A healthcare client sets up an enterprise account in the system and unlock enterprise functionalities, such as: - adding staff members as sub-accounts with various permission levels. Some accounts can only add consent forms, others can collect consents from patients - tracking which staff members collected how many consents - setting up consent forms - setting up surveys - setting up project forms and onboarding patients into projects Anyway, check it out by yourself! I'm trying to understand better how this works. I looked at your Website, subredditt, and Linkedin. It definitely sounds interesting, but maybe I must missed some key article because I can't figure out how it actually works. 1- How will this work for a healthcare client? Are there any examples of the interface they will use? 2- What is the mechanism of the LAKE token? Are you using smart contracts? 3- What mechanism is ensuring patient control, ensuring proper permission, confidentiality, accuracy, authentication of data, etc...?

Great question! It's also one of our most important learnings along the way. Most severely sick patients are not interested in monetary compensation. They are looking for treatment options or for hope of better treatment in a future. Some patients on the other hand are vitally interested in compensation - usually those less severely sick. On our platform, it's up to the researcher to decide the compensation strategy. It may be directed towards patients, but it can also be directed towards healthcare professionals (e.g. doctors) who traditionally are the ones that propose patients participation in research, e.g. a clinical trial. Recruitment of patients through physicians is also the most effective channel, with the highest conversion rates. It means, that in most of the cases, compensation strategy is required for the doctors. Our system allows the researcher to track, which doctors referred how many patients and to set up a bounty in the $LAKE token to incentivize him/her further

From the very little reading i have done so far this project looks interesting. It answers a question to a real problem, one that you may not think about often but I'm sure some have at least once. I have found myself wondering how people sign up for scientific trials, I've heard about them existing, but have never really known how one would go about signing up. Having an application where both researchers, and intrigued possible participants can come together, is a very interesting idea. So, is the $LAKE token's primary utility intended to be rewards to participants in trials? Also will the hosting of these trials through Data Lake be only open to trusted professionals? If so, what would the system to ensure that look like? I ask because I could possibly see corporate entities attempting to use the platform for market research, hidden under a veil of scientific research.

Not invested in any of these, but have them on my watchlist since I guess they peaked my interest at some point. Limited knowledge on them, so obviously DYOR. TURBO - DEX on Sui LAKE - A project in the DeSci (Decentralised Science) space. Somebody who works in the sector mentioned it in the Daily. CREO - Gaming project. Helps developers monetize their games. NEXA - Fast PoW layer 1 blockchain with smart contracts SUKU - Easy to use web3 wallets for social media. Linked to social media handle, no setup/seed phrases.
If you search for Binance Labs DeSci they did a report later last year - same with Messari. If you want some of the more mature DeSci projects, I would take a look at GENE, LAKE, RSC, VITA to start with, but those reports I mentioned will have dozens to look at separated into multiple categories. Hope this helps - a very interesting branch of blockchain, but requires more DD to fully understand the problem-solution proposition.
