When Bloomberg corrected FAZE's float number to 1.3M, FAZE went from $14 to ATH of $21.99 in two days. GETY has smaller 508K number, it's ATH was $37, now sitting at $28. We could reach $40. ISPO had a small float like 300K and went from $11 to $108 on the same day, closed at $92. Don't think GETY can run that high, but $50, $60 is possible. Out of all deSPACs, all the low float stocks, AKLI, APGN, PET, QBTS, ZFOX, etc. now there are only two verified by Bloomberg: FAZE and GETY. FAZE also got verification from S&P, ORTEX and fintel\_io. These two are quality short squeeze setups. Expect a major run in GETY and FAZE. And their CTB are 997% and 667% respectively!
STBX is looking promising!!! For a safer, more secure bottom pick I'll be buying ISPO. Inspirato came out with a strong Q2ER and was hit with massive selling. I am convinced it has reached bottom and the company looks strong moving forward.

There are only two low float deSPAC with options, one is GETY and the only FAZE. If GETY flies, FAZE will follow soon. MOPEX week, both have potential to run hard. FAZE got destroyed by shorts using ER as a window to crash it since no longs dared to move in before the ER. The ER is solid. When GETY had ER last week, it's flat and then up 18% the next day. FAZE might have a bounce soon now ER is out of the way. GETY might be the one gamma squeeze deSPAC to remember, like QS in 2020, ISPO and DWAC in 2021, all three reached >100. GETY could be in the $100 club in 2022.

We pay locates once intraday. if we cover intraday we only pay this. We also have overnight locates fees - we pay it once again if we hold overnight. Also we have short interest which we actually usually don't know before we get into a trade - we usually check iborrow desk at interactive brokers to have some sort of estimation. I can give a small example for ISPO when it went to 100 dollars - locates were 2000 dollars per 100 shares. Of course the more liquid stocks and SPACS we have free locates. Also I don't know if you guys know, because of T+3 settlement we pay triple locates and short interest on Wednesday if we hold overnight. :D

People were saying ISPO did and maybe others. But someone on Twitter said he talked to a transfer agent and thinks the float is over a million. I don't know what's going on but it trades more like a million float than 100k IMO.

ISPO held the shareholder meeting Feb 8, issued the [Super 8-K](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1820566/000119312522042172/d276296d8k.htm) on Feb 14, and got the delisting notice letter on Feb 14 but didn't [report it on a form 8-K](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1820566/000119312522046667/d312077d8k.htm) until Feb 18. ISPO and ISPOW are still listed on NASDAQ. ISPO had 256,408 "Unrestricted Publicly Held Shares", but nothing about the $20 million limit in their delisting letter. ISPO is listed on the NASDAQ-GM ( Global Market ), as is BTMD.

ISPO had an effect filed days before it ran, it wasn’t supposed to even run away and yet it still did. You should relax, it’s very unlikely the company pulls any shenanigans.
WARNING TO ALL. NO ONE KNOWS IF CLOSING CONDITIONS ARE MET. What that means is if target company wanted minimum 5 million and merger provided only 1 million this can be called off, redemptions reversed. ISPO ran after ticker change... keep this in mind. If you bought 10 shares at 20, 20-10 is your risk per share... Once merger is completed that's a different story
ISPO went to a 100 on a pretty red market day… i think retail tends to be pretty risk on/degenerate during times of desperation. Super bullish on OTRA, we havent had one of these for a while

I think the biggest thing holding people back from ESSC is believing the float is $3 mil+ and not 141k. I just find it odd that institutions load up the most premium ever coinciding with this drop in FF. This type of call volume from institutions is in line with what you’d see with other de-spac low float stocks like SST, BRCC, ISPO, BKKT. Institutions would hedge the low float with calls until dilution hits the market. Regardless of what the float is, I am buying the rumor since shares have very little downside and potentially amazing upside. A needle in a haystack in this market.
So… how did this ISPO trash work out for you?
SOUN 500k float, no liquidity, 530% ctb. Very similar setup to ISPO before it went over $100.
ISPO’s float was 250K and went to $108, $FRGE’s float was 760K and went to $47…this has a lot of room to move still IMO.
CAR is a squeeze that happened last year, but those are fairly rare. There's also ISPO that went from 8 to 100 in a single day but that was mostly due to the dynamics of low float spaks.

Honestly I think it’s less about $TUGC and more that it got caught in the crossfire of some Twitter people that don’t like each other. I actually don’t have an issue with either of the people dumping on it but I do disagree with the thesis. Let’s go through his points: 1. *He bought ahead of time but took a 10% loss because he didn’t feel the redemptions were high enough.* - so he bought at 10, sold at 9, it has since popped two days in a row to between 11 and 12.50. I did the same thing with MLTX when I found out the float and then it ran to 14+. It was a bad trade, not a bad play. 2. *2.4M float is too large to squeeze, especially without options* - look at almost any non-optionable recent despac in the 2-3.5M size range and just about all of them went to 14+ if they didn’t have backstop agreements. Backstop agreements kinda kill plays because they essentially put up a couple million share wall, usually around 10.20. TUGC doesn’t have a backstop. I don’t personally expect an ISPO move, but very likely it pops 40-50%. 3. *The company and ceo are shitty.* - I’m sure that’s probably correct. If you’re playing something as a redemption squeeze then assume the company is shit. Also, in case anyone hasn’t accepted it by now, there’s almost no despacs you should buy and hold long term through merger. It’s a game of hot potato and the companies involved are pretty much irrelevant. 4. *The float is 2.4M, not some of the numbers some people have been pushing where most of it is locked up* - I agree that the float is probably 2.4M. I can say that so far it trades much thinner than that, but I’m treating it like it’s 2.4M to be safe. 5. *a couple people pushing it on Twitter today are bad pumpers that dump on their followers.* - I don’t know enough of their history to say whether this is correct or not. Like I said at the beginning, this is why it seems more personal than actually about tugc. Position: I’ve personally been in and out a couple times, got back in around $10 yesterday and still holding since it seems to be working it’s way up.
Don't shoot the messenger but the price action so far is eerily similar to ISPO, a quick pop to $12, shorted down to $9 by retail because 'it's not a low float' and you already know what happens next.

At one point it went from negative to +9% in what appeared to be roughly a single trade. Then dropped straight down to like 2%. Lots of this type action. I feel neither to be honest. If someone came to me and told me they bought SST at 30 or ISPO at 70 because “squeeze imminent”, ya that’s may be Schadenfreude. Someone averaging down on SNAX at 2.30? That’s conviction and I respect that. In a logical world that would’ve definitely not been an insane move. If I count in their $30M and their current market cap of $13.19M, they have a **negative** enterprise value. I think it’s in the realm of possibility that algos will feast over this after their next earnings and updated balance sheet numbers
I'm heavier in ATER right now but playing both. Take what I say with a grain of salt: SST = a possible unicorn play. As long as it has that pending S-1 approval, this stock has as good a chance as any to pull an ISPO-style squeeze. But there's enough uncertainty (and obvious manipulation) that unlike other plays, the risks are pretty clear with SST and folks getting caught on a run-up when the S-1 drops could be bag-holding for a long long time. SST obviously has a higher potential ceiling, but it's much easier to manage risk with ATER.

SST setup is still present. The most-similar play to it was IRNT last September followed by some other high-redemption de-SPACs in October (OPAD, SPIR, etc.). ISPO also had a similar setup earlier this year and squeezed hard before returning back to normal levels. There really isn’t another play like this lined up as well as SST at the moment. You will have to wait on other de-SPACs and redemption numbers for another one of these.
