RIP UTAAW. Was a good pump back in the day.
Been lurking for a while and was away from the markets. What happened to UTAAW? Are they closing up shop? Thought they had until late summer next year to find something
I know I finally capitulated on my last tranche of UTAAW sometime this week but it has been a bit of a shit show in my little corner of the universe so I cannot place exactly when… but if that shit hits and there’s huge gains you don’t even have to thank me, because I will already be laughing at myself and shaking my head so hard it will be like a me Spastic SPACS dance. The only response to some of this shit is to relish the dark hilarity. I am mildly amused by the crazy volume on UTAA and once again feel like pig pen just spreading once in a 100 year events every where I go. 😂 what would be the odds of a UTAA DA now? SMH. 🤡
You too friend! I am glad you took it the right way and I hear you it is a limited repertoire for me in social media so I really value the community here and I feel for the players. We got this. But you have the gifts of decency and honesty when combined with humility they are priceless and hard to find. So glad you have a healthy outlook because these are indeed hard times. We can make it! Just got to hold on. I took my last parcel of UTAAW and capitulated. I am trying to hold fast on convictions. Chaps my ass I am up only on that ARIZR that I neither like nor trust. What a world (chiseling out of anything other than long holds) think we could still pull it off if we are careful and don’t panic. We will be tied up for 5?years but there are a few pay offs.
I have no idea what is going on with my portfolio and even less idea what is happening off my Main Street. I have seen a few videos on Reddit that are crazy because I can identify voids where friends houses were. University closed until the 10th. Everyday gets better than the last. I get some bandwidth now for video and I honestly can say I had no idea. Holy crazy crap. I have discovered that I am not only addicted to SPACS and might be a day trader, but I’m apparently also addicted to News from Ukraine. My SABSW might get forbidden 🚫 but if you aren’t selling I don’t see a problem. I contemplated much and think ARIZR have a higher probability of ducking us than BSGAR and so even though ARIZR are on sale, I will not buy. I am sorry to say that I will not accumulate more UTAAW due to a recent resignation from a SPAC principal that I viewed in my driveway in a mere glimpse and I have a tranche I will keep but she is small. ROcket 🚀 lab looks good in my glimpses for long term. Might be the one I add finally. Barton’s foolishly overlooked ORGN IMO. Have no idea where DNA is, but could care less as I will never sell. SNAX seems to have garnered a month or two, for the sake of the sub I hope the bridge loans work. Where is the coin? What is current price? Thanks 🙏
Ya, I had a small tranche left of UTAAW and now they have lost so much value, I don’t even know if it is worth dumping the last of them. My rights are starting to worry me a little but I have some faith as BSGA keeps coming up with money for the trust and timely filings so I’m not going to make any sudden moves because I have until mid December on that. It sucks to capitulate but I’m glad I exited everything before school started.
Damn...so the market seems to be pricing UTAAW new true range at .24-.28 (true meaning actual volume/big orders being filled). Crazy how just a few weeks ago it was 20-40% higher. Seems low given the amount of time left but was the price just propped up waiting for the 10-Q to be dropped?
Nah, remember their calendar is still along ways out to expiry and the British are in a shit show right now on the macro. All I'm saying is I'm bored and would ditch it for DNA on a downturn. UTAA still legit, not going to liquidate, not going to be a bad hold. I'm just printing gains on other shit *everyday*\-- with like .25% of my UTAAW position. Makes me want to redeploy so they DA for the subs morale. lol. We are just bored.

My .37-38 entry point on those UTAAW are still holding up😁 And we all know it is a huge gamble, but those SAIW I made the crazy commitment to at .17-.18 are still in the game. 😅👍 I can only imagine how folks who are buying any warrants less than .20 or .15 are doing. Here’s to those who timed it well! Alas, I have not, but props to those who do! Keep the faith! 💪

I know there’s plenty of Ackman and Chamath hate on the sub, but I stand by my constant bloody piping in with fuck SoftBank. They will take many down with them. Can't you peel off what is above your cost basis and then re-invest it, in some other Hopium like UTAAW? lol. ;D That way you won't lose when it dumps.
Whelp, my Kazakh bitcoin miners are coming in surprisingly well and up about 75% on my UTAAW but I’m sad in my SABSW yolo. To be honest you haven’t missed much. Slow going and no big traffic. Unless you are options traders on low floats or long holdings set and forget. Miss the action but always grateful for job activities and projects at work. Funny that my work projects take minimum 2 years to come to fruition and I get chapped if I hold a warrant position for more than 30 days. Good to see you buddy. GLTA
