The response is applicable to both. ABVX had the big jump after results, typical, and now the price is being steadily walked up for a $200 buyout.

I’m just a retail investor, I wouldn’t trust me. But if the thesis plays out and the REGAL trial is proved to be a success (the CEO saying we’re at 72 events is as close to confirming that it works, without launching a full blown PR, in my eyes), it wouldn’t surprise me if it went from $4 to at least $65 overnight similar to ABVX. If you peruse the SLS forums, there’s enough posts talking about the TAM of both GPS and SLS009 for AML and what that would do for the share price, so with that in mind, I still think we’re early. I told myself if SLS is still sub 5 in the new year, I’ll put another 25k into it. But do your own research and risk what you can afford to lose. Biotech is brutal.
Stock Price shouldn't be compared, market cap should be. ABVX crawled from 5 to 10 over a couple months. Then positive results and a near 7x. Then a bit more of a double from there over the following 6 months.
Spacs in 2020. Then held rklb for 4 years. Sold at 40. Since then I traded various stocks. Companies I was familiar with, or catches a knife, like unh. Currently holding long term GLSI and CDR. Just added some ABVX and IMSR for quick profit. I also hold ton of long term puts on PLTR, GOOG. Coz I think the bubble pops this year. Look at 2011 silver/gold. Once that pops market goes shortly after
I’m still holding a few thousand shares, but biotech is always risky. A lot of good science has gotten burned by unexpected results. I don't disagree with the science and I’m bullish on peptides over chemo, but this is still a pennystock community and while I would love to see a 10-20x I'm not as confident that we will see a huge jump like ABVX due to the smaller TAM. Wishing everyone who's holding huge positions nothing but the best. I just don't have that risk tolerance for something like this.
There's more to it than it being a better treatment. I believe in peptide treatment over chemo yes. What I'm concerned more about is that this is a smaller market than something like ABVX which people have been comparing it to. So that's the biggest risk here is if it is ready for mass commercialization, what that looks like and what is the upside. For it to take market share it has to be able to outperform the incumbent by a sizeable margin. That's what we're all waiting to see with the OS data and how patient care looks.
The timeframe is hard to predict of course especially in the face of increased survival. Short term the stock will likely climb higher into january option expiry and then a violent short/gamma squeeze could send it vertical into double digits ahead of data. Clinical data then will again be a multi X and from there we are close to a BO multiple with maybe 100% premium. Check ABVX chart for reference how these things play out. Do your own research don't trust strangers on the internet.
Buyout targets 2026 Q1: ABVX, AIG, TERN
There is reason to believe LLY will buy out ABVX this week or next. They have what appears to be the next blockbuster Crons disease oral drug (currently only injections exist).
My 2026 predictions (please take my post seriously): ABVX getting bought out Q1 (cannot buy on Robinhood). Silver $100 Q1. AIG bought out Q1. TGT will hit $120 in Q1. TERN will get bought out above $50 in Q1.
I’m up about 30% on my ABVX which is ironically about how much I was up on my QURE before I got rugpulled by the FDA lol. I don’t learn anything because I’ve put a lot more into ABVX, hopefully it pays off

I have a scanner there’s ways to find them. Basically high ADR like > 3.5 , high beta, high 1M, 3m, 6month cumulative returns, high dollar volume (volume * price). Rank the top decile. search “qualmaggie setup” it’s basically a momentum breakout. Crazy high returns. Today I made 30% on NEGG, DVLT and NUAI and a a bunch on ABVE yesterday. There is an eb and flow to crazy high beta stocks. Look at some of these companies. Bet you have never heard of them. STEX ABVE CRML SPRB ABVX DVLT NUAI AGH VOR ONDS SNLH TRON

same! ABVX is for Ulcerative Colitis but because it's an inflammatory drug it may be used for Crohn's and if truly inflammatory a whole slew of diseases that are created by inflammation! my ears def perked up when hearing that!
yeah i was watching an interview today about IMRX, QURE, and ABVX. All close to basically curing or changing the face of an illness or issue. QURE is for Huntington's Disease and ABVX is inflammatory disease.

Yeah options on ABVX probably isn't worth it. Shares for now. If they keep pushing out good data on their ulcerative collitis drugs they will be a $20Bn company very quickly.

Thank you for the kind words but don't be sorry for a colossal idiot such as myself. I foolishly invested a substantial portion of my portfolio and even though I was in excess of %100 up back in July, I ignored all the advice in the world to trim back at least half.The ABVX price spikes didn't help because it really boosted my false optimism and warped my perception of what a binary event really is. It's easy to blame greed but I know deep down it wasn't that, I have minimal interest in material possessions, I just wanted a specific outcome at the end of this year for my family. Reminder to all, the stock market is not anyone's friend and has a merciless disregard for hopes and dreams! At least some tech plays have made up half the losses, but in a bull market everyone seems to be a genius...

I'm holding IXHL at an average of .40 Bought in around the same time. News can't come fast enough now! I was doing a IXHL & ABVX bake off in terms of TAM potential. Had to go and lie down in a dark room with a wet towel around my head when I'd finished the comparison!! a lot of parallels but actually more favourable to IXHL in terms of uncontested TAM.
I do not want to elaborate too much.I bought a small position around 2.8 after noticed very high short volume and then forgot about it. It kept going up and I did a deep dive on this after ABVX jumped 700% after phase 3. This one has the same potential but has lower risk because ESK-001 is the best TYK2 inhibitor (only drawback is BID). I am building a sizable position when it is still under 4. Do your own DD but I trust you will come up with the same conclusion as you identified this around the same time I noticed the very high short interest.
