So the Venmo credit card is actually surprisingly decent, and depending on certain criteria, you can earn up to 3% cashback. If you allow your cashback to auto redeem as crypto at the end of the fiscal month, they’ll waive all fees for you. Nexo has a CC with 0.5% crypto back for all purchases. Eh, not the best but something. Obviously the Crypto.com card as mentioned. Then some debit cards: CashApp card can be decent to earn some spare BTC by watching for good boosts and using it for things you’d purchase anyway. I’ve got around $500 BTC in the 2-3 years I’ve had it. The Coinbase Visa debit card is very good. You can earn 4% crypto back in XRP and they *generally* charge a liquidation fee to spend crypto as fiat, but the fee doesn’t apply if you elect to spend USDC. So that’s a solid 4%. The Fold card can be good, you get a card that you can preload, or you can link it to your current debit. The reward scheme is too complicated to add here but definitely something to add to your wallet. Then some extra additions, checkout: Uphold-2% crypto back if spending USDC/DAI (doesn’t get much use with me because Coinbase offers exact same rewards but better, unless you hold a lot of DAI I guess) BlockCard- 1-6% crypto back, but it’s given in $TERN, their proprietary token, and how much your percentage earned back is, relies on how much TERN you hold AND stake, so not a favorite of mine. CoinZoom- up to 5% crypto back in $ZOOM, their proprietary token. Staking not required but if you decide to, you can stack an extra 10% APY earned on staked holdings Lastly, Wirex- if spending in their proprietary token, $WRX, you earn up to 8% crypto back in WRX, and they have liquid staking, so you can stack earnings and earn an extra 8% APY on staked holdings Binance card is unavailable to US citizens. There’s a few more but that’s a pretty extensive list

First BlockFi, now Nexo. Who's next, Celsius and the rest of the other crypto banks and lending platforms not registered with the SEC or other US regulatory agencies? It's inevitable. First, US Influencers are liable for promoting unregistered cryptos/NFTs due to the BitConnect lawsuit setting the precedent that cryptos/NFTs are unregistered securities. Now, unregistered crypto lending platforms are getting regulated out of the US markets. The SEC is expanding its regulatory grip on Web3.0 and the crypto space. How many of your favorite cryptos or NFTs are registered with the SEC? That's the future risk potential you face by holding a bag of unregistered cryptos and NFTs. You risk regulatory agencies killing off your crypto/NFTs, especially if those assets are sourced in the US. Enter Unbanked, used to be known as Ternio. Unbanked, unlike BlockFi and Nexo, is SEC-Registered. An interesting note is that Unbanked powers the Nexo card services and they have a business partnership through Unbank's role as a VISA Fast Track partner. That's something you guys probably didn't know about Nexo. So, Unbank wants to do something very ambitious and innovative. Right now, Unbanked is open early for smaller investors on the Republic website to fund their aspirations to become a publicly-traded company. Unbanked has a big and ambitious dream: to be a publicly-traded crypto company that is vertically integrated and equipped to give the customer true freedom from one end (Traditional Finance) to the other end (Web 3). It's a great dream for Unbanked to have. To be a publicly-traded crypto company and vertically integrated by having a bank charter license to provide lending, deposits, and checking services that can onramp fiat into the Web 3 crypto space so consumers can transact in the crypto space, earn yields, lock up liquidity in the vault, trade NFTs. Unbanked already has: 1. Blockcard Debit Card (Digital and Physical Forms), a low-fee debit card that uses $TERN (soon to be $UNBNK) cryptocurrency as the card's balance. The $TERN balance in your debit card appreciates over time as card adoption increases. 2. Banker's NFT, a regulation-compliant art & utility NFT, grants the NFT holder NFT leasing, NFT trading, and a bonus 20% in Unbanked's future Yield program (earn up to 50%) 3. Trade cryptocurrencies 4. Checking account that accepts wire transfers/ACH deposits Unbanked aims to be the one-stop financial solution that serves the forward-thinking, innovative crypto users who are already in the Web3.0 space. And for the unbanked or non-technical people Unbanked aims to make the transition from Web2 to Web3 as easy as possible by being a vertically-integrated, one-stop solution for your financial needs from fiat to crypto globally. No other cryptocurrency is registered with the SEC. No other NFT collection is regulation-proofed against future SEC regulatory scrutiny. No publicly-traded crypto company (like Coinbase) has its own cryptocurrency and NFTs. Unbanked is truly a one of a kind hidden gem and has multiple investment vectors: 1) publicly on the company by owning company shares (open for investments thru their Republic page), 2) trade their $UNBNK cryptocurrency, 3) trade their Banker's NFTs, 4) store your deposits as $TERN **TLDR**: Unbanked is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that aims to be the very first crypto-bank that offers a closed-loop business solution that bridges traditional finance and Web3.0 all under one roof. There is no publicly-traded crypto company or cryptocurrency project that is SEC-Registered and has achieved this dream yet.

