the house working her all life just to make ends meet (while the Rockefeller owned Board of Education raises your kids). You are stuck in the rat race until you retire around 70 with no savings because you just finished paying them interest on all your necessities. Then you are stuck trying to stretch out Social Security (another scam) each month to survive. Until you finally die. Before you tell me I’m just bitter, I’ve been quite fortunate. But I can acknowledge that this is the story of the average American since we became an oligarchy in 1913. And I can fight back by spreading the truth. Now we have been printing 100s of billions a month in order to initiate the global reset and usher in the one world currency…going cashless and bringing in crypto. Total enslavement. It’ll be obvious but I guess they figured the people have been asleep long enough they still won’t notice. And what a coincidence this is all going on at the same time as mandatory vaccines, digital passports and DIGITAL IDS. We can put our crypto right on our digital ID, cool! You know what would be even better if the digital ID was on a chip and we can put it in our wrist 🤦🏻‍♂️ You can call me a conspiracy theorist now (a term coined by the CIA to discredit anyone who actually looks into what they are doing). I pray people start waking up. Take care.
