What frustrated me the most is that notion of NU and KEEP being converted into Threshold, but then, NU and KEEP are still around and the result is I lost a ton of money converting them to Threshold thinking NU and KEEP were going to disappear. You need to look into and think about the "Why?". It's not about, "LEL OLD DINO DOESN'T GET OUR NU-TECH". You think his whole team, many of which are younger people aren't behind his comments? I think I made a $30 year profit on KEEP in one day (around a 20-30% profit) that I had been holding for a while. I also had a 50% profit on NU in one day but I got greedy and didn’t take profits when u should have and ended up losing on that trade. Keep in mind that gains like these aren’t common over just one day, if you want to see profits like these you usually have to hold for months or even years.
What i personally know is: when btc pumps like crazy then we get some good news spreading overall. After that some alts are pumping like crazy. The ending of bullcycle is: when shitcoins like İNU gets on the market and people got scammed. Thats the end and to take profit.

There definitely are ponzi schemes out there. Most projects, however, are just poorly executed. It's very difficult to construct something original, useful and decentralized while also convincing people to use it in the long term. A lot of dreamers exist in this space, and a lot of people are here because they don't want to be in the more structured business world. And that's the rub, the structured business world works and we know this because it has survived for centuries, arguably longer. The notion of creating a product a, a token and a community and utilizing volunteers and selling tokens to get by is a new model, without centuries of survival and progress. People get frustrated, and there's not much holding to people to be trustworthy when the systems are designed around being trustless. Courts and cops aren't around to enforce the contracts. I remember the NU community, which grew out of the Peercoin community. When their stablecoin lost it's stability, a lot of people exited, and it all looked pretty ugly, possibly intentional...not quite bitconnect level, but in that direction. But a more simple explanation is that people with online personas, volunteering their time with no real kind of contract and GTFO with little downside if things start looking bad, and they may go after the assets if their still available.