TERN Per the website "TERN trades on a number of active exchanges including all of the Stellar Decentralized exchanges like StellarX, StellarTerm, and StellarPort as well as non stellar exchanges like ExRates. You may also withdraw funds to a wallet, such as a Lobstr wallet, and then proceed to convert/transfer your funds from there to wherever you wish. You should be able to use any of these to withdraw to and convert your funds to USD."

Not an interest-earnings based account, but I use the Fold card. It’s a pre-paid debit card, not a credit card, so you don’t owe the balance back. Also it’s not like Ternio which I quit using because it was sketchy and also their transactions would occasionally fail because of the fluctuation of TERN as a cryptocurrency. With the Fold card I earned $410.00 worth of satoshis in FIVE days! (Yes four hundred. Not $4.10.) I’ve never had a credit card that even gave me $10 back in rewards for even the most expensive purchases. Oh, and I’m holding my sats for years to come and in about two or three years lending them out for interest once they heavily appreciate and then I can take out the earnings about every three or six months for expenses. There’s NO way I’m taking it out right away it ever converting it to cash.

Just want to add my recent experience. I also made a shitty decision and signed up for this worthless card. Didn't seem like a bad idea at the beginning. Well, after the recent crash in the crypto markets, their shit coin TERN was trading for less that $.008 or whatever, and that little fact allows this borderline scam of a company to simply "disappear" a large percentage of any cash deposit you make the mistake of doing. There is a requirement that you keep $10 in your checking account to keep the card active, so if the price of the coin dumps, your minimum balance follows along. This means if you lose your required minimum by TERN dumping, any money that gets transferred or deposited to this account will first make up whatever difference there is to fulfill that requirement. Fair enough. Now I'm lost as to why this damn coin is even a part of this story here but it plays a huge role determining what percentage of any transfer/deposit this cartel allows you to keep whenever they get their hands on your money. I made three separate deposits over a ten day period and each time, my final amount available was less and less. A deposit of $56 left me with $42 to spend. Then another deposit of $220 allowed me the privilege of keeping $170 to spend on whatever I desired! Last one was a transfer from the savings account to the checking account in the amount of $178 and after they took their cut, they graciously left me with about $150. Each time this happened, the required minimum was already in my account. Besides that part, if the minimum is $10, what in the hell are they taking $50 for?? And where exactly does this money go? There is no warning what's whatsoever this will happen if you make a deposit. They simply make your money disappear without a trace. It would be one thing if the money they steal went towards the purchase of their shitcoin, so that in the future, I would have a heavy bag of these shitty coins to dump on someone else but it doesn't. I have no idea WHERE all that extra money ends up and even after asking them in my no-so-subtle way, they STILL didn't answer the question. They just referred me to their FAQ, and why would I waste time reading something that is probably just a migraine waiting to happen? It wouldn't change anything regardless. Unfortunately, this card is all I've been able to find that can do the few things I need it to do so I'm stuck. Anyone have a recommendation for another one? Needs to be able to purchase cryptocurrency, which is surprisingly difficult at times, and needs to accept cash loads. Just wondering.

Get the Blockchain Card....you send your XLM to the account your card is linked to and it converts it to TERN. You can spend it anywhere that accepts VISA. Literally an initial $20 sent to the card and spent would give your mom a great sense of ease that you didn't get scammed.

Also Blockcard (using TERN crypto, the company is now rebranded as Unbanked) is a small cap one that should be gaining traction soonish IMO. Market cap is like 4m since the crash lol. Currently is expanding its bank part worldwide and is working on getting blockcard outside of the US (for now up to 6% cashback in TERN if staking a certain amount, which are currently really low, like 1500$ ish for last tier off the top of my head). Blockcard only for US residents rn unfortunately for me Smallcap project though **DYOR**

I know many XLM holders are not thrilled with it's stable price action. But one cool feature is access to coins like SLT, RMT, and TERN that aren't available in many other places. I'm definitely convinced in SLT for the long term, and have also dabbled a little on RMT and TERN with great results. You can buy them through LOBSTR, and since XLM is so cheap to move you can easily get it there (and store it if you want, it's a solid wallet).

