>Anyone happen to know the smallest market caps available on Coinbase pro? Coinbase makes it easier to sort by market cap on the trade screen. While Coinbase and Coinbase Pro sometimes don't have identical lists, they are usually similar. KNC, INV, MCO2, ORCA, and WCFG are some of the smaller ones when I sort the list. Note I am not a micro-cap buyer, so I typically don't look at small cryptos in the sub-billion dollar range.

It’s a legitimate trading strategy, and your profits will vary using this approach. This is speaking from experience as I’ve often traded new listings on Coinbase Pro with mixed success. Consider that a new listing might be very fresh (new minting) in which case you might be fighting arbitrage bots. A new listing on Coinbase, on the other hand, and as an example, tend to follow an initial buy to a sell off because people who had the token before hand take profits. Usually these dip for a bit and may or may not reverse its own trend. Generally speaking, they do, but it may take a while before it does, or if it does at all. Couple examples: * ACH gets listed and within a few hours I was able to buy. The price moves to ATH and I take profits. I don’t think it’s hit ATH since. * WCFG gets listed and I buy. It moves 20 cents up and hasn’t moved past since. It’s a decent trade strategy, but you have to be alert for listings. They don’t announce them for a while. Wait for a sell-off and then scoop it up at a bottom, sell at a local high, move your Merry way.