Exactly! I think this card is a great start to getting people transitioning from only investing into crypto to spending it on groceries (which is where we need to be headed with crypto for it to have mass adoption). If you like this card, I highly recommend taking it a step farther and checking out TERN. I’ve posted a good bit about it on my account. It keeps your money in crypto all the way up to the point of sale. The parent company, Ternio, also white-labels cards for other crypto doing the same thing such as for Litecoin. It is very early and is the final step in full adoption of crypto, but this is where we all want to be one day. Keep your money out of USD as long as possible.

The Crypto.com card is not a true crypto card. It turns all your crypto into USD upon deposit (it literally says this in fine print on their website...see for yourself). It’s the equivalent to buying a Visa gift card with CRO or BTC etc. While the Crypto.com card is a step in the right direction, it is not full adoption of crypto for everyday spending... THAT is Ternio (TERN). Use your CRO on Blockcard instead. CRO is supported on Ternio’s Blockcard. Believe in the hype or believe in the future. I know where I stand.

Yes. Easiest way to do so is to download the Lobstr Wallet (create an account and do the KYC verification if it asks you). Then send XLM from an exchange you already use (like Coinbase, Binance, Kraken etc) to your Lobstr Wallet. In Lobstr wallet, go to “Swap Assets” from the side menu. Select XLM in the “you sell” section. Tap the number of available XLM you have (will be in BLUE). Then select TERN under the “you buy” section. Then hit the green swap button. The swap is free because TERN is on the stellar blockchain.

r/SatoshiStreetBetsSee Comment

StellarX, WhiteBit, BitMart, VINDAX, Stellarport, StellarTerm, EXRATES, Probit. Or you can download the Lobstr Wallet (stellar based wallet) and buy it/exchange for it directly from there. I live in the US and I have used StellarX and Lobstr without any problems. It is way easier to send XLM to one of the above exchanges or wallets then exchange XLM for TERN. I might be biased because i'm holding TERN (a somewhat similar project - I wrote a post about it a couple days ago). So i can't help myself to compare Pointpay with TERN - and i'm really not seeing $0.10 as a good price? (right now) Tern is currently sitting at $0.01 - $0.02 for the same market cap (1 Billion tokens), with the difference being that TERN already has a good working product (first crypto-card in the US, licensed partner of VISA, ...). $0.1 puts PXP at a 100M market cap - which just seems a lot for a start up? Not trying to spread FUD - this is just my opinion and I wanna help people to make informative decisions before putting their money in some of these coins. Who know, PXP could overtake other similar projects in the future, but as of right now I feel they have got a lot of catching up to do first. Also I'm not an expert but it's probably not that easy to just go grab a banking license somewhere. Have they been working on this for a while? Have you got any more information on this?

Hoping someone can clarify what's going on with BlockCard for me ... If I sign up for a BlockCard account and stock it up with TERN, am I in fact exchanging Bitcoin (I would probably transfer from COinbase) for Ternio? Ternio is a great example, to me, of how far we have come since the last bull run in 2017. I am not referring to price, but to the quality of the project. the team, the use case, the problem it solves, the milestones met, the on-chain activity, the off-chain developments, the vision, etc are all legit. It is amazing to see TERN with such a low market cap, while knowing just how strong the foundation of Ternio has become. It is amazing, actually, that tokens with a 1/10th of the utility and credibility were able to absorb hundreds of millions of investor dollars in the last cycle without proving out anything. When btc hits $1 trillion cap (which is close), a whole new kind of money will be entering the space. It will be fireworks. Once that alt season occurs, and these big money managers are doing diligence on projects in the space; TERN will have a "hockey stick" to a $250 million market cap. From there, I am expecting a nice steady climb going forward.

Thanks for sharing the link. Very happy to see Blockcard listed at #2. Referring to the Ternio whitepaper, Lexicon was developed keeping the online ad business in mind. Its not so much about million transactions per sec. There are many layers within the online ad business and existing players wont let new offerings disrupt their money making machine. You and I cannot imagine what it is to build products and sell them in the market where interests conflict many a times. Are you not happy that they built another product so that the TERN you hold still has new utility now and a better chance of appreciating than dying a slow death over time? Bashing them for Lexicon not going mainstream is the only agenda? Lets say yes it has failed your expectation, but now what? They came up with a new way of staying relevant and keeping TERN relevant. Is that not worth something? when TERN hits 10cents or maybe a dollar you’d be soooo salty (if youve already sold your holdings)

Mentions:#TERN
r/CryptoMoonShotsSee Comment

You need to understand that one can build technology and the market isnt ready for it. The ad business is trialing the Lexicon business but the adoption has to come from all the different players and strata of the market. They have pivoted to the blockcard to ensure they create value for the company and all TERN holders. You should congratulate them for doing this instead of hanging their boots saying ‘Lexicon will take longer for final adoption and we are trying very hard’. There is definite need for the card and their USP is that they hold value in crypto (TERN) thereby ensuring demand for TERN. If you are a holder surely you shouldnt be complaining. All other cards convert your crypto to USD at the time of load (not at the time of spending). You might as well buy a Visa ‘gift card’ instead. Isnt it? This is truly a crypto card as it converts to USD at the point of sale when you swipe. Finally, no one is doing anything similar in that respect.

Mentions:#TERN
r/CryptoMoonShotsSee Comment

Where is then their 1 mil transaction per sec adoption? Why were they advertising it so heavily during ICO? where did it go? the card was NOT suppose to be their initial product, at least they were saying something else, very misleading ,IMO, for the investors. Who need this card anyways? Why is this so huge? doesn't' solve any problem, specifically that all the crypto is being converted to TERN. There are others doing the same or similar.

I also think TERN represents a massive opportunity. One of Ternio’s co-founders (Ian Kane) very recently stated that he thinks they have a billion dollar company on their hands here (already cash flow positive). Currently, Ternio’s fully diluted market cap is ~$19 million (per coinmarketcap). By the way, I used the stellar wallet LOBSTR to exchange some of my XLM for TERN. I then transferred my TERN to my blockcard account to stake and to begin earning 6% on purchases. After getting set up over the weekend, I’ve already been notified my blockcard has been shipped. Thanks for sharing the Telegram links, I’m about to get in on those now, let’s go!! 🚀🚀🌙

Ah I see what you’re saying. I actually don’t really like that. I would rather be able to control what crypto gets turned into USD and when, rather than having it all in one coin that could go up or down. Like you might think you have $100 worth of Tern, then you go to buy something and it turns out you only have $80 worth. And you’re stuck with that TERN, whereas with Binance or Crypto, you get to choose what you want convert to USD, meaning you could choose a coin that is currently up.

So how exactly does the TERN card work when no one accepts TERN as payment? 🧐

Everyone start looking at TERN! Ternio has the only crypto card available in the United States. Will be expanding to Europe by the end of Q1 (according to the Ternio team).

So the thing with utility tokens... there is value even if you don't have price action if you are using it. 6% cash back on utilities, potentially car/rent payment, legal, groceries, etc. Now obviously if you purchase things at a higher price than you bought your TERN you would increase your spending power too. But realistically speaking, if TERN hit $1 then it would break into the top 70s. With a functional white label program and actual user case, is the top 70, top 50 or higher possible? Absolutely since some tokens have zero user case that are that high or even minimal user case.

the staking program is basically by HODLing stellar TERN you earn 5% APR in ERC20 version. The ERC version is on bibox and uniswap which there is also a liquidity promo on uniswap where they airdrop 5000 USD worth each month to the liquidity HODLers. I made a decent buck with that program but personally I am waiting for the reTERN program to launch and then use my earnings in the liquidity program

Well the company, Visa Blockcard, and utility of TERN(and the lexicon blockchain) are VERY real. Once word begins to spread, and volume picks up, a very simple way of guesstimating future price is to look at market cap and coin metrics. Look at other coins with similar circulation. TERN has 580 million coins in circulation (max 1 billion supply) so I could see it going well above a dollar once people catch on.

I just figured out yesterday how to exit my TERN position, it wasn't much, I turned $50 into $150 but it was a complicated process. Do not sign up for Blockcard

TERN is one of the few tokens that I actually use. That 6% cash back on all my purchases and the reTERN program coming out soon are huge. Let alone EU launch and the white labeling program (litecard being the biggest one). Even without price action I have really enjoyed this crypto but oddly enough with all the legitimate partnerships and utility of a working product this token for some reason isn't on the top 100. One day it'll catch up to where it needs to be 🙏

Up $40,000 in $TERN!!! I’ve been telling people for a month to do some research on Ternio BlockCard and get in. They’ve TERNED the company around and are making moves. Now we are up 200% for the week and the order books are still VERY thin. Still only has a $9million market cap. 900 million coins total. About 500 million in circulation. Here’s a link to the latest company update: https://republic.co/ternio-blockcard-ian-kane-new-features-new-partners-and-amp-more-don-t-miss-this

TERN is a sleep giant and I highly recommend serious people do their due diligence. It's not a quick flip but a longer hold. Sounds like you haven't kept up with the company at all. They have been doing great, but TERN price hasn't reflected their progress which is unfortunate. If you spent any time keeping up you would know that they stopped focusing on Lexicon because no one was paying. They started focusing on the card program and now power Litecoin, Paxful, and other's card programs. Also VISAs only crypto card partner.
